Beautiful community and amenities. Everyone using shared amenities were respectful, polite, making the experience wonderful. The property was perfect - clean and as described.

Great place to stay. This is our second time staying at this house. It’s the perfect location. Lots of room to hang out together or spread out throughout the house. Close to stores and restaurants. It’s a nice safe area for a family to stay and play. We hope to visit again!

We loved everything about the layout of this house. It was clean and easy to get in. The communication with the property manager was great! It was perfect for family, friends and our dog. Great open space inside for playing card games and spending time together. Plus being so close to the pool was awesome for the kids.
Our only complaints:
1. As previously mentioned, the dishwasher didn't work so we had to hand wash everything
2. There was a flood in the upstairs bathroom that leaked into the kitchen, but we called the management team and they came over on a Saturday night to check it out
3. The igniter on the fire pit doesn't work
4. We had to fix one of the bikes but that was easy and it was really fun biking around the neighborhood and park.
Overall, great experience.

Overall we had a great stay. But did run into some things we didn’t love. When we needed the 24/7 number for WiFi access for 2 people that needed to work or for a flood in the house we couldn’t get ahold of anyone for hours. When we arrived the first and half the second day we had no WiFi access and zero reception in the house. The upstairs toilet was broken and we were not aware so it flooded the bathroom and down into the kitchen. The dishwasher doesn’t work at all and all the put away drinking glasses were dirty when we arrived. Our kids were excited for the bikes but most are broken or the brakes don’t work. The extra bed in the bunk room is totally broken. The beds were clean but the overall house didn’t seem to be cleaned very well. We had to wipe flour off the counters and found clumps of other peoples hair multiple times in the family room. This is our second time staying in this house and we love the location next to the pool.

We love this community but this was the first time we had a poor experience. We weren't able to check in to the place until after an hour of the check-in time because it was still being cleaned. The quality of the furniture was very poor. The listing stated it could sleep up to a certain amount of people with the pullout couches but both were broken. The fire pit would not stay in unless you held the button. The dishwasher had a bad smell to it even after running a cycle.

Beautiful home, but we had a few issues with dirty water in showers and tubs. Also we Never received a key from the property management company which was promised, so we could not access the pools. Fireplace and grill did not work either. We also did not receive check in information until 30 minutes prior to arrival which was a little stressful.

The house was great but there were several problems like a gas leak and the diswasher not working. The communication from the rental company was not very good and we never did get the diswasher fixed. Overall a great place to stay, I am sure they will have the issues fixed by the time the next renter comes to stay.

We came in having such high expectations after hearing so many good things about Paradise Village. However, it was not even close to a satisfactory experience. We purchased early check in for 2pm. When we arrived around 2:30, the door code would not work. This should've been our first hint as to how the rest of the experience would be. Once we were able to get ahold of the office and receive the correct door code, we started to explore the house and figure out sleeping arrangements. The two queen pull out sofa beds upstairs were completely broken and couldn't be slept in. The twin rollaway bed was busted in the middle and also couldn't be slept in. That made us have to figure out where 5 people were going to sleep. We ended up having to go to Walmart and spend money on air mattresses for all of them. The wifi was not working and we contacted the office and were told we'd hear back. After not hearing back for a couple of hours we called again and were told the people who deal with the internet were off for the day. Extremely inconvenient when we had 3 of our guests who needed internet to log in and work. One of them had to get up early to go to a fast food restaurant in St. George to take a business Zoom call because the cell service was too bad to use a hot spot temporarily while we waited for internet. It was finally fixed after almost 24 hours. The refrigerator did not cool enough to have safe food temperatures. We ended up having to go buy a cooler and ice to keep perishable food cold enough. The fridge was set to the coldest setting and still was struggling to keep the small amount of drinks we kept in the fridge cold. There is a sign on the fridge saying not to overfill, which is absolutely absurd. How are you supposed to get food to feed 19 people when you can't even fill up the fridge? Spend the money on a new one. The house was filthy. I understand it's a rental, but please consider a deep clean. The tile floors were absolutely gross as well. And more...

This is a lovely place, however could be much nicer if there was attention to details. When we arrived several hours after the 4 pm check in time the codes( 2 different ones) that had been emailed to me didn’t work to let us in. We waited in the hot weather a good 45 min before finally getting a code that worked. Shortly after unpacking we found out the internet access also was not working. This meant that we couldn’t watch TV or use the connection for our cell phones. We don’t have unlimited minutes and spent much of the first several days trying to get someone to fix the internet. Maintenance finally came out and said it was a problem with centurylink and that they wouldn’t open a ticket for him. They also would not call him back. To make a long story short that home has no internet and probably will not anytime soon. Even though it has 3 great 50 inch TV and brags about all the smart TV’s in the home.... You can’t enjoy them!

The property is great. So is the community and it's amenities. Minor complaints are with cleaning. Property was mostly cleans but carpets badly need to be cleaned. Visible stains and feet were dirty after walking barefoot on carpets for short time. Also, cleaners didn't replace liquid hand soaps, they had all been refilled/topped off with water. Management was ok for checking in and out and questions regarding that but could have responded quicker and didn't address any questions or issues with property when told about them. The outside patio misters didn't work and we were told twice during our stay that someone would come look at it and they never came. Other than that, the property and community were awesome. Would stay here again, they just need to have the carpets cleaned and also be better at responding and following up.

