Stayed as a family of 8 including 3 children. The villa was fantastic & exactly as described. We didn't venture too far but enjoyed walks to the beach & the town of Villajoyosa. A couple of members of our party also took the tram to Benidorm which was quick & easy. We had a couple of issues during our stay but Annick was very responsive & helpful & these were quickly resolved. The villa itself was well stocked with lots of plates, cutlery, utensils etc & plenty of towels. Air conditioning was much needed! The pool & views were just amazing. We all had such a lovely time.

Communication with Christophe was excellent throughout and the welcome from Annick was perfect (even though we were an hour late). Villa is exactly as shown and described and has everything you need. Retractable covers overside seating area were really useful, pool and bubbles refreshing. Location we had a car, but there is easy access to a number of local supermarkets, the Alicante-Denia tram and the harbour. Literally 5 mins and you are on the beach (and beach towels are provided at the villa). Lots of local bars and restaurants on the beachfront and in the town. All in all perfect for what we needed.

We have spent a wonderful week in this lovely villa surrounded by a large wrap around garden that has well established trees and plants. The bonus of orange and lemon trees complemented the view of the Mediterranean from the large terrace. This villa is so well equipped and would easily accommodate 8 persons. The owner Christophe was a very good communicator and responded to any questions very quickly . We would recommend this place to anyone seeking a quiet break in a traditional Spanish resort.

Stayed for a week 4 adults, teen and a kid. What an amazing property. Has everything u might need and so close to shops, restaurants, beaches u don’t really need a car at all. Kids loved playing bowls. And i loved the fact that there was no tv in the main room- it meant we could have long conversations drinking local wine and beer. The garden is superb-oranges and lemons, kids loved them. Overall you would not be disappointed by staying here😊😊

El Romeral was a lovely place to stay. A beautifully kept villa with fantastic grounds. The villa was well equipped and very comfortable. Villajoyosa is a great town with picturesque beaches and many great restaurants and cafes.

We had a wonderful stay last week! The house was perfect for a small family with children! Also very clean and what about to say about the kindness of the host. A 10+ worth!

We spent two weeks here end of August - 3 children (6,6 & 8) 2 parents & 3 grandparents. The greeting from Annick and husband was great showing us around and how to use everything. Loved all the little touches of well stocked cupboards, wash powder, beers! Dishwasher tabs, beach towels etc. so helpful. It was VERY hot 32oC every day so we stayed at the villa a lot. The spar supermarket only being 6 mins walk was great, we went daily for fresh bread and essentials. The sandy beach area with sun beds & toilets and cafes/restaurants behind is about 10-15 mins walk, we spent 3 days here. There are pedalos, inflatable assault course, jet skis, boats for hire. The marina and restaurants are only 5 mins walk. The main town and restaurants are 20+ mins walk, cooler on the back streets than the beach to walk, they have stalls on the beach front and candy floss for the kids etc. . Walking back along the beach front there is a hill to get to the villa but not too bad. The tram stop is only 4 mins and goes to most towns along the coast, we went to Benidorm only 15 min tram trip and cost 1 euro 45 for adults, kids free. Loved the villa, it had everything needed, bbq’d most nights, the water chiller and ice machine are a god send, as is the air con in every room. A couple of things cropped up during our stay and I messaged Annick and she came out immediately and they were sorted asap - excellent service. One of the twin rooms is a converted garage and although joined to the house doesn’t have direct access, you have to leave through the door and into the internal courtyard and then through the back door into the house. We overcame this by putting the children in with a travel Potty and a baby monitor and locking the door. They were safe and could contact us, and never even used the potty. Worked a treat and saved us oldies going out to the loo every night ! Would highly recommend and would defo stay again.

The villa, it’s location and amenities suited us perfectly. The villa itself is possibly the best equipped villa we’ve rented, it’s spacious, clean and benefits from high end appliances and very effective air conditioning in every room. The villa sits in the middle of a very large plot and offers many seating locations. Despite it’s central location it offered peace and quiet. The views both seaward and towards the mountains are lovely particularly from the large roof terrace. The pool is beautifully clean and well maintained and offered much needed respite from the hot August sun. Vilajoiosa is a true Spanish oasis between the highly developed resorts of Alicante and Benidorm. Barely a British voice to be heard and a plethora of local Spanish bars and eateries can be found within a short walk from the villa in the town as well as the many seafood and more international restaurants that can be found around the harbour, marina and seafront with it’s beautiful sandy beach, again all within walking distance. There is a very well stocked big supermarket within a short walking distance. A car is not essential however if you do order one I’d recommend something not too large due to some narrow streets. We have no hesitation in highly recommending this villa and it’s location to those travellers who are seeking a truly Spanish holiday away from (but accessible to) the highly developed and popular resorts in the surrounding areas.

Excellent communication with both Christoph and Annick. Booking, check in and check out was very straightforward. Villa was beautiful and only 15mins walk from the beach. Tram to Benidorm was also a 15 min trek. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend the villa 😊

Great place to stay. Very relaxing place and easy access to beach. Shout out to Ali Sub scuba diving. Really great trip out for us novices. Find them jn the harbour. Don’t use sat navigation to get to the villa as it won’t take you to the right place.

