Amazing view that I was not expecting. Just steps to the beach. I wish i could have stayed longer.

We really enjoyed the location of these condos which are centrally located on the island. Being within walking distance to food, shops and groceries is so convenient. Loved that there is beach access, my husband and I did swim in the ocean right here and had a great time. Right next door a restaurant right on the beach with live music was great.

This condo is great! Exactly how it is described! It has a perfect location, view, and extras items you will need for your stay!

We had a wonderful time in this condo. We got to watch the sunrise every morning and listened as the ocean waves lulled us to sleep. This was a prime location, food and restaurants were easily accesible. We loved that we could walk to get coffee, our musubi fix from ABC, which we did visit everyday, or Johnny's for some wings. It was also in a middle area for going North to Princeville or heading West towards Waimea Canyon, about an hour either direction. There's also a cute beach cove nearby that's within walking distance, so you don't have to worry about finding parking at a busy beach. The grounds are gorgeous with tropical plants. It was always a treat to see what bloomed that day. Beautiful area and condo.

Great view. Clean Condo

Very basic studio, old furnitures and appliances. Limited supplies as stated on website. Balcony is good and great water/beach view. Upon arrival you need to pick up parking pass first, and not go straight to unit. Free parking at least. There is 2 sets of snorkel bags, but had not been cleaned from previous guests. Bugs under the sink, and blender had some inside. Coffee machine is very old and cracked and shower curtain was ripped and dirty

We had some difficulty getting in contact with the owner of this property at first. We sent a request to shorten our trip by a day over a month before the trip and did not hear back until 2 days before the trip. Completely OK that they couldn’t make the change but I’d expect to hear back sooner. The best thing about this unit is the view from the balcony. Otherwise, the unit is fine. It’s a good size and has most of the basics you need (e.g., fridge, toaster, coffee maker). The unit is on the older side and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. However, it was clean and a decent space. One small issue is that there was no drying rack and you are not allowed to hang your towels over the balcony, so we had to get creative for drying our things. With how humid and damp it gets in Kauai, it would have been useful to have extra drying space. No huge issues. A decent price and a wonderful view of the ocean.

Delightful

We could have watched the ocean all day long, amazing view. Apartment pretty basic but everything we needed, except ice! The freezer section of the fridge didn’t work but that was not a huge issue.

We were just here for a few days, but the location was fantastic. We were easily able to travel around the whole island. The view was amazing, and the room was great. Highly recommend.

This property is absolutely in the best location ever. We could hear the ocean’s roar even with the glass doors closed. The view from the lanai, literally 30 seconds to the beach, 2 minutes to Coconut Marketplace…perfect! When we needed something from Amazon, Monica offered to have it delivered to her home, and she’d bring it to us. Can’t beat caring, considerate service like that. We’ll be back.

Great location right on the beach- fun hanging out on the lanai! Having an iron available would have been nice. None in the room. Everything else was wonderful.

We really enjoyed this great location in Kauai. It is beautifully located on the trail, Beach and close to town. The sunrises from the balcony while enjoying fresh fruit from the local market and a Kona coffee are incredible. Hope to return Bob

Cute place with a great location.

This was a clean large condo unit that was quiet and had awesome ocean views. The unit was comfortable and had a small kitchenette for your various meals. The TV worked well and the bed was a king size and very comfortable. All dealings with the owner were efficient and the entry instructions simple. The coconut mall is across the street with restaurants and a food store to make it all very convenient. I loved the unit and the area and had a great stay. Would happily rent again. Enjoy!

Very easy, No problems close to everything

We thought this was a great location and loved the beach view/access. Loved being able to walk to the coconut marketplace to eat and shop and we were a short drive away from other restaurants. The only negatives were the shower curtain was dirty and when we pulled out the sofa bed we could see underneath hadn’t been cleaned in awhile.

Would have been nice to have more beach chairs and to replace the broken ones.

We spent every morning on the balcony with coffee watching the sunrise. We also enjoyed afternoons and evenings on the balcony watching and listening to the waves. We would definitely stay here again!

This location and condo were great for our 7 day stay. It had a mini fridge and essentials for eating. The property is steps away from the beach, and also has a bar and pool with a hot tub right down the path. It was a perfect location to go to both sides of the island - about 45 minutes from the north and south. We really enjoyed being able to view the sunsets from the porch. Towels, beach chairs were also provided to use which was very nice. Would definitely stay again if we come back!

Access communication was great. Enjoyed the comfortable accommodations in this oceanfront property. Wonderful view. Quiet (with exception to the minimal daytime sidewalk construction below). Decent amenities provided in the unit. Unfortunately, no chance to enjoy the property pool, but it and the surrounding area looked inviting. Helpful lobby staff. Nice location.

We recently stayed in 224 and overall had a great experience. Room is direct ocean front and the views are great. There was some construction of a new wide walkway while we stayed but looked like they were almost finished. Noise was not an issue. The AC worked great as well as the Wifi in the room. Room was well stocked and had a full sized coffee pot and a very cold fridge which was definitely appreciated. When we go back we will definitely consider 224.

I recently stayed here with my daughter and absolutely fell in love with the place. It is tight in the ocean with a perfect view, beautiful grounds with lush gardens. Great pool and hit tub if ocean is too rough or cold. Condo was clean, bed comfortable. Beach towels and chairs and cooler available for day excursions. All in all great spot, right on the ocean. Close to many amenities and little market as well.

We spent a wonderful week at this condo in Kappa. Location and amenities were wonderful and listening to the waves at night were an added bonus. Everything you would want in your stay on the beautiful island of Kauai.

The tv in the unit quit working early in the morning. Called the local.contact and they brought and hooked up a new TV by the time I got back in the evening

This is a bare bones place - a little dated - but is completely fine and has a great location. The beach is beautiful and the landscaping on the resort grounds was gorgeous. Eat at Sam's Oceanview in Kapa'a. It was our best meal on Kauai.

Along with the great location and awesome oceanfront view. The parking is convenient and a short walk from room.

I saw this property online and had to have it. It is my first time to hawaii so it honestly was great coming back from a day out to the view from this room. The room was clean and had everything you needed. Thank you again so much for the Experience.

A very nice stay for 8 days. The condo is basic but is everything you need in Kauai. However, the location is fantasic. The view from the Lanai is amazing. It is walking distance to resaurants and shops. The beach and pool area are excellent. Had one small issue with the in-room safe and the host had it fixed in a flash. Sweet!

Fantastic location, simple furnishings but the property was accurately described. Close to casual as well as upscale restaurants – within a 5 minute walk. A great value for a beachfront property

I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for the perfect getaway by the ocean. The view is breathtaking and there are great amenities such as pool, hot tub, poolside bar, and shopping center and restaurants all in walking distance. Very central location on the island where its only around 30 minutes away from all the hotspots to the North and the South sides of the island. My wife and I both would highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking to come to Kauai and plans to see the entire island.

The area was great to stay in. It was in walking distance to se great restaurants and nice grocery store. Best of all was the view, being able to see the beach right out our room was amazing. It was a nice and peaceful place to stay.
