Estamos ubicados a 45 minutos al sur de San Petersburgo, a una hora al sur del aeropuerto internacional de Tampa, a 2 horas de Orlando y sus numerosos parques temáticos y a veinte minutos al norte de Sarasota, en el lado del Golfo de Florida.
Nuestro condominio 2BR / 1BA ubicado a solo 100 pasos de la playa del Golfo en la isla Anna Maria. Nuestro condominio ofrece una excelente ubicación en un vecindario tranquilo, a solo unos pasos de chanclas de hermosas puestas de sol y un corto viaje en tranvía a la famosa calle Bridge y todas las otras atracciones de la isla. Las actualizaciones internas recientes incluyen una cocina nueva, pisos de cerámica nuevos, ventanas nuevas, baño actualizado, aire acondicionado nuevo y muebles nuevos. Somos un lugar ideal para familias con deportes acuáticos, tiendas en la playa, tiendas de regalos con restaurantes y pesca en la histórica Bridge Street y el muelle. Un tranvía gratuito da paseos por la isla. Un nuevo sendero para bicicletas corre a lo largo de las playas al lado de los parques con barbacoas y estaciones de socorristas. Somos Old Florida, relajados sin la sensación de gran altura.
Nuestro condominio en la isla es justo lo que necesita para relajarse.

This condo is the perfect place to have a family vacation the location was so close to the beach . Anna Maria Island was a dream . Would definitely stay again ! Hosts were so easy to communicate they had everything sent from us I never had to reach out with any questions because they were so thorough . Can’t wait to plan another trip !

The Condo was very spacious, it was clean and had everything we needed from kitchen ware to everything for the beach. The place was Decorated very well. Veronique the host gave all the information we needed to have stress free stay.I would highly recommend this place!!

The place has a great location just a block from the beach and 3 min walk to trolley stop and a quick walk to the Smoquehouse (best food we had on the island). The place was very clean and the pool for the place was very nice that has showers and hoses for the sand after the beach.
Their place also has plenty of stuff for the beach like a cart, chairs, sand toys and an umbrella. The umbrella is smaller and typically could fit 2-3 people in the shade it creates but it did the trick.
Great price and great location. Highly recommend. Thanks for the great stay!

My family of 4 had an amazing trip. The property was super close to the beach and had everything we needed ( beach towels, chairs, toys, etc). The unit was clean, beds comfy and made our stay very enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!

The location was awesome! Only a block from the beach and it was a less busy beach spot. Easy to get to trolley stops. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay! The property manager was very quick and responsive! I would definitely stay here again!

My family of 3 (me, spouse, and 2 y.o. son) had a great time on AMI. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We were very much appreciative to have a beach wagon, umbrella, beach toys, and chairs. The beach is a short one one block walk from the condo. Parking at the condo was not a problem. We would definitely stay again!

We had such a wonderful time. Loved our home away from home. Great to have a kitchen to make our own meals. We also loved having a washer/dryer in the unit. Kids loved having their own space and own beds and didn’t have to share a Queen. The best was being able to walk a short walk to the beach!! We would move to come back and stay at this same place.
We had a few minor issues but the owner of the unit was very responsive and helped right away.

The unit was in a great location with a short walk to the beach. It was as advertised and had everything we needed. Veronique was very responsive as well. This is out of the owners control, but there was a very unpleasant unit owner by the name of Sue that apparently is miserable doesn’t like to be in the presence of children. She was calling my children names and even pushed one of my 5 year olds away from her in the pool. Unfortunately, we will not be back because of her behavior. She made it very awkward and uncomfortable for us.

The property was great, it was really clean, in a great location and had absolutely everything we needed. We would definitely stay again. The host was really helpful and really responsive when I messaged with questions etc. Overall a great experience

It was nice. Decorated in a beachy decor. It served my needs and was priced right. It was comfortable and would accommodate a family of four nicely. Only about 50 steps to the ocean.
My only negative was a lack of extra linen.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Was easy to check in and out. The condo was clean and equipt with most everything we needed. The beds were not as comfortable as we would prefer, but all and all was very enjoyable. Reasonably priced, we would definately go back!

Property was as described, bed comfy, a/c worked well. The info booklet in the unit had lots of helpful tips for restaurants, etc. Place was comfortable and had everything we needed. Pool was a nice addition. Nice extras were the beach items and wagon to get to beach. Beach itself was beautiful and having the trolley going up and down was so handy. We will be back for sure! Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful island stay
Perfect getaway for us. We wanted pool time most of all with a little beach time. Pool was perfect. Not too crowded lots of clean towels and kitchen was great size.

Close to the beach with a pool
This property was very nice and was a perfect fit for 2 teens and 2 adults. The kids loved the pool. The beach was about 1 block away. The air worked great, there was always hot water for our showers, and having a washer/dryer was nice. There were plenty of beach towels/toys such as chairs, football, buckets, boogie boards, ect. The only suggestion is there was a bag with wheels that needed replaced, it had a few holes in the bottom which let all the sand in.

Our new "go to" condo
Took 8 years to find what will hopefully be our new "go to" condo on the island. Unit is well maintained, furnished beautifully and fully equipped with everything you need for the beach. The location is safe, quiet and relaxing. Veronique- Thank you so much making our AMI vacation memorable!

AMI adventure
This was our first time at Anna Maria Island. We loved the location! So close to the beach and the free trolley. Easy walking distance to many local eateries and pubs. Plenty of options for live music, too! Sad that the pool at our unit was under repair most of our time there and once it was up and running again, the weather turned too cold to enjoy it. Condo was well provisioned and totally met our needs. Owner was quick to respond to all questions and concerns. Would enjoy coming back again in the future.

Our experience with Veronique and this property was fantastic. She was available before and during our stay to answer any questions and to help us make the trip as enjoyable as possible. The property was well taken care of and exactly as listed. The short walk to the beach makes this a great spot on the Island and we can’t wait to come back!

Great place priced reasonably
Clean condo with 2 bedrooms 1 bath. Layout was very good. Decorated nicely. Close to the white sand beach of AMI. Veronique was very responsive and easy to work with. She got us in the room early since we arrived in the morning. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

few suggestions
Property was beautiful and clean. Close to the beach and was awesome to have stuff to take to beach. Door lock was a little sticky at times. Only recommendation is to leave more rolls or toilet paper then 1 extra. We are planning our next trip and plan to stay again.

Loved it
My family and I enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, and it was an easy walk to the beach. We were happy to find beach chairs and toys since we flew and we're unable to pack these items. The condo was very clean and comfortable.