The villa was just perfect for our family of six. Annick was the lady that met us - she is lovely and very helpful. The villa is very well equipped throughout. It is a lovely modern villa and is kept nice and clean. The beds are very comfortable - which was a real relief! The pool was great and enjoyed by everyone as well. We had a lovely evening making use of the bbq area and playing games together. The villa is approximately ten minutes walk to the amenities, beach and tram. I would definitely recommend this villa to large families as it is ideal!

We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad in deze prachtige woning. Het is allemaal heel ruim en netjes. Zwembad was heel fijn. Het was ongeveer 10 a 15minuten lopen naar het strand. Savonds hoorde je veel honden blaffen. De koelkast heeft een watertap met filter, dus niet hoeven sjouwen met flessen water. We hebben er een geweldige tijd gehad en zou er zo nog een keer naartoe gaan.

Das Haus hat uns super gefallen! Wir waren mit 7 Erwachsenen im El Romeral und das Haus bietet genügend Platz! Das Drumherum ist unglaublich groß und den Boule-Platz haben wir sehr viel genutzt. Herr Dumont ist sehr, sehr freundlich! Deswegen von uns nur beste Bewertungen!!

Das Haus hat alle Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Es war sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Es hat wirklich nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Christophe und Annick war auch problemlos. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal im Haus von Herrn Dumont. Das modern ausgestattete Anwesen liegt ideal in Strand-und Zentrumsnähe, trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig in dieser Gegend. Der Besitzer und die Verwalterin sind sehr freundlich und kümmern sich sehr professionell um alle Anliegen. Ich kann dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

We are a family of 3 Adults and 3 Teenagers and stayed for 2 weeks in August, we were met at the villa by Annick who is lovely and she explained how everything worked and where everything was located and stored, loads of pool towels etc. the villa had a brilliant layout with comfy beds and furniture great AC and 2 bathrooms all to accommodate us. The villa was really well stocked with everything you need from loads of plates multiple sets of cutlery, pans, glassware etc. Induction hob, brilliant oven grill and separate combo microwave as well as a American style fridge freezer with filtered water and ice, all great if you want to cook if not restaurants within walking distance although a little hilly but steps and a slopping road down to the port really helped. The pool, wow the pool what a fantastic pool self cleaning always clear and lovely all throughout the holiday perfect for cooling off or bobbing about in really good size. Plancha was great to bbq on and the boules was great although a little bumby. Local amenities all within walking distance just a little hilly in places, tram stop was only 10 minute walk to access the rest of the local towns and villages from Alicante to Denia. Would definitely recommend this villa to Families or multiple couples to share the villa. The local area isn’t the prettiest in Spain but offers everything you need for a great holiday, and the port and beach are great.

Me quedo con las vistas al mar, con la piscina, con la ubicación, con las estancias de la casa, con la zona de barbacoa....y con gente como Annick que deja un muy buen recuerdo. La verdad es que la vivienda está muy bien ubicada, muy cuidada y muy completa. Annick atenta a todo lo que pudiéramos necesitar. La ubicación es de 10. A la vivienda no le falta detalle alguno. Gracias

C est la deuxième fois que nous louons cette superbe maison. Elle est identique aux photos, fonctionnelle, bien équipée. A 500 m à pieds de la mer, la situation est idéale. A l'arrivée Annick vous accueille très bien, avec des rafraîchissements au frais. Quant au propriétaire, Christophe, très réactif et très correct. Encore un grand merci à tout le monde. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité de la villa au rapport du prix: très fonctionnelle, calme et ensoleillée...les commerces à proximité, l'accessibilité à la plage à moins de 15 minutes à pied....a refaire sans limites et avec un plus long séjour ce coup-ci.

Estuvimos 11 días espectaculares, por las instalaciones, las características de la casa y su ubicación. Altamente recomendable. Annik siempre atenta para lo que necesitáramos.

Hemos estado una semana y la verdad que ha sido increíble, la casa está equipada con todo lo que puedas imaginar y más, todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado (muy importante) y el porche y la piscina es otro nivel y los propietarios muy atentos por si faltaba algo, es de agradecer. Volvería mañana mismo!

Wir, 2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder und ein Hund hatten wundervolle zwei Wochen in dem Haus! Der Pool und die Terrasse sind ein Traum. Toll sind die pflegeleichten Gartenmöbel, wo man keine Sorge haben muss, wenn die erste schmutzige Kinderhand kommt. Das Haus selbst hat alles was das Herz begehrt! Wir haben nichts vermisst. Sehr angenehm sind die Klimaanlagen in allen Schlafzimmern und dem Wohnzimmer. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super. Vorallem viel Verständnis für Corona Ängste und Annick Vorort war sehr sehr nett. Rundum trotz Corona ein ganz toller Urlaub. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern in diesem schönem Haus. Uns und besonders den Kindern hat es sehr gut gefallen . Der kleine Steinstraße ist nur 400 Meter entfernt und im Oktober angenehm leer und trotzdem konnte man Eis und Getränke dort kaufen. Der Sand Strand war nicht viel weiter und dort waren mehrere Restaurants. Die Straßenbahn ist sehr gut zu erreichen und man kann Richtung Benidorm, Altea oder Alicante fahren. Alles ist sehr großzügig angelegt . Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Kühlschrank mit derWasserreinigung war ein Segen . Dadurch mussten wir kein Wasser kaufen. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub wir werden bestimmt nochmal kommen.
