Each customer could to be very close by their MG lead. If you have dogs and cats , I strongly recommend here for your life with them.

AC malfunction? Sometime we couldn’t sleep well unfortunately.

The whole family liked it a lot! Sai, was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great as well! A few km from trainstation, but if you get there at normal times and ask for beeing picked up there is no problem!

Everything was perfect and would like to go back if that Lady with huge voice and really bad attitude leaves someday.

The Rooms were good

Language ia a barrier. Being an Indian family with kids , not recommended to stay. I think Indian kids irritates them.... So I don't visit this place once again.

Charming place with extra ordinary level of care and service by Sai. We lost our belongings and she did her very best to assist us. We will come back again!

First and foremost, the manager and the staff are really nice people who will make your stay as pleasant as possible. We did not expect so much variety of food at breakfast. Choice for vegans available. Free hot tea (black, green, herbal, etc) and water any time. Tables/sofa in dining/breakfast room and adjacent room can be freely used. Shuttle bus stop at Tokyu hotel is very close. Happo gondola terminal even can be reached by a 15-minute walk. Nice room with minimum necessary equipment. Mattresses of beds are sufficiently hard.

Not really anything to complain. Heating in rooms can be low and you may feel cold at night in winter. -> Prepare yourself. Wear warm clothes. Take a hot bath before sleeping. WiFi strength can be low depending on your location in the house. -> Switch to mobile network. Or simply stop using your smartphone or laptop and just enjoy days without internet.

Sai and team were so lovely and kind to us and our children. They went above and beyond what we would have expected, from driving us around through taking us to see her friend's rainbow deer, through dropping off things we forgot on departure to our next accom. We loved the location inset amongst the trees. It was a short walk to rhythm shop and happo lifts and a short walk into town for dinner. The living room was lovely with a stunning view out and a fire in a box (so no smoke). I was happy to spend most of my day here with our baby. The Japanese breakfasts were delicious.

The rooms were a bit old and basic.

I loved the homely, cozy feel of this lodge with the host being very informative, helpful and eager to help.

Stunning and convenient location with friendly staff. Delicious daily breakfast with both western and Japanese options, the perfect place to stay. Sai (the manager) and her staff are incredibly helpful, kind and generous with their knowledge and time. The lodge offers daily drop offs morning and evening. The common area is spacious and a great place to meet others coming to Hakuba to enjoy the snow. There is a sizeable ski/board and boot room to store your gear after a day. Highly recommend this place for your trip.

Beds are uncomfortable, no way to regulate temperature in room.

Sai and the staff were amazing, they went over and above to make our stay excellent. I'd highly recommend Kizuna and look forward to returning!

Kizuna Lodge is by far the best accomodation to stay in Hakuba. It is conveniently located, with Happo One a short 15 minute walk away. The rooms were clean, comfortable and convenient, not to mention the beautiful views. The breakfast was well varied, with a different cooked breakfast as the main component, accompanied by an abundance of continental options and bakery goods. It was also very thoughtfully catered for gluten free dietary requirements. Sai was an exceptional host who went above and beyond to make our stay as convenient and comfortable as possible. We will absolutely be back and could not recommend this place enough. The value for money at this place is unmatched.

The staff were amazing, offering to give us lifts to ski spots and restaurants in the local area. They were very friendly, offered great recommendations and spoke English well. The hotel was so pretty, cozy and clean. Dog friendly. Breakfast was delicious. 10/10 😊

Walking places can be a bit difficult on the icy, narrow roads but this is the case throughout Hakuba

The owner was amazing. She was really knowledgeable on the area and gave us snow updates every morning. The breakfast was also very good and we were catered for as vegetarians, you could each as mucj as you wanted! The atmosphere is the lodge is welcoming and warm! There were also small onsens which were great after a day of skiing!

It’s a very cozy place. In all honesty, I booked this place because they have cute dogs on property :)
