The location and property were very nice, however there weren't many guests, so when I requested a second floor room, I wasn't expecting to be placed in a corner room with a view of the side of the building. That was disappointing, but the property was nice, and the room was comfortable and clean.

They offer online checkout and I thought that meant we would be able to leave the keys in the room but as soon as I completed the online checkout, I got an email saying you're all set you just need to drop the keys to the office in the morning, so I felt like that was a waste. In addition a maid knocked on our door at 745am and said she thought we checked out already. This was disappointing because when I did check out I selected 11am as the checkout time, so having to get up to answer the door at 745am was very disappointing.

Homie old fashioned motel. Sparkling clean and completely updated. Enjoy the gorgeous pool or the short drive or bike ride to their private beach.

Pristine. Absolutely all the way. The grounds, the beach bathrooms, the PRIVATE beach itself, and the room. I am a stickler for details (Virgo status) and this is probably the cleanest place I have stayed in the area. We were allowed to check in early bc they could accommodate the request on our check in day. It may not always be that way but we appreciated it very much. Appreciated the recycling bins in the rooms also. Super friendly staff. We were about to eat breakfast outside and the chairs were a little damp and before we could sit there was someone running to wipe down the chairs. Loved that. And she got a personal tip from me bc those details really make the stay memorable and worth it. This was not our first time there and it certainly won't be our last. My favorite feature is the fountains. The sounds bring pure joy.

No biggie but the pool closing at 8 is a bummer as it stays lighter later in the summer. 9 would have been better. But who really cares? Perfect stay.

Breezeway Motel was clean and comfortable, we had an elevated room at 1st floor. Breakfast was good.. highly recommended to eat at the Hotel Maria (italian) for dinner (they belong to the same owner, reservations possible at the reception).

Rooms not soundproof… guests where all very disciplined and resepectfull when coming or leaving… so it was not an issue for us.
