BEAUTIFUL MARICOPA HOME FOR RENT
Al entrar en nuestra subdivisión, Rancho El Dorado, hay una gran fuente y estanque donde usted puede sentarse y comer a los patos o dar un paseo a lo largo de la vía. Hay una zona de juegos con mesas cubiertas de picnic, canchas de baloncesto, y un montón de espacio verde. Todo esto se puede hacer bajo las enormes 40 'altas palmeras.

El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama superior de almohada rey tamaño con baño, enorme walk in closet con estantes y espacio para colgar. Nuestros segundo y tercer dormitorio tienen cada uno los mejores camas Queen almohada, un armario, una mesita de noche y un amplio espacio en el armario.
La sala de estar tiene nuevo asiento sofá / el amor, sino que también tiene una "televisión de pantalla plana de 55. Cable le ofrece cerca de 120 canales.
Hay asientos para seis en la mesa de la cocina. La cocina está equipada con nevera / cocina / microondas y lavavajillas. Área de lavado tiene una nueva lavadora Maytag marca y secadora.
Una de las mejores características de esta casa es el patio trasero. Cuenta con una piscina ingound muy grande. La piscina no es climatizada, pero está a la temperatura de 70F en los meses de invierno y 90F para mayo -Oct. We were waiting for our new home to be ready and stayed for two weeks in this property. Great place to call home before moving into our home. Great communication with the owner. Addressed any needs we had quickly. Loved the pool!

The property was very clean, and a joy to stay at. The pool was very nice during the 118°F days. Access to a BBQ helped when we arrived and some friends are already cooking dinner for us. The bed was comfortable in the master bedroom and we have plenty of clean towels.
I would definately recommend anyone to stay here. The owners were very accommodating to our special circumstances and that made the experiance that much better. We're really grateful for that.The value and the experience was well worth it. !

This house is in a peaceful, safe neighborhood which is why we chose this house, we have stayed at other homes in this area. The house met our needs with 3 comfortable beds. The pool is the best feature of this home nice size and very refreshing on a hot summer day. The only thing that wasn’t great was the temperature of the house and the way the thermostat is controlled. We had a few hot nights. Overall nice home with a great pool

This Maricopa home welcomed us with an open floor plan that invited us to relax and begin our getaway. As we explored the different rooms, we were impressed with how clean and how well equipped the house is. The pool and outdoor area. are wonderful. We used the bbq grill, what a fun evening! The home is well kept and was the perfect size for us. The pool was beautiful and the property manager was great. The pool man was always there as well, even the neighbor was nice to us. I rented this Vrbo for my sister and her family to stay while they visited us and overall she liked it. The house was clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and the pool was great.
The only "issues" they had while staying there was the air, lol. but i think with the weather during their time of their stay was the issue, not the house or owner themselves.
With the A/C, the thermostat read 75 degrees, but depending on what you were doing inside the house, it would get really hot.
The people we rented from were very nice and friendly and would definitely rent this home again.

When my family travels staying in homes is much preferred from hotel stays. Everyone has their own space, comfortable beds, multiple showers, and full kitchen to help us take care of some of the meals. We took advantage of the washer and dryer since we packed for colder weather than we experienced. This home fit all of those perfectly.

Home away from home
Beautiful, quiet neighborhood and setting. The home is a very nice residence and roomy enough for the 4 adults in our group. We also had local family come over to spend a day with us and the young one loved the pool and the waterfall. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio and BBQing in the evenings. Everything needed is there, except your food. And the grocery store is only 10 mins away. Perfect vacation. Thanks so much to the owners for sharing their home this way. We hope to return.

Great Family Getaway
My two children and I stayed here for a birthday getaway. The house was nice with plenty of space and the pool was wonderful! The neighborhood was nice and quiet with a great playground at the entrance.. The host was quick to reply when I had a couple of questions. Would stay here again, if ever in the area.

Dirty forgotten home
House was not cleaned - from previous renters. Frig and cupboards had half eaten food left - trash cans full. Both bathroom still had leftover hygiene items along with used tooth brushes. Pool not cleaned - some furniture broken and left thrown around cushions destroyed. When contacted homeowner said they had not been there in two years due to COVID travel restrictions and sent 1 lady to the house at 8 pm to clean. In the meantime we started to clean house ourselves,

A wonder rental close to Phoenix
We were in the area doing college visits for my daughter (Phoenix, Tucson and Yuma) and needed a place to stay for the week. We have stayed in many rentals not only here in the states, but in multiple countries.....and this was one of the best (if not THE best) house we have ever stayed at. Location was perfect. Only a 30 minute drive from the center of Phoenix. The neighborhood was also very nice. The house was just as described in the description and pics. Extremely clean and well equipped if you did forget anything. The pool was great to escape the 100+ degree temps in August. Our only wish was that there were lights out by/in the pool for nighttime swimming. We would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to our friends and family. A great experience!
