Location was very central and lovely shower, helpful people, good facilities

Getting in was a bit complicated but once we found Sylvie she explained everything fine. Parking was difficult until we found the underground car park for 9 Euroes a night around the corner. Room small for a family of 4.

Comfy beds, fantastic location, lovely hosts, nice facilities - exactly what we needed for a short stay in Amiens.

The stairs to the bedrooms are very steep and the stairs hand rail had not been cleaned for some time so was sticky. This one slight oversight did not detract from our stay - we were very pleased with the apartment.

Not a problem for us but as previously mentioned in other reviews steps to upstairs bedrooms would not be recommended for really young children or those with mobility problems.

Location was excellent, walking distance to cathedral and eateries.

It was really hot, although the housekeeper tried by providing us with a fan. Toilet door needs fixing as it doesn't shut.

Affordable, great for family who needs rooms, all simple needs are provided.

The couch was extremely noisy to sleep. Also sleeping set was not great in terms of cleaning

The decor is modern and tries hard to be cool and the location for the town centre is excellent. The bed was very comfortable, and the whole place was nice and clean.

This is an interesting property as it has so much going for it but doesn’t quite live up to its photographs on Booking.com. The decor is nice but not well finished, for example the floor in our room was worn and the heated towel rail and coat hooks were coming off the wall in the bathroom. The curtain poles were badly installed, The whole apartment could have been decorated to a much higher standard and it looked like everything had been done in a rush and not very well. The price reflects this I think and so just take that into account when you book. When we arrived there was another couple trying to get access to their room also. The “gardienne” has a flat in the building but wasn’t on site and was only contactable by telephone. There was little phone reception when we attempted to call and only got through after several tries.

Location was great and the apartment had everything we needed for a short break.

Stairs were quite steep to bedrooms, we were aware of this and didn't cause us any issues with a 6 and 12 year old however it may be an issue for people who struggle with their mobility or younger children.

bathroom / shower retrofitting leaves a lot to desire, doesn’t look clean, everything seemed as if it will be tearing off just by looking at it , toilet seat is not fixed with a huge water heater above it, doesn’t inspire confidence sitting under it.

The state of the house were not very good. The fridge was leaking water. The toilet door handle was broken.

The property was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. it is located close to the cathedral and variety of bars and restaurants

The stairs up to the bedrooms are very steep so you have to be careful. Our dogs couldn’t get up there!

Location was amazing and easy parking on the street if you towards the end of the afternoon.

I would suggest coffee pods for the machine.
