Kitchen could use more pots. The pans are terrible except for the wok pan. Everything sticks in the others. Need an extra blanket or 2 in the unit. Other than that all was good!

What a great condo. We could walk right out to the pool or beach without having to get on an elevator. Soundproof as well, could not hear the kids playing at the pool from inside the condo.

The condo was great! Loved being on ground level. Not much to do around the area that we found. I’m sure being able to use the pool in the summer months would help take up some time during the day. Only one bar/restaurant in the area that was walking distance for us. The indoor pool was nice and had 3 hot tubs indoors. Was pretty loud with all the kids enjoying themselves and doing what kids do. We only left early because we both came down with the flu.

Great location and condo but I had a terrible experience with the property manager. Our front door was replaced in the middle of our stay. 9am-2pm LOUD construction. There were workers in and out for hours, carrying on their own personal conversations and phone calls. When I had to call to get a new door code so we could get back in our room I asked to speak to someone about my experience, she said I would get a call back from the manager, never did. I called the number again a couple days later and finally got a call back she told me “it’s been a pain for everyone involved.” She seemed shocked we stayed in the room while it was happening. Call me crazy but I don’t feel comfortable leaving all my belongings in a room with no door. I told her I was unhappy and would like a small refund for my inconvenience she said she would contact the owners and get back to me, never did. I understand things need replaced but it shouldn’t come at the expense of the guests. I paid over $1600 to sleep in and enjoy the tranquility of the beach for 5 days, instead I woke up to a remodel. Absolutely ridiculous.

Perfect unit for a couple! Condo does have sleeper sofa, but I think it would be uncomfortable for more than 2 adults. One or two small children would probably be fine. Great location and cute decor!

The condo was above average. Nice decor and furniture. Adequate appliances. We had to empty a very full dishwasher upon arrival, sweep food and trash off the patio, and remove a wad of hair off the toaster. The overhead light in the only bedroom did not work. The cleaning crew left papers in the condo that had the entry codes for other condones listed on it. When we called the realty company to explain problems they would not listen and told us to “put it in writing in an email.” I was not impressed.

The rental process was easy and White Sands responded quickly in providing a new blender as the one in the unit was broken. We loved everything about the unit and may try to get this same location next trip. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Even with a party outside we were able to enjoy the quiet -- inside behind the slide glass doors. We enjoyed the gym, the pools (outside and inside), and the hot tub. Perfect place for me and my husband to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary! We had a wonderful time!

Lights. Couldn’t not figure out how to get lights on in bedroom the switches didn’t do anything but turn on and off fan. Wi-Fi was unplugged. And need a throw blanket for living room Other than that everything was nice

We have stayed at Phoenix X several times over the course of the last 15 years. I found that the security guards are now actually patrolling looking for people smoking, watching the young adults on camera to see if they're vaping, because neither is allowed even on your own balcony that cost you so much for four days. I watched one family get kicked out because their child threw sand or spit water from the third floor. We had a small room on the ground floor which was nice for the kids not to have to use the elevator. They could come in and out to the pool. All amenities were acceptable and the one bedroom was big enough for us. There was no specific WIFI for the room, you had to connect to an open WIFI and depending who was already on it in the next room or where you were standing, it would lose connection. The kitchen was well stocked, two types of coffee pots. Newer fridge. A good stay but lighten up on the balcony smoking rules, it's outside! Hope the new lazy river they're building turns out nicely.

Beachfront
The location of this property was perfect! Being on the lowest level allowed us to walk right off our balcony into the pool area and to the walkway to the beach. This was super convenient having young children and all kinds of extras to take to the beach with us. The condo was very clean and had all the linens and dishes/cooking utensils you could need. The bedroom mattress wasn't the most comfortable, and there weren't a few basic things like salt and pepper furnished. But overall, this condo was lovely!

Awesome Three Days on Perdido Key
Phoenix X was a great place to stay for our short stay on Perdido Key. Many new and exciting renovations in work around property. We will have to visit in he summer to see everything complete. Conveniently located next door to the World Famous Flora-Bama bar. Unit itself had everything you need and was comfortable for the two of us. We will for sure stay here again.

Nice Condo
Pluses: Condo is beautifully decorated and well furnished - except it could use some more mixing bowls. Orange sofa not nearly as garish as in the photo. Great access to pool, but we were there in January and pool was closed.
Minuses: It's about as far from the parking garage as you can get. And the cleaning crew needs to learn how to empty the vaccums. There were three different styles - all full. I had to completely disasemble the main vaccum to clean all of the debris out of it and get suction.
