Sweet Caroline was an amazing, well stocked kitchen, well stocked with beach equipment and needs. Exceptional comfort, very well maintained, amazing beach/ocean views and just a few steps to the beach. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Excellent communication from rental company. Needed a new toaster but that is it!

Nice house on the beach with beautiful view of the ocean. The house is well maintained and has everything you need to cook and eat, including a dining room table with 8 chairs. It has great decks on two floors and a gas grill on the top deck. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. On the second floor, there is an additional bedroom with bathroom and a TV room. There are restaurants nearby or you can travel downtown (about 20 mins) for a lot restaurants. It is a nice house to relax and the beach ocean is about 30 yards away.

Responsive property management! Had refrigerator cooling issue, and they delivered a small unit to assist us promptly. This home provides easy access to the ocean, and has the best stocked bar and kitchenware! We left only once in five days! Would highly recommend for families, but note they must be able to manage multiple stairways.

We have rented a few beach houses at Wrightsville Beach with each one serving the purpose for the stay. Sweet Carolina did not disappoint. The house decor is absolutely stunning, the house was super clean, and the view from the dining room table is the best TV ever just pull up a chair, fix an adult beverage and relax! The decks and overall layout of the house is great! It was hard to leave after our 5 day stay and look forward to when we can return someday! Two recommendations I would suggest is the manual for the stove/oven and the step into the house needs a little love. It was a pleasure to work with Tracie again!

This is a great house to rent but be aware that there is no elevator so plan on walking up and down two flights of steps from floor level to top floor where the kitchen and living areas are. It wasn’t a problem for us but may be for others. We found the property management company to be extremely helpful and responsive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this beach house. It was clean, very modern and had stunning views of the beach, especially from the decks. We would love to return for a second visit, but we are getting a second dog, and this property only allows one. Otherwise we would certainly be back. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

We really enjoyed our stay. Seascape properties were great about responding to any issues. Great views. Kitchen was very well equipped, a lot of parking. Had an issue with bad smelling water from the washer and dryer. Downside is how close the house is to the Pier which caused a lot of traffic and crowded beaches. During Covid we would have liked to be further from pier with quieter beaches. The master bed mattress needs to be changed as well. Otherwise great house, well equipped and Seascape was very helpful!

Our family had a wonderful stay in Sweet Carolina. The home came with everything you could imagine needing for a stay at the beach. The location was amazing - close to the pier, restaurants, and shopping , and of course right on the beach. Only complaint was the mattresses in a few rooms were past their prime and pretty uncomfortable.

Bottom line is this is one of the best properties to rent in Wrightsville Beach. The basics are all there: comfy beds, well appointed kitchen, clean, and plenty of bathrooms and parking. What makes it shine is such a great location. Right on the ocean, near the Pier and The Loop. Multiple decks offered incredible views of the sunrise. They even had a two-person hot tub heated and ready to go. Would definitely rent it again and would rent again from SeaScape.

Sweet Carolina - Beware
The location of this rental is outstanding. The infrastructure was mostly top notch, except the dishwasher didn't work and the router was not compatible with Chromecast.
We were surprised to see the owner of the property had installed and apparently monitors at least one webcam on the property. The webcam we noticed was monitoring the north side of the house, driveway and parking area.
Our big issue with the owner evolved due to our dogs. We had paid the requested pet fee, in advance, along with the rental and other fees. About one month prior to the visit my daughter got a dog, about a 30-pounder. Since the dogs we were bringing were all much smaller, and since we are all responsible pet owners who don't let pets run wild and we clean up after them, if you know what I mean, we did not mention this to the rental company. Within 60 minutes of our arrival, the owner had called the rental company to complain that we had one additional dog (this was our first indication that we were being monitored). The rental company sent someone over to visit with us and check out the dogs. The rental company felt things were okay and reported to the owner and things seemed fine. Two days into the trip the owner decided they would take advantage of the situation and shake us down for almost a 100% increase in the pet fee. We had no choice but to pay. This left a bad taste in our mouth. We will never return to this VRBO.

Superb location, home was in first class shape, a superb getaway on all accounts, would highly recommend as an option for a stay in Wrightsville. Long time visitor to various southeast coastal areas, numerous rentals up and down from the Hatteras beaches to south of Charleston, this ranks as one of, if not, the best!!!

Great oceanfront home...very clean, well decorated home truly makes you feel like you’re staying in your home away from home. Kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking needs and the rest of the house does not disappoint either. Beautiful views no matter which room you’re in...we will definitely be back.

Sweet Carolina was a beautiful house with amazing views. It easily accommodated our party of 9 for both sleeping and eating. Our only issue was that the beach chairs on property were in poor shape; however, we called Seascape and they brought replacements within an hour. We look forward to a week in Wrightsville every year, and this house more than met our expectations. It is in such a fun location and it such a lovely home!

What a great time we had while we stayed in a great house on the beach! Only a couple of things we could possibly have known to make it better. This place was great! What could have made it better was I wish I had known what was in the storage closet in the basement? Are these items in good condition? Do they work?

This property was as beautiful as the pictures. It was clean, well decorated and right on the water. It was the perfect retreat for our growing family. In addition to the easy beach and pieraccess,the property is within walking distance of the charming downtown.Finally, the management company was friendly, professional, and responsive. We plan on booking again for next year.
