The breakfast was a joke. A brown bag with fruit coctali that tasted sour and a bun. But you did get a choice of what cereal you want. And if you wanted coffee ask the desk. No thanks

!. When I arrive, I wait for 15 minutes to check in than a previous customer walks up and gets to redo his checkin. 2. Theres a notice the at clerks window if using a debit card they will deduct 250. from your acct. and hold of 7-10 days. No where did it say that when getting the room online. Than I get attitude from the clerk when i question it. 3.The reading lights near the beds didn't work. 4.The air conditioner sounded like a crop duster flying by the window all night long. 5.No tv menu was told to go to desk and get one made me wait again and than couldn't find one.

Acess to room from parking was excellent. Cleanliness

The room was supposed to have a diability acessed tub and the chair for that access was not correct size.. ac did not work well.. and the lady working checkout could not figure out how to check me out. It took over ten minutes for her to figure out how to print me a receipt.

We used the pool every day.

The hot tub was cold and the pool area needs to be swept from the pine tree droppings. The front staff likes to lounge and talk loudly amongst themselves oblivious to others.

Beds were comfy and room was clean.

My room was extremely hot. My door kept getting stuck so it was really loud to go in and would take several minutes to open.

Luckily I was not planning to use the pool as it is very green and unusable.

Everything was absolutely great. I will be back to stay in the future

Breakfast was pathetic. Skimpiest selection I've run across. All carbs, no eggs/milk etc.

Man in office was rude and accused myself of having one extra person staying with myself and partner. Insisted on watching the camera's and would even threaten to come our room to check. For the price I paid to stay, staff shouldn't accuse you of having extra people or harass you with comments. My partner has tattoo's and in my opinion was discriminated against due the amount of ink he had along with his friend that stopped by to visit from out of town.

After getting keys my granddaughter walks out with me and says "she doesn't like her job" so take it from there

Pool was out of service with no mention of it. Construction in the lobby with no mention of it on the website
