** TENGA EN CUENTA: NUESTRA ASOCIACIÓN NO PERMITE MASCOTAS. A pocos pasos de la playa se encuentra esta casa de pueblo frente al mar de gama alta recién remodelado. Situado en el sur de la playa del bosque, a poca distancia de la Plaza de Coligny y bolsa de playa, justo a pie a través del corredor de la playa! Nuestra unidad de planta baja está adaptada para minusválidos. Un condominio bellamente remodelado con encimeras de granito en todo, los nuevos aparatos, cabina de ducha de azulejos (maestro), nueva ropa de cama y muebles, pisos nuevos y muy conveniente a muchas atracciones locales con sólo un corto paseo. El salón tiene un 50 "de alta definición con pantalla plana SMART TV. Incluye cable con canales de suscripción y si usted tiene una cuenta de Amazon o Netflix, puede iniciar sesión en su propia cuenta en el televisor. La unidad incluye WiFi en todo.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio con ropa de cama nueva, 50 "pantalla plana de televisión inteligente y el baño tiene un pie bajo la lluvia paso en la ducha de baldosas.

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was spacious and clean with all of the amenities we needed for our family. It was an easy walk to the beach, and the pool was refreshing. We will definitely stay here again.

Our family had a great vacation. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. They had everything our family needed... beach toys, beach chairs, toys inside for the kids, etc... and the location was awesome!

Perfectly appointed beachfront condo. The most family friendly rental we have been to! Closets full of toys, beach gear/ towels, TVs in all rooms, and full sized appliances. The attention to detail is crucial for an easy beach vacation. We loved the wagon, tent, boogie boards, life jackets, sand toys, and beach chairs. The beds and couches were comfortable. Plenty of kitchen appliances but bring your own food, spices, oil, ziplocs/foil etc. They provided starter packs of cleaning supplies / paper products and the only thing I used of my own was laundry detergent for the 7 day vacation (even though I think it was provided). The stand alone fans were a nice addition as it was warm at times. Easy dedicated parking space out front and a few guest spots close by. The proximity to Coligy and Sea Pines was very convenient! And the beach is just a short walk over the boardwalk, right in the backyard! The master bedroom lets in plenty of natural light, so for those who like total darkness, they have provided sleep masks. So thoughtful! Everything was truly clean and perfect- a home away from home. My family would love to stay at this property again! Thank you Mark, Mari, and Michelle for being very communicable about all of our questions and needs! We couldn’t have had a better vacation!!

We had a fantastic time at this property on HHI!! The small touches really made it feel like a home. The details for young kids were great. For a moment I found myself looking for kid size hangers and a step stool they were that well stocked! We definitely did not need to pack any of our beach toys/supplies as they had PLENTY! The only downside, which is completely outside of the owners’ control, is the noise from the unit above. We could hear them moving their patio chairs on one of the patios and it sounded like it was right above us in the bedroom one night.
A 9am check out was also a bit challenging with young kids so we ended up leaving the night before. I recognize it’s a busy time of year but this is the earliest check out I’ve experienced.
We plan on booking again next summer!

We have stayed at a view properties in Hilton Head and this was by far our favorite. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. This condo has everything you can possibly need from beach tents, beach towels, coolers, chairs, toys, beach wagon and a stocked kitchen. If you have small children there are several baby items such as a high chair, bouncer and plenty of toys and board games to keep the kids entertained. We had one small issue with the bathtub and the owners were so easy to communicate with and had the issue fixed promptly. I would definitely recommend 37 Ocean Club and look forward to visiting again!

The complex is perfectly located close to the beach and plenty of amenities. Several toys, board games, and beach toys available for the kiddos. Hose located on back patio to wash everything off.

This is a lovely resort! This condo had everything we could want for a beautiful relaxing trip. We loved being able to easily walk to the pool, the beach and Coligny. A great bonus were the beach chairs and umbrella. We didn't use any of the games but loved the variety available to us. We would definitely choose to stay here in the future.

I wish we would have stayed longer. This place was a great place. It was very quiet but yet you are walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. It was so nice to wake up in the morning and sit have our coffee and see the sun coming up on the beach. We will be renting here again.

We had an amazing time. It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. It was super convenient to the beach and to local restaurants. There is also a great park close by for little kids. The host is easily accessible and was able to helped us with a cable issue very quickly. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I read all the 5 star reviews before booking this rental for me and my wife and 25 year old son. Our experience ended up being 5 star in every respect. It was fabulous and exceeded all our expectations. We definitely hope to return to this condo in the future.

This condo is exceptional. Oceanfront location, recently updated, stocked with everything you need for beach and cooking, no clutter, lots of comfortable seating and pillows, and very clean. We loved morning tea/reading on the patio, walking and cycling on beach, and exploring the many nice nearby restaurants. Best VRBO we’ve stayed in!

We've rented condos and villas before and this one was by far our favorite! They had games, beach accessories that they allowed us to use and the villa was stocked with the supplies we'd need to get us through until we were able to go to the store. If I had to choose a negative, I'd say checkout by 9 is pretty early. We were able to do it but not sure if we had small children, if that would have worked for us. They did say if we needed to checkout later to let them know, so it's possible we could have. Other than that, perfect villa and in a great location!

Very nice accommodations and steps away from the beach. Owner/Manager was extremely nice and helpful especially her mom. Everything was upgraded and well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the location and check in process was fantastic. We arrived a day early and stayed in savannah, to our surprise the house was ready Saturday at 10:30 which was great since we were traveling with small children. Beach is beautiful and loved having the pool on site too! So accommodating with the high chair and pack and play too!

Our family had an amazing vacation. Everything from booking, check-in etc was so easy and seamless. The unit is spotless, perfect location to the beach and pool. We rented bikes across the street. Loved that we didn’t have to pack beach supplies or beach towels. Perfect vacation!!!

Perfect gem
This place is a gem, we came for a week with our kids (4 and 18 months) and there was toys for them as well as a pack and play. They have every beach toy you could think of, plus chairs a wagon and umbrella. The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated, and the linens, pillows and towels were all nice and plush! Something I feel is so overlooked so often, but makes such a huge difference. The location is amazing as well, right in the center of the island so no matter what you want to do, it’s not too far away. My one complaint would be the internet is pretty spotty, which I’m not sure if the hosts could do anything about. We honestly didn’t notice too much, only when we tried to have family movie nights. Overall, loved it, have already recommended it to friends and looking to book again next year!
