Our stay at Savannah 'C' was great - the unit is steps away from the beach, which was not crowded at all. We really just enjoyed the beautiful water, walking the beach and searching for shells. We also enjoyed spending our evenings on the back screened-in patio, playing cards and watching the sunset. The owners were very responsive and its obvious they take great pride in their units. It was a great family vacation and we look forward to returning in the future.

We enjoyed our stay on this perfect island and this wonderful property. It’s clean as a pin and was spacious enough for my family. The owners are amazing… friendly, great communication and thorough. I would not hesitate to stay again and hope to return next year. 100% perfect!

Incredible property - we were so close to the water! Clean home with all amenities we could possibly need. Collected shark teeth on the beach every day. We had the beach to ourselves for the entire stay. Had an absolutely lovely week and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for sharing you home with us!

Beautiful unit right on the beach. Spacious and nicely decorated in beach theme. Amazing screened in porch downstairs and balcony upstairs, both with beach views. WiFi was good. Very responsive owner.

We have made many trips to Florida over the years. This was easily our favorite place to stay so far. We got home three days ago and are already looking forward to our next stay at Savanah House.

The home had everything we needed. We appreciated that the 2nd bedroom had 3 beds for our kids. This is the place to come if you want peaceful beachfront with amazing sunsets.

This is a great condo. Clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend. We're fairly picky about where we stay and this place met and exceed our expecations. Overall loved it and plan on booking again for next year.

This was an amazing family summer trip. The house is truly right on the beach. Waking up to a beach side walk every day then reflecting with morning coffee, there’s nothing quite like it. We had gorgeous sunsets, dolphin , sea turtles, and manatees encounters. We brought our kayaks and explored the island by water side and by golf cart. The house was exactly as stated and we just unloaded the groceries we brought and felt right at home. The only complaint I would have would be that the a/c unit struggled in the Florida heat, however being a Florida resident we understand how this can be. Love this place in the sun a will definitely return

Amazing!!! The Savannah house was the perfect getaway that our family needed. The house was clean, had everything we needed and is so close to the ocean, the kids absolutely loved it! I loved being able to forget about the world for a week and watch all the wildlife the island has to offer. We seen dolphins 10 minutes after we arrived, as if they were welcoming us❤️ We were so incredibly lucky to witness a sea turtle come right up in front of the house, 2 nights in a row!! Jeanie and John are so kind to share this little piece of heaven, we will definitely be back in the future! Thanks for the amazing memories we’ll never forget!

We loved Savannah C. The property is right on the beach. Beautiful views from upstairs master bedroom and balcony and from the entire downstairs. Very comfortable couches. Everything we needed to cook and grill were provided. Comfortable mattresses with plenty of extra blankets and pillows provided. The screened porch with table and chairs was perfect for a sunset dinner. Just lovely. We hope to return soon. Definitely recommend.

This property is all you need if you love the ocean and enjoy a relaxing stay where reading a book, walking the beach and watching all the wild life (birds, dolphins, stingrays, turtles and more ). House had all you needed. Plenty of room, beautiful views, great enclosure and baloney. Beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals. Jeannie was great to deal with. Had everything in order before we arrived and checked with us mid week to make sure all was going okay. It was a great vacation. We will be back.

This home and location are amazing! My husband and I wanted a peaceful getaway and this was the perfect place. Long walks on the beach, beautiful sunsets every night, sleeping to the sound of the waves crashing on the sand all equaled relaxation. Coffee every morning on the screened in patio listening to the waves, watching birds and the occasional dolphin swim by 🐬. No traffic noises since there are mainly golf carts used to get around on the island. The house was very clean and comfortable. There is only one restaurant on the island called Rum Bay. We had dinner there twice during our stay. My husband said the Mahi tacos were amazing! The calamari and ribs are good too. If you visit go have a drink at the bar and chat with CJ the bartender. Super nice guy. I’m so thankful we found this place and that John and Jeanie share their slice of heaven. We can’t wait to come back!

This is a great place of you are looking for a quiet place. If you want to do a lot of activities on the mainland, be aware that the ferry is $38 to $50 each round trip. If you are just going to hang out at the beach, this place is hard to beat.

Great stay!

