The room was clean and inviting. Nice size tv and very close to Rockport Brach.

Parking could be a potential problem if the hotel was full.

The hotel has an excellent location, the room was very clean they let us check in earlier I would give it a 10 out of 10 but unfortunately the water in the pool is green you cannot use the pool but they do advertise it

Lot's of TV channels and the bed was comfortable...nice and quiet not to noisy.

The air conditioning and the location was nice.

We visited your establishment this weekend July 28, 29 and left today. We had high hopes because Days Inn is usually well taken care of. We were sorely mistaken. On our way to the hotel, we got a call from VIC who argued with my husband about our arrival time (we had a late arrival time due to work). Upon arrival the room reeked of marijuana which lasted the whole weekend because of our neighbors. When we went to go to the bathroom we were greeted by several roaches and filth. There was long black hair in the shower along with one between the toilet seat and lid wrapped between the sanitized sticker that goes over the toilet seat. When we went to take a shower, the towels looked like they had not been washed. They had what looked like makeup and dog hair on them. We had a hole in our ceiling and the mirror had been broken with sharp edges. We said nothing that night due to VICs confrontational attitude when we arrived. We did however tell JC the next morning and when we got back to our room it did smell and look like it had been clean. We still continued seeing roaches the whole trip. I understand being a coastal community there will be bugs but the cleanliness or lack of and the roaches were ridiculous especially since we spent almost $500 for 2 nights.

Location was great. Across the street from the beach. Clean room, friendly staff in the morning. Nice continental breakfast.

Received a rude call from the front desk asking me when we were going to check in. I couldn’t find anything in their site saying it was a requirement to notify the hotel of when we would be arriving. I’ve not experienced that with a hotel- just Airbnbs. When I told the caller that we would check in after dinner, he hung up on me. Super weird. Other than that, everything was great.
