The breakfast was good. We enjoyed the variety and availability of items. Waffles are always among my favorites when I travel, so they were an appreciated bonus. Scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, bagels cereal....as you cans see there is something for everybody. The staff was exceptional. The manager was wonderful. She answered all our questions. Arrived a day early and stayed a day longer than scheduled and she made the transition smooth and seamless. The rest of the staff were just as awesome. Kudos for a job well done. They also have an exercise room and guest laundry....well done. I had read prior reviews and was a little worried about booking my stay, but that was all for naught. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and the motel and staff were exceptional.

We really didn't have much to say on this subject. So to put something in, the building is a little dated and could use somewhat of a facelift, but overall, that would be my only negative

well we have driven 8 hrs and was very tired and check in went to are to the room and Tv did not work in the middle of the nights

Big room. Room was clean. Noise was at a minimum outside. Didn't hear neighbors from in the room.

No elevator was ok but being the room was on the second floor it would of been more convenient. The room door was on an angle. It was ok but was tight inside.

Someone was arrested in the hallway and it was someone that was being super creepy. Someone kept knocking on our room door but when we went to check no one was there. Location was sketchy. Price is not at all worth what you pay for. They don’t even have a floor level or give you the option to what level you want to stay. We had a family member who has a hard time with stairs due to chronic pain and there wasn’t even an elevator to help.

The whole place was disgusting. The breakfast wasn’t good either. There were people sleeping in cars in the parking lot. It was very very dirty and smelled like cigarettes.

People loitering and cooking food in the parking structure. No ground floor rooms at all. Had to go ask for towels. Stairwells were filthy. Beds are firm and uncomfortable.

This was not close to what was implied. It was one of the worst motels I have ever stayed at the room was filthy no house keeping no clean bedding during my stay the bathroom was nasty If I had taken my wife there is no way I would have stayed

We thankfully only stayed for one night but the hotel is awful! The appearance of it alone, both inside and out, definitely gives an impression of an outdated facility. Parking lot and people hanging out there seemed very sketchy, a man was smoking pot that stunked up the whole place, there are no elevators which is hard to imagine these days in a hotel, the room was pretty dirty. The rug was the worst, it was disgusting. Bathroom was not clean, there was hair in the tub, floor was dirty. Bedding seemed ok but not much else. An employee knocked on our door and then tried to get in the room at 11 pm while we were sleeping, it scared the heck out of us, I've never experienced something like that in my life.The staff was nice throughout the hotel, that was good. But the cleanliness was the worst and the run down area around the hotel.

Dirty. Needed maintenance. Baseboards and door trim peeling. Carpet needed vacuuming. Something smeared on bathroom door.

No trash cans in room. All floors sticky. Neighbor slamming doors all day and night. Weirdo hanging out in hallway telling us that we wouldn't like it there because it was cold in our room. We felt very unsafe the whole time we were there. We paid for a place to stay and be comfortable and didnt feel that way so we left the room early and came back late. Didn't even really use the room except to sleep and we're itchy all night. Will never stay there again and am spreading the word to others about our experience and are recommending to others that they not stay there either. Would have been better to have slept in my car on the street.

Very little available for breakfast - No bread. Cereal bars (not for breakfast).

Was told only one flight of stairs . Two had asthma, one was 78 and in the best shape, I have congestive heart failure. I said one flight was ok. Instead it was two. Only two bath towels for 4 women. Took over an hour to get more. Called 3 times for them.
