What a weekend!!!
This property had everything a renter could ask
for! Heidi has anticipated every need and was easy to communicate with. And the location could not be more ideal. Everything is as advertised (plus) and would definitely recommend it. Hoping to return same time next year.

What a wonderful place to stay with family. We had a big family wedding to attend in Eatontown but also wanted to be near the beach. This home was perfect for our family of seven. Heidi was very responsive if we had any questions. We would definitely stay again if we go back to Belmar. A HUGE thank you to Heidi for sharing her lovely home.

Heidi was an excellent property manager to work with. The whole stay was seamless. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed (towels, kitchen ware, safety gates and pack & play for little ones). The location can’t be beat!

Could not have had a better property. Family get together for Mom s funeral. House was awesome and I actually went swimming mid october water was actually nice. We swim in Maine so anything above 55 is ok. It was a very special weekend one that family will always remember. Thanks again for an incredible experience at such a lovely house

Every year we have a small group of 4 that comes to town for a music festival. We were looking. For a house near the ocean and found this wonderful property. The house has plenty of space and is only a few houses from the beach. Heidi was very accommodating and quick to respond to any question that we had. I would highly recommend this property!

We had a terrific stay at Heidi’s property. The house is immaculate and the kitchen really well stocked. Beds were very comfy and the AC worked great. Heidi was extremely responsive. And 1.5 short blocks to a gorgeous family beach! I definitely will rent again.

This was our third time staying at Heidi’s property, and it definitely won’t be our last. Each year it gets harder and harder to leave!
Heidi’s house is immaculate! My boys talk about how gorgeous that upstairs bathroom is all year long, and now they can’t stop talking about the “cool new couches!”
We have only had the best experiences at this property and with Heidi. We feel like this house has become a part of our family.

As noted in many other reviews of this property, all was good during our one week vacation at this house - clean, comfortable, well kept, very convenient to the beach, restaurants, food shopping, overall a perfect location. Owner is friendly and promptly responds to questions. Only one small issue - stairs from first floor to second floor are a bit noisy with creaks. But, all in all, this vacation property is a pleasure and easy to recommend.

Perfect Location
My three children and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was very clean when we arrived. All of the beds are comfortable. The owner provides plenty of bath and beach towels. The neighborhood is lovely and very quiet. And by far this property’s best feature is it’s proximity to the beach, literally a two minute walk to beautiful Belmar beach. It could not have been more convenient.

Excellent location for a family
My family stayed at this home for 5 nights. This property was one of the few that had a bedroom/bathroom downstairs to accommodate my mother, who can’t handle stairs. The layout and location were perfect - a block from the beach. The house was great, the owner was responsive, the property clean, and we couldn’t ask for a better stay.

Felt right at home!
We enjoyed our stay in belmar very much. The house and location was perfect . The house was very clean , the beds were comfortable and there was more than enough room to gather around and spend some quality time with my brother and sisters.We love our walks on the boardwalk too! I highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Great accommodations
Our family consisted of 5 adults and 3 children and the accommodations fit us perfectly with plenty of beds, a large living room and dining area with a large table and seating for all. The property was close to the beach and is very clean and well maintained. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Will definitely rent again.

Amazing location, great value
This house is perfect. Just a block and a half from the beach (so close my 7 year old didn't mind the walk). Clean and comfortable. We recommend it.

Another lovely stay with everything you need
We had a great stay at the property for our second year. It is located close to the beach and comes with a beach locker which was very convenient. The owner is very responsive and helpful. The property was clean and included all of the stuff you need - hand soap, paper towels, beach towels, bath towels. Driveway parking was convenient. Large master bedroom and bathroom and good, strong AC controlled both upstairs and downstairs. The house also had a Pack and play, toddler seat and bedrail available which is nice for families. There is an Outdoor table w umbrella and grill, some grassy area in the backyard w limited shade.
Unfortunately the downstairs bed was broken upon arrival, making it unusable. The fan was also broken and didn’t have a remote, so could not be shut off. The stairs are also very creaky in case you have light sleepers in the house. The house could use some updating but overall it’s a good place to stay for casual family time at the beach.

The perfect house for a beach getaway!
Wow! First of all, we are a family of four very particular germaphobes. We were blown away at how clean this house is! And, you really can not beat the proximity to the beach. We sat and listened to the ocean from the private patio, and enjoyed sitting on the quiet front porch and gazing at the beach. The beach passes and chairs were such a wonderful perk, although the beach is so close, it was not a problem bringing our umbrellas and other beach stuff. Heidi has been so pleasant, attentive and easy to deal with and we definitely hope to come back and make this an annual trip. Thank you so much, Heidi!

Girls Weekend
This was the perfect house and location for our weekend getaway! The proximity to the beach is a bonus! The house had everything we needed to make it a true home away from home, including beach badges, towels/linens, and beach chairs/umbrellas stored in a locker on the beach! We are already making plans for another visit! Heidi was was wonderful to work with and always easy to reach.

Three generations of JOY!
We really enjoyed our time staying at this house ideally situated between Spring Lake and Asbury Park. Even in the off-season it was fun to walk the Boardwalk and shop the shops but being able to all sleep comfortably in great beds and gather around a table full of family favorites we were able toprepare in the well-stocked kitchen was the best. The TV living room areahad plenty of comfortable seats for our family of 7 and we hope to return again soon! It was also VERY clean and during COVID we appreciated knowing it was well disinfected cleaned down and aired before we arrived. Thank you, Heidi!

Would stay again
Perfect for a family. Gates and pack and plays were provided. The yard is fenced-in so my two year old was safe. Great first floor bedroom for Grandma. Kids and myself upstairs. Location was perfect. Easy walk to beach. My son took his bike to the local basketball park. Easy drive to the playground. I can't say enough!
