Main bedroom has a full/ double bed and not a Queen as indicated and is very uncomfortable at best.
The living room couch is also very uncomfortable. Ended up. Sitting outside on the beautiful patio area just to be comfortable. Other than the beds and furniture it was a wonderful stay

My family and I stayed for a week and had a great time. The beds were comfortable and place was clean and you can’t beat the location. Everything was amazing. We couldn’t get the garbage disposal to work but we worked around it. I would definitely stay there again.

We had such a nice time onsite and at the pool…we didn’t go to the beach as often as planned. Penthouse is great. But a little tricky for pet care.

The location was outstanding and the condo was very clean. The kitchen was awesome. We enjoyed our stay very much, except for the mattresses in the second bedroom.
Mattress in the children's bedroom had coils and very uncomfortable to sleep on.
Would recommend new mattresses in that room, above and below given the very high price you are paying.

We couldn’t ask for a better host, Tania was very responsive, always responded to any questions we had very quickly and was very accommodating to our needs.
The condo was very clean and beautiful. It was very spacious so there was plenty of room inside making it very comfortable to stay in. The fact this condo had a patio versus a balcony made it so spacious to move around outside and enjoy the unobstructed view of the wonderful pool and the bay. Having direct access to the grills, fire pit and extra seating was perfect! Also the location in Dewey is great and having The Lighthouse bar/restaurant right downstairs was very convenient.

A lot of awesome things about this property. The ability to park in the garage was great and having a pool for afternoon post ocean swims was great for the kids. There was really easy access to the bay as well for the kids to play there too. We had 3 adults and 3 kids so the room with the trundle bunk bed was perfect for our kids. Only down side was the pull out sleeper sofa. It was not comfortable but 100% do-able for my wife & I on a long weekend. (grandma got the big room lol).

The condo was very clean and the description is accurate. What a location! Take a step out the slider door and you are overlooking the pool and the bay. Another renter asked what room we were in because she wanted to rent the condo next time. At the base of the building is the Lighthouse restaurant and the Rusty Rudder is steps away. Across the main road is Nalu and down a half mile are the Starboard, Starboard Raw, and Starboard Claw. Tania communicated in advance and then made sure we got in okay. Thank you Tania.

My family and I visited for five days and wish we could’ve done longer. The property is beautiful and well kept. The convenience of the washer and dryer in the room was great. Especially with littles. We have a 3 and 7 year old. The access to the pool was exceptional. My kids loved it. Also, it stayed fairly warm sitting under the sun all day and not under the shadow of a high rise. The indoor pool is heated! We also brought our miniature Bernedoodle. The kids loved having him on our vacation. First time ever. He too got to experience the beach which is just a block away. We’d definitely come back.

Beautiful property in a fantastic location. A block from the beach, and everything you could ask for. Located right in the heart of Dewey. Really nice decor, a great common area with grills and fire pits, terrific outdoor pool, great kitchen and living areas. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Dewey Beach.

The condo was very nice. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was decently stocked. There were many restaurants within walking distance. It was one floor up from the pool level but we could easily get to the pool via a set of outdoor steps. This wasn't obvious from the photos. The walk to the beach was short and easy even when we were carrying chairs, bags, etc.

Tania was a wonderful host. She was very responsive to every question I had during my stay. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and just as advertised. The parking garage ceiling was a bit low on The Residences parking area (due to low hanging pipes) so be aware if you have any cargo on the top of your vehicle as we did. The patio outside the condo has plentiful seating, community grills and firepits. We utilized all of these amenities as well as the outdoor pool. We did have access to the indoor pool, but did not have a need for it since the weather was perfect for a beach day and lounging by the outdoor pool. The beach is just a quick walk down the block, and the bay is accessible from the other side of the outdoor pool. We found Dewey Beach to be beautifully maintained with friendly people. Food and shops are all within walking distance, and the Tanger Outlets and shopping experiences are only a short drive towards Rehoboth. Our favorite food place was The Lighthouse located on the bayside of the property (Highly recommend the crab cakes). We also ordered pizza from Starboard Sauced and it was deliciously full of little grease cup pepperoni. Our favorite shop was DB Convenience, the owner and employee were friendly and provided a wonderful experience. You will not be disappointed with your stay or the experience of the town of Dewey Beach. We will definitely be returning, and will not think twice about using Tania for our stay again.

Location is perfect. Walking distance to a lot of places to eat and shop. Short drive to everything you would need. Amenities are nice with private pool and seating areas for residences. Worth the money!

The condo was extrememly clean, the washer/dryer looked new, loved the kitchen space and decor just enough to not overwhelm a guest. We brought our own however the following were already in the condo TP, handsoap, DW pods and coffee pods for guests. We only used the patio area twice due to weather but it had a nice view of the bay. No issues with Wifi and appreciated the instructions for the TV and light switches. Tania was fabulous! Constant communication from booking to check out, offered early and late check out for our pre-season stay. Thanks Tania, we look forward to staying again.

The place was amazing. Very clean and modern. The condo was as described but actually was better than anticipated with modern touches. The location was perfect and we were able to talk to just about everything we wanted. The host is also gracious and had a very fast response time.

We had never been to Dewey beach, and after this experience we definitely are planning a trip back. The location was great, the condo was clean and so comfortable, and Tania was amazing, very responsive and accommodating! Overall, an A+++.

We booked a 4 days/3 nights stay in this wonderful condo unit in Dewey Beach last weekend for two small families (4 adults and 2 kids). We have rented other condo units in this same building previously, and this one was comparable on the inside as the others. However, the one feature that separates it from the others is the direct access to an outdoor common lounging area which has unobstructed views of the bay side and the ocean. Also, this area includes grilling stations and is steps away from a heated swimming pool both of which we were fortunate enough to still be able to use and enjoy. Lastly, and probably the best thing about our stay was the host Tania and how quickly she responded to any questions we had, and how accommodating and flexible she was in terms of our check in and check out times. Definitely recommended.

Perfect spot in Dewey Beach
The condo is a great rental spot. It is brand new and nicely decorated inside. You have access to the pool and a little sandy Bayside Beach and the ocean is a block walk. The patio is perfect right at the front with a great view overlooking the pool and the bay and close to the outdoor grills. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well appointed. You have to bring all linens and paper items although there was one bath mat. Pet friendly place too!

Perfect place and location
Tania, we enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was perfect, clean and well located. The private deck and pool were a huge bonus. The access to the bay side beach and restaurants was great. We attended a wedding on the bay beach and reception in the hotel so it could not have been more convenient for us. Having such great access to the water, restaurants and rentals made our trip special. We loved the experience. Thank you and we will definitely book again if we are ever in need of a place in Dewey Beach. Steve

Great location! We loved being directly on the bay - perfect for our little kids - and being able to walk to the beach across the street. The pool was perfect and we enjoyed the common patio areas and pool. Tania answered all our questions, gave good directions for checking in, and was responsive during our stay.
