Great place!
Perfect place for us and our daughter and boyfriend! Close to the Gondala and downtown, as well as the grocery store! Also a short walk to some great hikes!

Perfect stay in Telluride
We had a great stay in Telluride. The property is in walking distance of everything in Telluride. The unit is a little dated, but it was great for a few nights.

Great location but dissapointed by cleanliness
The location is great, very central. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator so if you have a lot of things to carry up ( for baby etc..) it can be a challenge. The biggest dissapointment was the cleanliness (or lack thereof) of the place when we arrived. During Covid our expectations are maybe higher but the dishwasher was smelling rotten, the bathroom was filthy and plates still had some food in them. We had to do a lot of clean up ourselves to feel comfortable. The owner was nice and apologized/ made it good by reimbursing the cleaning fee so hopefully future renters will see an improvement. It was great to be welcome by the owner, weird to see him not wear a mask during a state mandate. Other than that it's a great place but I would not recommend it for a family with toddlers.

Amazing July 4 weekend in Telluride
Everything was great! Property owner was extremely communicative and met us onsite to help with parking and a quick tour of the property. The location is FANTASTIC - very close to the gondola and several of the best bars and restaurants in town. We were extremely comfortable in the loft, it included all the amenities you'd need to enjoy time in the mountains. Highly recommend!

Great location - quiet and comfortable
The location cannot be beat and the host is available. John was there to greet us at check-in and give us some local tips. The beds were comfortable and private, and the space was inviting for those moments in between adventures. We didn't really need a kitchen, which is pretty limited for actual cooking but served perfectly for breakfast and coffee. We'd stay again!

Time in Telluride for Imogene Run
This property was great for 3 guys coming up to run the Imogene Pass Run. The owner made it easy for us to meet and find the location. The location is walking distance to all parts of the Telluride town. Love Tride!

This property is located in a nice part of town.One block from the grocery store and very close to everything else.A great value when compared to the hotels and other lodging options.

Great location and great owner
We really enjoyed our visit to this Telluride location. The owner was very responsive, helpful and friendly. We were given a great check-in overview and even walked to where we had additional parking options. (This is a must in the downtown area.) The price is reasonable and the residence was clean and neat.

Nice place, well stocked kitchen. Easy walk to everything in town, we never had to move our car while we were there. Great property owner. Would do it again for sure.

Fantastic Condo! Great Location!
We truly enjoyed our stay at John's condo. He was so easy to communicate with and made check in and check out a breeze. The condo is conveniently located a block to the market as well as a few blocks from the Gondola. Would definitely recommend!!!

This condo is on the top floor, overlooking a stream, with an opening skylight that looks out on the fabulous Telluride view. Rooms are huge by ski-town standards, layout is simple, decor a little quirky, all in all a great spot in a wonderful town.

Great condo, great location
This was the perfect homebase for a weekend in Telluride. The condo was clean, comfortable, and a short walk to the center of town. Owner was great about making sure we got settled in and had what we needed. Would stay here again!

Nice, spacious property
Property was nice and spacious. Enjoyed the loft. Property was clean but not pristine. However, it was fine. Owner was very communicative and accommodating. Would stay here again.

It was much bigger than expected. We really enjoyed our stay here. Hopefully we will be able to lock it down again, for many years to come
