everything, the room I get, and the place. everything was close

i am not familiar with a keurig coffee maker. it would be helpful to have a better set of instructions for early risers like myself.

Great and comfortable Stay

The reception area was nice.

The room had an odor that they attempted to mask with an awful plug-in. The fridge door fell off, the AC did not cool. The pool despite being told would be open, was closed. It’s summer?!

Super nice property with good staff and facilities.

Pool was dirty and window curtains broken. TV didn't work and ac made loud noise every time it will turn on

.Breakfast was great; had a variety of food and always made sure there was plenty. Great location. It was clean. Renovating the 2nd floor, but couldn't hear any noise. Rooms were clean and roomy. Staff was always friendly.

Had an issue with air conditioner unit: it leaked water and the carpet got really wet by our bed. Had issues with pool and kids couldn't swim. Needed air conditioning in workout room.

The location was perfect.

The room had a musky smell, and saw roaches in our room. the next morning found a dead roach under the blankets. The other bed had a drop of blood on the sheet.

the room wasn’t clean when we entered it at 9 pm. we had even let them know we’d be arriving late. they gave us a new room but it was a smaller room no couch as we had paid for. when checking out I asked about getting the rate for the room we actually stayed in and they said it was Booking.come fault and I’d need to contact them.
