My adult daughter, her significant other and I really enjoyed our week at Seabrook Island, the place is great, I really enjoyed the screened in porch and spent many hours out there.

Rental process was easy. We had never been to the area before so we had questions, which were all answered quickly and fully. The Villa was very roomy, plenty of room for 5 adults. We enjoyed the large screen porch and greatly appreciated the ceiling fans in each room. We came for a wedding, but fell on love with the area and all there is to see and do, so we will be back sometime in the future.

This property was bigger than we had expected and was a nice surprise! Easily accommodated 3 adults and 2 children. If you don’t mind it being a little dated, this is a perfect place tucked away on this beautiful island. Will keep this property in mind for our next visit. We love vacationing at Seabrook. Carolyn and I were in contact several times -- all favorable. The interior and the screened porch are dated. Carolyn is very aware of that and gladly received some hints I relayed to her in a letter.

It's a nice little 2-bedroom condo in a quiet area next to the golf course. Although there are a few things here and there that need to be replaced, it has been well maintained and met our needs very well.

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at this property for the price we paid. The manager was very responsive., and the unit was relatively clean which is a high priority for us. Just realize, this place hasn’t been updated in many years. As long as you’re okay with a basic place to stay, this unit will meet your needs. Seabrook is amazing. We don’t spend much time inside when we are there anyway!

Renting on lower end of spectrum so you get what you pay for. Location is great. Property could just use some updates. Could some it up by comparing it to a kids first off-campus apartment when their parents give them everything old that they do not want anymore. It was difficult at first to contact owner trying to figure out how to check in. There is a security gate on property that they need to know you are coming and owner needs to provide them that info. Tried contacted owner through VRBO but never got a response. Ended up calling VRBO directly to see what I needed to do. They connected me with owner. He apologized, contacted gate, and let me know about key. I would just recommend if you are renting out your property and collecting money, you should be aware of who and when those people are coming. Got to property but cleaning crew was still there. Check in is at 4pm I got there at 5pm. So had to leave until they finished. She was very nice, and she apologized too. Not her fault at all. Master bath sink does not drain properly, definitely think you should take care of that. It fills up with minimal amount of water and drains slow. Was doing work near by and basically just needed a place to hang our hats, so we did not need much. Would I rent this place again if working down here, possibly but might review other properties at similar price just to compare. Would I bring my family here to rent, I would not. If you are looking for good location on the cheap with little expectations go for it.

We booked online and didn’t learn (through VRBO, not the owner) until we were a few hours into our drive that the property was double booked and we had no place to stay. The owner never did respond to our emails and has yet to reach out to apologize or offer any sort of future compensation or discount.

great location, plenty of wildlife viewing in the neighborhood, had a great time there

The place is cozy and is near the beach. You would need to either ride a bike or drive to the beach and use the public parking area. Saw deer and fawns on the property everyday. A tree frog greeted us on the door every evening. Place is relaxing with a nice back screened porch. Will definitely stay there again!

Great accommodations, perfect location and very good communication with the owner. I would recommend to the owner to stream clean the upholstery and dining room chairs. We will be back!!!

The owner ensured we were comfortable from the start, he even called when the weather had the potential to get bad. The duplex is a single story two bedroom (one King, and one with twin beds) nestled in a culdesac with plenty of privacy and is well maintained. Everything you will need for your stay to include cable with internet.

This condo was awesome! Fully equipped kitchen with an on site washer and dryer. Both bedrooms were super spacious and clean, same with the bathrooms. The king bed was a little too firm for my liking but thats ok. I would definitely stay here again.
