Completamente remodelado, 409 Ocean Dunes tiene una vista frente al mar en circulación en la mejor playa de Hilton Head. Equipado con todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones perfectas, la villa tiene dos dormitorios, dos baños, cocina completa (ver los delfines nadan a medida que cocinar!) y una sala de estar y comedor combinado. I completely enjoyed my stay at Ocean Dunes 409. My goal was rest and relaxation. Mission accomplished. When I come to HHI I try to get a unit on the highest floor. 409 was perfect. I was able to relax on the balcony and watch the beach, ocean and all the activity taking place. At night the Full Moon and the offshore lightning were spectacular. Such a relaxing week for me. Hope to return next year.

We stayed here over the Memorial Day holiday. We were never given check-in instructions, so we showed up at the gate without a code. Had to call the property management and turns out you had to check-in across the street! Never was given information regarding this - checked the VRBO app and emails again, and no check-in information. After we checked in, we found lots of glass on the floor of the master bedroom. My husband picked up all of the glass and I let the property management know of the issue - they offered to come have someone clean it up, but we had already done so.
Overall it was a great stay - amazing location, perfect views from the 4th floor. Plenty of room for my husband and I and our two kids (11 and 14).

Overall, we were very pleased. The location is wonderful and we go back to that location every year. A couple of very small things to help the next renter: We had no pot holders so went out and bought some, and the twin mattresses should be replaced. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

This was the fifth consecutive year renting this unit from Nancy and Bill. Each year the place is fully stocked with cleaning supplies and starter supplies of laundry detergent as well as dishwashing detergent. Bug service happens not only once a month as other units do but twice to ensure no bug issues. You won’t find a better equipped or furnished unit in Ocean Dunes. I highly recommend this place for your visit.

As usual our stay in unit 409 was relaxing, refreshing and appreciated. Everything was in tip top shape and clean. Nancy and Bill go out of their way to make sure this unit is kept in good order. The new TV’s were an added bonus. The new coffee maker was very easy to use. We are now looking around to find one for our home. We look forward every year to going to 409 and getting away from it all. When you enter this unit it says “time to relax” and that’s just what we did. My favorite was sitting on the balcony with my coffee and watching the sunrise. Every morning was different. We watched two full moons which was awesome. Can’t wait till next year.😊

We had the best stay here with family! The views, beach access, and pool were all excellent. We saw dolphins many days! The lifeguards saw sharks and jellyfish a few days which prevented swimming, but overall a great time on the beach. The elevator stopped working Sunday which made it very difficult for family members to get up and down from the condo on the 4th floor. Luckily it was fixed the next day.

Kind of odd that you have to physically check in at an office - should be remote like every other rental is these days. Elevator is pretty slow too but no big deal. Great place overall, good value as well.

Lovely ocean front condo in the perfect location. We loved waking up in the morning with our coffee and enjoying the ocean view and watching the afternoon rain storms. The condo had all the amenities you need. Short walk to downtown Coligny. Tons of great restaurants and shops nearby. Favorite restaurants were Sage Room, Bowdies Chophouse, One Hot Mammas and Nectar. Thank you again, we appreciated your condo so much.

The room was perfect and beautiful. This is my favorite room I've stayed in at the complex and would stay here again! Only thing I didn't love was there was a group of teenagers that would sit outside the master bedroom each night late and were very loud.

Our stay at 409 Ocean Dunes was wonderful. We've been go to HHI for our Spring vacation for over 10 yrs and have already booked for next year. We have always stayed in a 1 br unit (206) in Ocean Dunes, but went with friends this year and needed 2br/2ba. When you have a perfectly appointed villa, a 24/7 view of the ocean, you're a few steps from the beach and with friends (who were loving HHI for the 1st time), how could we go wrong. We tried lots of new restaurants, too.

Everything was exceptional, as usual. The condo was very clean and well stocked with cleaning supplies and replacement light bulbs. The only problem was that the elevator did not work for well over half of our stay. Of course this was not any reflection on the condo but steps need to be taken by the condo association to ensure a properly operating elevator especially when you are on an upper floor. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay.

Not enough umbrellas. Guest would claim umbrellas and spend the day at the beach. Someone needs to make a policy that if not in use move your belonging so someone else could use table and umbrella. People were smoking at pool.

This was our fourth stay in 409. We were lucky to be able to have the month of October. This year we saw some of the most beautiful sunrises ever. The view is perfect for that. This unit is very cozy and comfortable which leads to instant relaxation. I am told by the owners that there will be some redecorating this fall and winter. That is one of the things we like about 409. The owners care very much about maintaining this villa. They pay attention to any problems that need to be addressed. Looking forward to next October.

Beautiful Place to stay
Our favorite thing about this property was the amazing view! This was a very well furnished and comfortable unit. We loved that it was a quick and easy walk to the beach. We also appreciated the use of beach chairs. We rented bikes and biked many places. There was great communication with the owner for a very minor issue. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I have been going to HHI for several years staying in the Ocean Dunes Condos. This was the first year staying in unit 409. I believe it to be the best appointed unit in the complex. The view from the 4th floor is exceptional. The unit came complete with anything you could need for a multi-month stay including cleaning products, dishwasher detergent as well as lightbulbs. We have booked the unit for next year and look forward to another winter on the island.

This unit is one of the very best we have stayed in. Nothing can beat the view. The decor is calming and in all our favorite colors. It gave us the much needed serenity for the kind of year 2020 has been. It was our longest stay ever and it was heaven. I’ll miss my breakfast on the balcony. The place was clean, well stocked with basics, and in a great location. Pictures on line lead us to believe the pool next door was the pool for the property and it is not. Description also said we could dine at the poolside bar next door but sign says it’s for their guests only. Overall though a nice stay.

They have put a lot of love in the unit. This was our second visit to 409, we have reserved this unit again for 2020. The owners of this condo take great pride in keeping it pristine. We've stayed here for many years and everything is first rate. This year the Refridge, microwave, oven and dishwasher were all new. We think the view it offers from the top floor is the best at Ocean Dunes. The staff and management are terrific to work with in every way. Considering its location on the beach, the price is a bargain.

Perfect family Vacay!
First family vacation not centered around sports in years! We were looking forward to lots of beach time and relaxing views... that’s just what we got! All the amenities were there. We have stayed on this property before, different unit, and were concerned about the expansion of the Hilton property next door. Didn’t even notice! Loved it and hope to stay again! It’s also close enough to Coligny to walk but far enough away from Coligny to relax!
