Este hermoso condominio de Mission Beach está ubicado en una zona privilegiada de San Diego Mission Beach. El condominio tiene vistas espectaculares de Mission Bay y los fuegos artificiales de Seaworld desde nuestro patio. La terraza común en la parte superior del edificio ofrece vistas panorámicas de todo Mission Bay Park con una mesa y sillas para relajarse y tomar una copa o cenar.
Nuestra unidad cuenta con 2 habitaciones principales con baño y cómodas camas King size. Tenemos internet de alta velocidad con un área de escritorio. Hay 3 televisores de pantalla plana de Sony, incluida una sala de estar de 65 pulgadas. con un reproductor de DVD, Netflix, Amazon Prime y MLB. Hay bicicletas, sillas de playa, toallas, juguetes y sombrillas para su uso. Hay una lavadora / secadora en el garaje adjunto para 2 automóviles. Tenemos un patio privado con una parrilla de barbacoa de gas y mesas para 6. Hay una gran área cubierta de hierba al lado del patio para que los niños jueguen y estén seguros dentro de nuestras paredes. Hay una ducha al aire libre para enjuagar.

Check in was simple. Having a garage for our rental was a plus, the rental is walking distance to the beach and board walk, the household amenities (washer/dryer, bikes, fully equipped kitchen, etc) made for a pleasant stay.

Great location. Connie was amazing and provided all the details making traveling with two small children easy. What sets this property apart from the rest is the small things. Connie provided so many extras (pack n play, wagon, beach supplies) we didn’t have to worry about renting it bringing any of it

This was a perfect location for us. We could walk to lots of places. The house was convenient but the location is very quiet. The host was extremely easy to reach, and very accommodating. Having a garage to park in was truly an added bonus. There were 4 of us and we never felt cramped. There was plenty of hot water for showers and hair washing. Hate to leave.

We really enjoyed our stay at Connie's house in Mission Beach. The location right between the bay and the beach is amazing. The house is fully equipped and the contact with Connie was very easy and pleasant. The big garage is an extra plus.
We highly recommend staying at this house.

This was a perfect rental for my family of 3 (myself & husband and our college age daughter) for a long weekend in January. Location was perfect, garage was priceless, and the bikes were so much fun.
The place has plenty of space (2 couples or a family of 6 w/ younger kids would enjoy this apartment). The master bathroom is WOW! and the kitchen has everything you need. Besides the bikes, the host offers lots of beach items including towels. I feel like you don’t need to bring anything with you!
Location: less than 15 minute drive from the airport. Zoo so close, as is downtown and La Jolla. And walking to the ocean or the bay is effortless!

Stay was good. Great location. Just a little warm if it’s 70 and humid and you can’t really leave the windows wide open as the unit is on the first floor. They provided fans to help cool it down but for our 2 yr old it was a little uncomfortable as she sleeps hot.

Everything was just as described. Very nice place, with tons of toys for everyone. We did have a problem with fruit flies in the kitchen and the guest room comforter had a big stain. All in all it is a nice place in a great location.

Had a good time despite Hurricane. Condo was great, clean, all the amenities and nicely decorated. Multiple types of coffee makers and lots of dishes, silverware and pots/pans for eating and cooking. The only inconvenience was a leak in ceiling of master bedroom during hurricane and the flies are a little bothersome. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Kids and I loved this location! We are San Diego locals and wanted a summer staycation before kids start school.
The place was very clean, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to the bay and beach. The outside patio is a nice touch to enjoy dinner and get to view the amazing fireworks from Sea World. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to return. The rental is well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Plus there are bikes, beach chairs, and umbrellas for your use all in great condition. The garage is conveniently located with a direct entrance into the rental. We really enjoyed the large front patio and bbq grill. It was easy to communicate with the owner, Connie. She was able to answer all our questions.

This property is so awesome and cute and offered everything we needed. It was easy to find and get to. So close to the beach just 2 blocks away and the bay just 1 block away. The bikes were perfect for afternoon rides. Also during the week that we stayed Christmas to New Years, Sea World had fireworks nightly and we had a perfect view from the rooftop deck.
Communication with Connie was always prompt and her and her husband were always fast to help us with whatever we needed.
Awesome place for friends or family to stay. Hopefully we’ll be able to come back soon!

We had a wonderful stay. The decor inside this place was great. Everything you need and more for a great stay. Bikes, boogie boards beach chairs & umbrellas. 30seconds from the bay and 90 seconds from the beach.
Short walk to grocery store and shopping and restaurants. Hope to come again.

This was a great place to stay. Loved the location. Keep in mind that this property has no AC, but does have ceiling fans and floor fans. It did get hot inside.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 kids) vacation. It’s located just far enough away from the public parking areas which means less crowded beach areas on both the bay and ocean which are both a super short walk away. The designated parking and space in the home were definite pluses. Connie was very friendly and accommodating. Such a great trip made better by this property. Thank you Connie!

Didn’t realize there wasn’t any AC. Been to San Diego many times and never this humid or warm so didn’t check on that one. We made due.
Showers could have used a good scrub.
Great location though. Beds really comfortable. Loved using the bikes!
Connie was very responsive along the way making the check in process a breeze even as late as we arrived we had no issues with her detailed process.

Overall, we had a great trip. The location of the property was perfect and was in between the bay and ocean. The beds were very comfortable. Everyday I had my coffee on the patio while enjoying the bay view. The property was stacked with beach umbrellas and chairs so it was perfect! I would definitely stay at this property again.

Good for couples
The rental had two master bedrooms with an ensuite in each. It is a good set up for two couples. Restaurants are about 1 km or more walk. We enjoyed our stay.

The Perfect Vacation House
Connie’s property is absolutely perfect for a family to be close to the beach and enjoy beautiful San Diego. The bikes were so much fun!! We were celebrating my daughters college graduation, and this house was just the right setting. Private patio was great too!
Connie is very prompt if you have any question too. Definitely will be back!!

Great for traveling with young children. Mission Beach and Mission Bay are great for little kids to play in sand and wade in the water and are both so close. Lots of beach toys. Close to everything else, too (short drive to SeaWorld, Zoo, etc.). Loved having a garage, great park in walking distance, etc. Thank you!

Great proximity to everything
The home is well stocked with everything you could need, we used the grill and also did some baking. There is an excess of remotes in the living room & bedrooms, kinda hard to figure out. Great location, right between the bay & the beach, a few min walk to Belmont Park. Parking is tough, but they do have a garage. We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely recommend.

The property was nice and roomy. Outdoor seating was available. Very easy access to the Bay and Ocean side beaches. Less than 2 minute walks. Ten minute walk to Mission Beach amusement park. Would stay again.

We thought the condo was fantastic! It was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We loved the location relative to the beach. Having the attached garage was wonderful as it is clear parking is tight in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place with close proximity to everything
Connie was a great host. Communicated clearly via text and was super responsive. The house had a well stocked kitchen utensils good enough to cook up anything. The bed is super comfortable that its hard to wake up in the morning. Garage is a big plus.
Kid friendly home, our kids loved the rustic decor in the house.
Just across the street from mission beach and mission bay. Very close to Sea World as well. We would definitely visit Connie's residence if we are in San Diego next time.
