We had an exceptionally restful weekend. The scenery was magnificent. Sunsets on the deck and screened-in porch were awe-inspiring.
Observing the storms approaching across the lake was quite impressive. Overall, it was an immensely relaxing weekend.
Debbie was exceptionally accommodating. She graciously met us upon our arrival at the cabin. She patiently answered any inquiries we had about the area. She ensured that we were comfortably settled and even thoughtfully left a bottle of wine for us.
The property is truly beautiful. I am grateful for the opportunity to have enjoyed this special place on the lake.

This was a great place to stay with a beautiful view of the lake. We counted 14 deer at one time in the morning by the lake. Very serene environment. Host was extremely helpful and communicated very well with us.

If one feels the need to get away from it all--and the crowds, this is the place to be. The sunsets are exactly as advertised--and even better when you're there in person!! Lake Norfolk greeted me each day, along with the bird song and visiting deer and wild turkeys. The cabin itself was just so cozy, clean and comfortable. I had everything that I needed. Debbie texted daily to make sure all was well. I felt like I had known her for years and was glad when we met face to face. I had a wonderful time and definitely hope to visit again!!!

Debbie's place is wonderful. It's an older rock house with everything you need. Clean with comfortable bed and kitchen stocked with anything you would need. Debbie made sure I had directions and information about the area. Responded quickly to questions. I spent my evenings at the fire pit enjoying the sunset over the lake. I'm hoping to visit this area again and will stay at Debbie's place.

I think for the price, the view and ambiance of vintage cabin style was well worth it. Debbie thought of lots of little touches and multiple ways of staying warm on a late Oct. night in the low 30's.--electric blanket and electric and gas heat. I didn't need all that but all was available. I turned the light couch around to take in the sunsets. One of the best views to the west and of the lake.

Our stay was so nice! Ms Debbie was awesome and cabin was amazing. The view was the best and sitting on the deck watching the lake and deer was so relaxing. Cabin was so cozy. Perfect for the two of us. Definitely will stay again.

Sunset Inn
This cabin has some spectacular views of Lake Norfork, especially the sunsets in the evening. The cabin has a nice comfortable bed and everything else you would need for cooking indoors or out. I would recommend it to anyone.

Amazing little place!
It was very comfortable. Debbie was amazing, and she thought of everything. I love the little things like extra hooks to hang things, and extra fans, even for outside if needed. The AC worked great. It’s a beautiful spot and the landscape is gorgeous. I loved spending every morning outside, either on the back porch or relaxing in the Adirondack chairs by the fire pit. We didn’t need a fire when we were there, lol. I would definitely rent this again if it was just the two of us, or even four could fit in there very easily. She has a little futon, but you could bring a nice blow up, and there would be room to walk around it. You would need to ask, based on her description. I can’t really say enough Nice things about her. I even asked if there was an ironing board and iron in there, and she had one provided for me. The only thing we really needed was our food, and we brought our own coffee maker because we like a K cup. Though she does have a wonderful new coffee maker. She’s amazing about having daily guests over, and she even offered to take us for a sunset boat ride on our last evening. We were so tempted, but we had too much to do, saying goodbye to family. I definitely recommend this place, and anything she would have. She’s amazing.

Cozy with spectacular view.
It was a true cabin on the lake, not a modern motel room. It had everything we needed to prepare meals and relax. Our host (Debbie) was a sweetheart. She invited us to a 4th celebration next door at her house. A shout out to the 101 Marina close by where we could rent a pontoon for a few hours to enjoy the lake.
This was a perfect place to get away from the world and take it easy.
Mountain Home was close enough to drive to if we had shopping needs or wanted to go out to eat.

Absolutely stunning views, the cutest, coziest cabin with just about everything you could need. She gave me whatever info I needed to make our stay fun and comfy. There is a grill and a fire pit. Great location too, not too far of a drive to the closest town, but secluded enough for privacy. Overall fantastic experience, and will definitely stay here on future trips.

We saw several deer multiple times per day, and a great view of the lake. We did not get to see the epic sunset due to cloudy conditions, but still a great view. My only misconception was from the pictures it seemed more private/secluded. The property owner lives in the house about 30 feet away. Even saying that, it was very quite with no traffic or commotion for our whole stay so we didn't mind too much.Thanks for a relaxing weekend!

Enjoyed our stay here. Cabin is small but has everything you need. If it is not too hot, it is nice to sit outside and enjoy the great view of the lake. Host was nice and gave us some advice about things to do; had a chilled bottle of wine to welcome us upon arrival.

Perfect for 2
We had an incredible time in this cabin with gorgeous views. The listing is accurate, the cabin was clean. Perfect size for 2 adults. The outdoor areas are large. I wish we could have spent more time there, we were running around meeting family elsewhere, but our time there was treasured. We most certainly want to come back! Hospitality was unmatched and it was exactly what we needed in a getaway.
