This location is central to everything Mammoth. Short drive to Lake Mary and to Rainbow Falls/Devil's Postpile. We really enjoyed our stay. Finding the place was easy and checking in was a breeze. Communication with the owner(s) was easy and Kris was proactive versus reactive. She was very friendly and answered any questions I had. She sent notices to me before I arrived and they were clear and concise. I would definitely rent from them again.

Property and owners were great but had to work through cancelling due to Mountain closure by COVID-19 the day prior to arrival.

Nice spacious condo. Huge TV's in every room with Netflix. Near the village which was really nice. Coded front door for easy access. We had one problem which was the condo was not cleaned by the cleaning company so postponed our check in a bit BUT sent the owner's a text, she apologized over and over, they had the place cleaned within an hour and refunded me $100 for the inconvenience. That was really awesome of the owners. I Would stay in this condo every summer and recommend this condo to all my friends. Thank you

This had everything we needed. Walk to Canyon lodge. Good clean unit. Nice upgrades. Great rec room and complex hot tubs. Owners were awesome. I recommend this unit. We will definitely stay there again!

We've stayed here 3 times now. Its in a great location near the lifts. Its perfect for our annual guys Mammoth ski trip, fits 5 people comfortably.

Very comfortable home. Clean. Everything you need is available. Will request this property again. Owners are friendly answering any questions.

The owners were extremely accomodating when we had to reschedule due to a huge snow storm. Once we finally arrived, the condo was a great place to stay for our ski trip. The location is great since it is so close to the Canyon Lodge. Kris was very helpful and responsive. Thanks again, Kris! Hopefully I will be able to come back in the summer.

The condo was walking distance to canyon lodge and a 10 min walk and you are on the lift couldn't be more convenient. This is the 2nd time staying at this place and I will go at least once a year until I get a place of my own.

Kristina and Connie are excellent hosts. They sent a welcome book before our stay loaded with all the info we would need for our stay, including fun things to do while here. They are very responsive to address any issues that may come up. We came in Feb 2017 during record snowfall for the area. It was completely beautiful. Our car was never snowed in thanks to the plows constantly clearing the area. We walked to Canyon Lodge for great skiing.

Had a great time at the condo with my family. Condo is an easy walk up to Canyon lodge for a day of skiing. Also right next to Austriahof for some drinks & food afterwards. The condo is one of the nicer places I've stayed in Mammoth. It has great wifi, a couple of large flat screen TVs, & plenty of space throughout. Very nice complex to stay in. When we showed up the place had not yet been cleaned. The owner explained that they had switched to a new service & promised to have somebody come within the hour. She also offered to refund some money for us to get dinner while we waited which was much appreciated. Great experience overall!

Wow, what a score for mom with 17, 16, and 15 year old for a week in August. location and timing: Perfect access Mammoth Lakes has to offer. no waiting, little traffic or crowds. Incredibly we had the town to ourselves. almost free roaming at June Beach, Hot Creek Geological Site, trails, points of interest. thinking Yosemite would be packed for 100th year of national parks system. It wasn't crowded even for us, as we live on 6 acres outside Green Bay, Wisconsin and gauge travel time by miles rather that minutes in traffic. At 9,000 feet. From Wisconsin we were winded, had mountain sickness for the first few days. booked this without too much research. would prepare for the altitude, if I done due diligence next time. drive slower through the mountains, as the inclines & declines are very steep with sheer drop-offs. As a skilled winter driver, I'd want rugged 4x4 vehicle in excellent working condition to visit in winter. Our rented Ford Focus did fine in August. Inbound was in late afternoon. Outbound was through the night, leaving at 10 pm to catch our 5 am flight out of SFO. About the condo: Everything we needed, enough room to chill together or in our own space. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, laundry. Responsive owners. Good instructions at condo, but not so much you feel restricted or like walking in eggshells. TV, wifi, Xbox for downtime. Healthy walk to town for teens to explore on their own. Even though the complex was mostly empty, felt safe. tough to locate building and unit in the dark, as we arrived between 10-11. Maybe light pollution restrictions? Complex is nestled among tall trees, so there is little view from the unit. But step outside and enjoy the constant panorama. Complex and unit is slightly worn and weary, but clean and comfortable. Good trade off for price, plus I wasn't worried that we would break the china dishes. We were there in August. Skiing equipment, gear and skiers can be rough on a place. Interior of building was bright with super storage for gear. Interior of unit is dark espresso painted walls, and tree shaded windows. Maybe it makes a snugly retreat from snowblindness on the slopes and the summer time, near cloudless skies. Outdoorsy decor, and just the right kind of furniture. Excellent working kitchen. A few staples available, take some, leave some. Dishwasher huge plus. Would stay again in a heartbeat and highly recommend. Thanks Kristina and Connie for allowing us to stay in lovely vaca home!

We stayed at this condo in July. Although there is no air conditioning, having the condo on the second floor allowed us to keep the windows open and it never got too hot. Each room has a ceiling fan to help with the temperature as well. Having a laundry room in the next building was very convenient. The kitchen had most of the supplies one would need. I took off one star because no parking permit was provided for us. I have left a phone message for one of the owners and tried to reach the other one, but her mailbox was full. I also sent an email. Neither owner responded at any time during our five day stay.

We were pleasantly surprised on how close this property is to Canyon Lodge! The owners are responsive and helpful. We had everything we needed in this clean, cozy and comfortable condo!

Its our annual boys trip to Mammoth, 4 adults and 2 teens. The place is nice and cozy, close to Canyon lodge. We arrived after 430 and access was easy and without issue. The rooms and beds were perfect, everything was great. We had two very minor issues, one being the parking passes and the other was wifi. Once we rebooted the wifi routers and found the extra parking passes everything was perfect. All around this is a good location and perfect for 5 adults.

Awesome place, we are used to rent condos and this one was a very good experience . First the owners are very responsive and everything is as described. The location is just perfect, 200 yard from canyon lodge and the gondola to go o the village. Perfect for a family of 4! We will definitivelly rent it again.

We really enjoyed our trip in this condo. It is so convenient if you're skiing/snowboarding out of Canyon Lodge and is a really nice spot to call home for a few days!

We had a blast . Our first white Christmas in Mammoth Mountain. The condo was perfect , no cons. Canyon Lodge is a block and 1/2 away, just walk to the lift. Really nice decorated and felt like home. During our visit we had some question and Kristina answer the cel phone or texted me right away. Big thanks Kristina.
