Master bath includes a rain shower, soaking tub, steam room, and towel warmer.....which was beyond my expectation. Fully loaded kitchen....great balcony for some sun....laundry room....and private elevator and garage for added security. The house is next to an upscale mall and a short walk to Beverly Hills. Anatoliy, the property owner, is trustworthy and responsive. Sure you could book the Waldorf or Beverly Hilton, but WHY!!!

It takes quite a bit to impress me....but this spot did just that! You can count on the pictures because what you see is exactly what you get. Master bath includes a rain shower, soaking tub, steam room, and towel warmer.....which was beyond my expectation. Fully loaded kitchen....great balcony for some sun....laundry room....and private elevator and garage for added security. The house is next to an upscale mall and a short walk to Beverly Hills. Anatoliy, the property owner, is trustworthy and responsive. Sure you could book the Waldorf or Beverly Hilton, but WHY!!!

We are a family of 8 adults and had ample room and were extremely comfortable. The walk in closets and storage all over the apartment made unpacking easy. Luxurious bed linen and towels were a treat. The apartment was well stocked with all the cooking supplies, paper goods, laundry detergent etc that we needed, including a terrific coffee maker that grinds the beans for each pot. Large furnished porch extends off the living room. Awesome fireplace in the living area and master BR with modern controls. Automatic lights with sensors throughout the apartment. The master bathroom was a treat with a soaking tub, rain head shower and steam , makeup vanity, towel warmer etc.
Elevator and garage space make this property even more comfortable with a Ralph's supermarket and upscale mall right near by.
The decor was beautiful with a gorgeous kitchen; master bedroom and bath in a separate area from the other lovely bedrooms.
The owner was reachable for any questions that we had. Highly recommend this property without reservations. It was hard leaving these luxurious accommodations.

It was such a pleasure to stay at this property- our family was truly living in luxury! The owner is so helpful and was quick to respond to any questions we had. The house itself is gorgeous, and comes with so many special features. Motion-activated lights illuminate many of the rooms, showing off the modern and stylish furniture. A heated towel rack and huge bathtub in the master bathroom make for a relaxing bathing experience. The beds were so comfortable that we didn't want to get up in the morning! The gourmet kitchen provided plenty of space for preparing Thanksgiving dishes. Everything was comfortable and inviting, from the living room couch to the cozy bath towels. The location was perfect too; it gave us easy access by foot to the local Ralph's and the Westfield Shopping Mall, as well as a short car ride to Beverly Hills. We had a truly lovely experience at this property and hope to be back!

Gorgeous Home!
Mu husband and I and our two adult children/spouses/and grandchild just returned from a 4 night stay in this beautiful home. Everything was just as pictured on line. Everything inside this townhouse was topnotch! The kitchen was open to the living area, which opened out to a really enjoyable deck area, with table seating as well as couch seating. This made the shared living space feel very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all that you would need to cook, serve and entertain with. There was a bar area adjacent to the dining area (which we did not use, but beautiful table with seating for six) that had a wine cooler fridge, every type of wine glass you would need and extra drinking glasses of different types. The garage has six parking spots, and we were allotted three spaces for our unit. The elevator from the garage takes you right into the living area, which was very nice. We were given garage door openers and key cards to operate the elevator. Night time was very quiet in this area. There are two grocery stores very close to us that had all we needed. A huge mall is within 5 minutes walk. The owner was always very responsive to our questions. The master bedroom is off the living area, while the other bedrooms and bathrooms are at the other end of the unit, so it made for nice separation of areas for my husband and me and our children. Two of the bathrooms had large walk-in showers with interesting shower heads. We were very happy with this. I would highly recommend this townhouse to anyone wanting 4 bedrooms, an updated interior, all the amenities of home, close to all directions, close to shopping, and indoor parking.

Fantastic apartments in beautiful area!!! Really good and new townhouse and apartments. We were 5 people and everyone were happy about staying here. You have everything in that apartments. Nearby there are a Ralph's shop, that's very handily, about 10 minutes by walk. Thank you very much Anatoliy! Hope to stay again next year!

Fantastic apartments in beautiful area!!! Really good and new townhouse and apartments. We were 5 people and everyone were happy about staying here. You have everything in that apartments. Gorgeous Townhouse
This lovely home exceeded my expectations. Beautiful and spacious. The master bedroom and bathroom is huge. The rest of the bedrooms are just as great with bathrooms in each room, very convenient! Modern well equipped kitchen. And great location too!
The host was extremely nice and easy to work with.
We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home
The house was absolutely beautiful and accommodating! Bedrooms are big with bathrooms in each room which is great for a large number of guest. The master bath has an amazing steam shower too. The host was very quick at responding to anything we needed. Location is also great. Would definitely recommend this home for a perfect LA vacation.

Amazing place!
We absolutely loved staying here! I had looked for the perfect place for my family and extended family to stay while in the area for a wedding and this was by far the best place I could have chosen. There was plenty of space for all of us and the property is gorgeous! Anatoliy was very easy to work with and was there to answer any questions that we had. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing home home everything was clean and just about new. Had lots of space to accommodate everyone separately without getting in the way of each other. Its also very conveniently located to just about anything you would want to do and the host was great extremely nice

Like the other reviews said pictures don't really do it any justice. The place is extremely nice and there's way more space then you would imagine it would be. Comes with pretty much everything you would need. It's in a great location and the host was very nice and communicated very well to make everything a amazing stay