The home is wonderful, well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a GREAT vacation, beautifully decorated as well. Everything was pristine and clean. The owner of the home was very attentive answering questions that we had about the area. And the very next morning on arrival to the property, the manager was there to make sure we were happy with everything. This is a property that we would recomend highly !! The stay was a 5 STAR all the way!

Our stay here was a great experience. We were literally on the beach all week. The house was very clean and was stocked with everything you needed to cook the week during this crazy pandemic. The owners went out of their way to make sure our stay was fantastic. We saw dolphins right from the house. I was able to catch some fish right off the beach. Including some small sharks and a stingray all returned to the sea. The pictures are just as everything appears in person. The only hang up we had all week was the property manager but not the owners. She didn't seem to have her ducks in a row. We rented some supplies a golf cart and kayak. She didn't seem to remember we had these items preplanned until we mentioned them and even then she didn't sound sure about the rentals. We had a golf cart that didn't seem to charge properly and only ran about 1 hour. She did attempt to rectify this by plugging in into a secondary spot. When were were stranded on second day and the resort cart transported us back to the house to get the weight off the cart while we limped it back we reported this again. We didn't hear back from the manager on this the remainder of our stay. We needed to be very limited on what we did the rest of the week with the cart with no answers. The manager also didn't leave the ferry tickets as planned so we could cross to the island. We had a incident on day 2 when my husband literally pulled his calf muscle in 2. He was not able to walk for 2 days and we had to go to the ER for service, crutches and pain meds. We contacted the manager again not knowing a sole on the island we contacted the manager to see if she possibly had crutches until we could get off the island. To our surprise she never called us back on the entire incident. I know it isn't any responsibility of them to do so but thought a call back was warranted to see if we were ok. Again the place is fantastic and the owners are people you could become friends with as they did everything to make our stay great. I would not let the above prevent you from renting but thought it was worth giving a completed and full review.

We very much enjoyed our stay at "Savannah C!" The house was the nicest we have ever rented- extremely comfortable, spacious, clean, and very well appointed with everything we needed. We especially appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was, with everything from spices to storage containers for leftovers. We loved the beautiful ocean views from both the screened-in patio on the main level, and upstairs balcony off the master bedroom- a great place for viewing the stars at night. The beds were extremely comfortable, we agreed we had the best nights sleep! What makes this property especially unique is its closeness to the water and quiet of the island. Many times we were the only people on the beach as far as we could see. The kids had fun building sand castles and finding sharks' teeth, which were everywhere! Many thanks to John and Jeanie for being the nicest people! We had the pleasure of meeting them at arrival and enjoyed chatting with them. Jeanie kept in touch in the days leading up to our stay and went above and beyond in helping us locate a golf cart to rent for getting around the island. We appreciated their hospitality and hope to return!

With all the stress of the pandemic and 2020 in general, we needed a short getaway to rest and renew, as well as to celebrate a milestone birthday. We found the perfect place to do so at Savannah House! A clean, beautiful beach condo that is literally steps from the Gulf. We felt as if we almost had the entire beach to ourselves!Our arrival in Florida was a bit rocky thanks to Tropical Storm Eta, but Jeanie kept us continually updated about the conditions on the island and made the challenges in getting there much smoother. Once we arrived after the storm, there was nothing except sunshine, shells and the friendliest condo owners ever, Jeanie and John! We are thankful to have had the chance to visit this jewel of an island and look forward to return trips!

This is a beautiful oceanfront property that is well taken care of. This rental has a well stocked kitchen too. A few steps off your screened in porch is the beautiful gulf. We enjoyed the warm ocean and saw dolphins. We also found shark teeth. We would rent again! Absolutely love this rental and location. It is perfect!

We loved it here! The house was right next to the water. The view from the master bedroom was spectacular. Very spacious for a 2 bedroom.

This property is in a great location on the island, centrally located to everything and one of the closer condos to the beach. Very well maintained and equipped with everything you may need from cooking utensils to the gas grill. Would definitely consider staying again. The sunsets are amazing and this condo is perfectly placed to enjoy them in the comfort of a screened porch, mosquito free.

Everything about this stay was wonderful! The house was perfect with everything we could have possibly needed! We woke up each morning enjoying the beautiful beach while sitting on the spacious screened in porch and watched the sunset each evening on the beach which was just a few steps away.
