We really enjoyed the ski in and ski out condo we stayed at in Feb. It was so nice to just throw on our skies and hit the trails. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the condo. The condo decor was a bit dated, the entrance to the condo was worn. It would be nice if the garage was closer to dispose of trash bags. Kitchen was well stocked.

View was great. Spot was great. Parking lot was great considering all the snow had fallen. Very disappointed in cleanliness of bed and sheets. Thankfully my wife had brought some washing detergent to wash the sheets. They were stained badly. The cleanliness was on the range of a low tier motel not any resorts that I have ever stayed at before. The pillows on the queen bed had blood stains on them. Very disappointed in the cleanliness

We had a great stay! The condo was in the perfect spot and everyone was so helpful if we needed anything. Would highly recommend. We got takeout from Bella’s and it was delicious 😋 The shuttle will also take you to the bottom of the mountain if needed!

This rental cost more $$ because it is labeled as one of the “top”. At one point when we rented this same place it was indeed more “updated” than other units. This time however we rented two units for our family and this one was nothing special compared to the other unit. This units living room furniture is NOT comfortable, especially the chairs. One of the table chairs seats came off. The living room tv didn’t work for almost three days when we first arrived (the maintenance finallyFixed it... after a couple of attempts). I was not happy with the cleanliness of the place ... master shower had hair in the floor, the toilet had dried urine around the base. The stove top had issues with a couple of burners not wanting to stay on when cooking. It was definitely not “top” especially to have paid the extra $$ for that rating.

This unit is very nice for a weekend get away. Only issues we had were there was not enough hot water for 6 people. Barely enough for two people. The pullout couch was not very comfortable at all. Overall it was a nice place for our family to spend some time together and enjoy the snow.

The location and views were great. The condo has everything you need from eatery utensils to a washer and dryer. Right outside ur porch is Oma’s Meadow trail and lift. The only downside was the cleanliness. This was a great experience everyone was nice. We had a full kitchen we were able to cook when we wanted and did not have to go anywhere to eat. We were right on the slope so we could ski whenever we wanted it was so nice. They even had some board games to play.

We enjoyed visiting Sugar Ski 521. The staff was very helpful and made sure everything was in good order. The condo is beautiful. We would definitely go back! Not 5-stars because the sheets were not terrific and the master shower head looks good but doesn't really have a lot of pressure.

Carpets need to go. Kitchen was nice and updated. Very windy. Snow blowers from the lifts were very loud and unpleasant and 24 hours to be outside or open doors and windows. Hotel refused to refund one day because we left one day early and forces you to sign non refundable contact. Will not recommend.

We did realize there had been a fire but when we also found out that the ski lift that is close to the condo is not running this year, we were really disappointed! Condo is nice but not worth the premium you pay for ski-in-n-out because this is no longer the case.

The only real disappointment was that we selected this unit for the view, expecting to be able to utilize the balcony. When we arrived we found a notice about the balcony not being usable. We would have like to have been notified as to what to expect. For those who did not ski and hoped to enjoy the balcony to sit and watch our skiers come and go on the lift... yes.. bundled to get the feel of the snowy atmosphere.. those were disappointed about no balcony access.

The stay was absolutely great! We had stayed at your resort in 1997 and enjoyed all the snow. This time with no snow in the beginning we got to tour things normally done in the summer. However the only draw back was the balcony situation but we were made aware prior to our stay. The unit was great due to the updating and if we were to return next year we would need this unit or the other updated condo. Everyone was very accommodating and having snow fall and man made snow our last two days it worked out well.