The stay at 33 was amazing! The home is absolutely beautiful and spacious. The views from the rear deck of the surrounding mountains along with the sunsets was delightful. Kids loved the two large pools, the bikes and the ping pong table. This awesome home and location is definitely one we will be coming back to.

Property was falling apart. On arrival I was required to document damages and fill out paperwork!?!?! Send emails!?!?!? What??? On my vacation! Did so to protect myself from liability.
Shorted a bed bc pullout was broke. Furniture was so old uncomfortable and falling apart. Bunk beds squeaked so bad kept kids awake. Gross stained dirty old carpet. So cheap if u forgot to avoid the tack strip u’d get stabbed in the foot!
Never again staying at a property through Utah’s Best Vacation Rental!!!

Overall a great experience and would consider coming back but would choose different house in complex. The house was honestly pretty beat upSo I could tell it’s had a lot of renters. The sheets and mattress pads were seemed old. The bikes in the garage were pretty squeaky and some of the helmets were broken. The fob to the pool gate wouldn’t work come to fine out it was broken so nobody could get in and we ended up having to let a ton of people through. The gas fire pit was broken so we had to jerry rig that as well. Just being honest. Overall it was a good trip though.

Suggest owners put a non-slippery mat in the tub upstairs (we couldn't use it), and a window covering on the slider doors of the bedroom upstairs (had to dress in the bathroom and crawl into bed in the dark).That said, it is a beautiful place and we would definitely return.

2nd year we have rented 33 for The Huntsman Senior Games.I informed the staff of issues on all 3days we were there, and was told that maintenance would be out. They never showed. Slider blind missing in upstairs queen bedroom, garage remote not working, and broken chair in living room resulting in someone falling to the floor.

This location was perfect for our weekend away and an evening at Tuachan. The family enjoyed the pool that was right outside our door, so convenient. The home is spacious, clean, and comfortable.

This rental was the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. 19 people in our group, 9 adults & 10 children, 5-17. Everyone had so much fun, pool in our backyard, big kitchen with all the essentials & 2 big family sitting areas. We’d definitely stay here again.

We had such a great time here. Location to the main pool was incredibly convenient and the water slide pool was a quick walk down the street. The house was really clean and so much space to vacation with family and friends.

My family had a good overall experience. The location is great to near by stores and area attractions and pools. Very spacious home and comfortable living areas. My only complaints were the billing was royally messed up with billing incorrect family members as we booked four units. It was eventually corrected but after a lot of aggravation. Much of the furnishings were cheaply made and didn't hold up well, but expected in a rental. Finally we did find some bunk beds that hadn't been thoroughly cleaned, but management had them remade with clean linens. We would come back again.

Upon entering the property, I was impressed with how beautiful it was. As we started unpacking, there was a bloody tissue found near one of the beds upstairs and a hair on their bed. We excused it, thinking maybe just a gross oversight. Then complaints came from another bedroom that garbage was found under their bed by their toddler and something orange and sticky by their blinds. Hair/dustball left behind in main floor bathroom that we excused too. Late at night we went to make up the pullout sofas and found them unusable. One has a bent frame that wouldn't fold down or up properly. The mattress was so thin and old, the other was unusable anyway. This had been the reason we rented this unit so that was most disappointing. We went to use the bunk beds and there was red/brown matter smeared on one of the comforters that went unidentified so we couldn't use that bed either.
The next morning we discovered a burned out light in one of the upstairs showers. Could not replace ourselves because of high ceiling. Had to shower in the dark the entire stay. Dirty light switches, stained couch pillows all started adding up to a very unpleasant stay. We all became suspicious of our bedding at that point, wondering if things were cleaned. On our final morning, I checked the master bedroom drawers to make sure nothing was left behind and found used baby food pouches from a previous tenant. I wouldn't be surprised if they are still there. Next year we're considering a different area of St George to find a better maintained property.

Hair/dustball left behind in main floor bathroom that we excused too. Late at night we went to make up the pullout sofas and found them unusable. One has a bent frame that wouldn't fold down or up properly. The mattress was so thin and old, the other was unusable anyway. This had been the reason we rented this unit so that was most disappointing. We went to use the bunk beds and there was red/brown matter smeared on one of the comforters that went unidentified so we couldn't use that bed either.The next morning we discovered a burned out light in one of the upstairs showers. Could not replace ourselves because of high ceiling. Had to shower in the dark the entire stay. Dirty light switches, stained couch pillows all started adding up to a very unpleasant stay. We all became suspicious of our bedding at that point, wondering if things were cleaned. On our final morning, I checked the master bedroom drawers to make sure nothing was left behind and found used baby food pouches from a previous tenant. I wouldn't be surprised if they are still there. Next year we're considering a different area of St George to find a better maintained property.

When we arrived the garage door was open and the place was unlocked. It was not clean yet. They did respond and came and cleaned. They do need to deep clean the place. Under the recliner chairs it’s very dirty with items dropped. Blinds and window sills along with walls need cleaning. My daughter had left a ring and bracelet and realized it shortly after we left. We called right away and was very disappointed with the response that they would send us a form to fill out if housekeeping turned it in. They were unwilling to go get it for us. Still haven’t heard back. Also told we would be compensated for it not being ready at check in time. Have not heard anything else about it.

This is a great property. Lots of space. Loved the area. We came down for the True Grit mtn bike race and the resort was nice to come home to after the race. Gave it 4 star rating on clean because the carpet needs cleaning .
