This is our second year at this property. There is so much space for a large group - with all of the bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is great, just a short walk to the lake. There is plenty of room for parking. The deck is one of our favorite things about this property. It's a great spot to hang out. And, Nikki is amazing - one if the best owners we have interacted with. We cannot wait for next year!

We had a terrific time in the home. The home was very nice, clean, and up to date. The kitchen was very well accessorized; more than any others we've been to. Excellent facilities for a large family. It was very nice to have access to the garage; we've never seen that before. We are eagerly anticipating next year's stay.

Always a great cabin for our family. Lots of room with a great deck to spend evenings and mornings. I would note that it does not have central AC but two large portable AC units.

This was our 3rd year at this property and our 15th year spending a week at Bass Lake. We had a wonderful time and love the big deck to relax on and the proximity to the boat dock!

What a great property! There's plenty of space for large groups. Having seven bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and two living rooms made the house nice and comfortable. The parking situation was ideal - room for many vehicles. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. The location was perfect - the boat slip/lake was just an easy, short walk from the house. Our favorite part of the house - the outdoor deck. It was an amazing hang out spot. The pictures do not do it justice. We have been renting houses at Bass Lake for over a decade, and Nikki was by far the best owner I have dealt with. She was so patient and responsive with all of my questions. We cannot wait for next summer!

House was the perfect location less than a block from the lake with a great community dock. House was also a great size with multiple common spaces for allll the people.

This house has lots of space and the covered porch was the perfect place to relax any time, day or night. The property manager was very responsive to all questions. We put the garbage out the night before and in less than 5 minutes we had a huge bear ripping through the cans. Also, you can only access the downstairs apartment from the outside. This wasn’t a problem but it was a surprise for us. The kitchen is very well stocked. One of the apartment bedrooms has a very low ceiling but it was still a great house

Great Lake house in a great location! We love Bass lake and have stayed at many different lake houses. This location did not disappoint. It was even better than what we were expecting.

The house is spacious. The pictures don’t do it justice. The owner is accommodating and quick to reply. Everyone slept well and enjoyed the space!

It was clean and in a great location. The owner is very kind and responsive. I took one star off because the description boasted of a private dock, but the water was so low you couldn't use it. Also, their slip lockbox was turned over in their slip so we couldn't even put our kayaks there. That would have been nice to know. Maybe in the description, the owner could put that there's a possibility the dock is closed due to low water levels. Thank you, we had a great time.

Beautiful, spacious home. The lake is right around the corner. Nikki responds to any questions very quickly. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have had in a rental🙂

My husband and I, our sons and their families stayed at this property the first week of June, 2021. We also had my sisters and neices stay for a couple of nights. There was plenty of room for all of us. We loved the house, especially the large deck. My son brought his boat and it was so nice to have a dedicated slip at the community dock. It was a two minute walk to the deck so it was very convenient. We spent alot of time at the dock. One of the grandkids favorite things was jumping off the dock into the water and of course spending time on the boat. We also visited Yosemite and rode the train at Sugarpine Railroad and the kids panned for gold there. Oakhurst was so close for groceries. We ate dinner at Ducey's on the Lake on our last night there. The food and atmosphere was wonderful. I would absolutely recommend this property, especially for a large family. The thing that took it over the top was the amount of parking available. We were able to fit all of our cars, a total of six, plus the boat trailer with no problem. The location was great and plenty of parking. If you have a group of 18 there was plenty of space and the large outdoor deck was great for playing games, eating, etc. I would suggest taking additional towels for showing and bring a BBQ as there is only one and it's not that big and it doesn't heat up very well. Other than that house was great and and would definitely stay there again. And Nikki was very responsive which was great.

Nice place to stay for large groups. Very well stocked. Almost too well stocked with furniture and kitchen supplies....a bit less stuff would be nice also.

Always enjoy coming back to this cabin. I almost don't want to give it a great review so nobody else steals it from us! Great communication with the owner for any issue. We will be back!

This home is perfect for large families to vacation together! We had a blast and created a bunch of memories on the large deck. Nikki was extremely responsive with questions and made our stay perfect! We can’t wait to stay here next year!

We recently stayed at the Thomas cabin in late June and loved our trip. The cabin was very spacious for our group (2 families - 4 adults and 4 children.) The highlight for us was the proximity to the lake. It was a short walk down the block to the dock area (we did not need to cross any major streets with traffic.) Our older kids loved jumping off the dock into the lake but our little one spent most of her day splashing on a sandy patch by the shore. This area wasn't very large, but it was perfect for the kids to wade into the lake or to launch a paddle board. The cabin itself was very well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. There were two large dining tables inside the cabin as well as two outside on the large deck. We were able to eat in or out depending on the time of day and our mood. The deck had plenty of lighting so there is no need for lanterns if you plan to sit outside at night. The cabin also has a flat area outside that we used for bocce ball games. Off street parking was plentiful and it was easy to pull out on the street when we wanted to go out. We were about 1/2 mile walk to the willow creek trail head. We found it easier to walk from the cabin to the trail head than try to find parking down that way. Overall it was a fantastic trip and we would highly recommend this cabin to anyone who is looking for a large home to rent for a Bass Lake family vacation.

Our family loved the house.... we were so comfortable with lots of rooms to spread out. House was well equipped with multiple living rooms and large deck so we could all dine together. Dock is a stone's throw away. Nikki is an awesome host. Will definitely book again.

The Thomas home was wonderful. We had plenty of rooms and with 5 baths cleaning up after a day at the lake was easy. The porch was the best part and we spent most of our meals outside.

Well stocked house with plenty of room for our family. Nice lakefront community and close to Yosemite. Owners are very responsive to any questions/issues.
