We had the best time staying here. It is perfect for families. Everything was comfortable! When we had a question or needed something, they are super quick to respond! We walked around, played on the playground, enjoyed the downtown scene, and had stunning views. This property is a great stay and would recommend!!

We visited the Sea Life Center and hiked

Even though this is not a waterfront propery, the location was perfect for our family. Great water views from each side of the house. 1 min walk to waterfront trail and founder's monument. Awesome library/ museum across the street, which my kids loved!!! 2 block walk to mainstreet seward shops, restaurants, and gelato. Most fave part was sitting in lawn chairs basking in sun and watching Northern lights at night :) very clean and kitchen had everything we needed.

Location was great, blocks from the water. I walked the shoreline both mornings. Older home so floors are creaky but overall fabulous Our family enjoyed our stay!

Very cute and enjoyable property. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was adequately equipped and home was spacious enough to accommodate our group of five even when our son brought over his family of six to visit.

This is a fantastic location for a stay in Seward! We were in walking distance to all types of natural sights as well as various restaurants, a library and the Sea Life Center!

We found this rental to be convenient to Seward. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings pleasant. It was clean throughout.

The home was ok. Adorable from the outside, run down from the inside. But there are so few choices in Seward. Location was amazing- close to EVERYTHING. Parking was easy. This is not a standalone home- there is another apartment in the back- which created some confusion with the host and the other guest. The inside felt run down. There were a few coffee beans in one of the large jars right on the counter- not sure why. For the price you pay you would think there would be some cheep ground coffee some place, but no- just a few whole beans. Pillows were inside the decorative pillow cases- had to look for the ones that we could actually sleep on. Lots of “bright light” lightbulbs which will make you feel like you are in the office. One night a powerwasher started blasting our windows arounf 9:20pm- we were already in beds trying to get over our jetlag. Scared the heck out of us. Oh well. It could have been better. But it was ok.

Great location. Quiet area. Walking distance to everything in town!

We were a group of eight adult family members stopping two nights in Seward on an Anchorage/Kenai vacation. We chose the property not only for the comfortable sleeping arrangement, but also the large, open kitchen-living room space, which allowed everyone to enjoy cooking and relaxing together. Our stay here contributed significantly to our overall enjoyment of our Seward visit.

This was a great rental. It was in a great Location, not even a block to the board walk. It was comfortable, check in was easy, I highly recommend staying here.

Great location downtown and walking distance to just about everywhere.

This place was very convenient and a great choice for our Seward trip.

If you have few people and want to be in one place this is a great option. Also within walking distance of the water and old downtown Seward, such as the brewery and sea life center. Another plus is it's across the street from the library if you have kids.

Smooth check-in process, great location (just steps from the Seaward Brewing Company), everything was clean and tidy and very comfortable beds!! Would definitely choose to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Seward. The house was close to all local activities and everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. We were a group of 7 (3 adults and 4 kids) and we had plenty of room in the house and it was clean. The description of the property leads you to believe that this is a stand alone house, but there are units attached behind the home. We could hear conversations and household noise from the other units which was a bit distracting. Overall, I think this is a great location to stay while in Seward.

Inviting, walkable, quiet, secure

The location of the house is perfect! we didn't really need a car , everything was within walking distance (even for our 18 month old); play ground, sea life center and restaurants. The house is VERY clean and has everything you might need for the weekend! Definitely recommend! Tim and Lily were very responsive prior to booking and answered all my questions! Thank you so much! :)
