House was very clean upon checkin with plenty of places to sleep. Host was great and communicated quickly.

Jack/Jill bath doors didn’t look at all, sliding outside door very hard to work, bathtub needs nonslip material installed for injury free bathing !!

Beautiful house tucked in a quiet cove. Our bachelor party of 13 had plenty of space to accommodate everyone. We spent most of our time on the huge dock that included 2 boat slips and a ladder for swimming.

Property was the perfect spot for our friends get away. Host communicated clearly and made sure the property was just as advertised. Location was amazing. Accommodations were perfect. Made for an amazing weekend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The dock was perfect for fishing and swimming! The bedroom downstairs was great for my 86yo father. He could wake up and have his coffee and breakfast and head down to fish for the morning without a lot of steps! Will definitely stay again.

We stay in vacation homes at LOZ several times throughout the summer and this home was the best one yet! It was clean, roomy, and had everything we needed to have a perfect holiday weekend. The house had tons of parking and was located in a nice calm cove. The dock was amazing and provided us with hours of fun. At night we enjoyed playing fun games at the huge kitchen table that accommodated us all. We will definitely come back to this home again because everything about it was perfect!

There were six of us on a fishing trip and the house was more than spacious enough, was in a good location and overall a really nice place.

Two boat slips and a private ramp on the adjacent property. Lot’s of parking space and space for boat trailers. Great dock to hang out on with very few steps from door to water. About a 1/4 mile by road to Shady Gators and not far from grocery stores, restaurants, and golf.

This was our 2nd March Madness week at this property and it had everything we needed and more. Plenty of space, Bedrooms and beds for everyone, large kitchen and enough utensils and cookware to do plenty of cooking. The deck and dock provides additional room for guest to spread out and enjoy all the property has to offer. All of my family had the highest praise for the property and made sure we left it in better condition than when we arrived, which was not difficult at all.

We rented both this house and the one next door. Both were beautiful and stocked with all kitchen essentials we needed. Even though we stayed in the fall, some of our younger members enjoyed paddling around the lake in provided kayaks. We would definitely recommend!

This property is definitely one we would return to. What a beautiful place, owners/property managers were extremely responsive when i reached out on a couple of things.

We utilize 4 properties annually for our work retreat. The only reason this property didn't receive 5 stars is because it failed to provide hot water for a day. The property owner had it fixed while we were there.

The property was perfect for our large group. It had the amenities needed and great to hang at the house and by/in the water. Very nice, long weekend away!

We rented the two houses and had a wonderful time. Plenty of space for all of us (16 adults and 9 kids in the 2 houses). Kitchen well stocked to cook and bake. The docks were wonderful places to hang out! We enjoyed the kayak and paddle board as well as pool noodles to hand out on the lake. Highly recommend for a group getaway!

House was well suited to our group. Location was really nice and they have a great dock if you plan to hang out and float all day. The 2nd fridge and ice maker are also VERY helpful! Would definitely stay there again.

We will be back! Lots of room for everyone to be together, yet plenty of spots for a little quiet. Dock, sink, lights, and, tables, chairs, lounges. We’ll set up for outdoor entertainment. The inside is such a cozy, specious home. Beautiful decor. Plenty of rooms and sleeping areas. This house is truly set up to enhance your getaway retreat.

We do an annual March Madness week and this was our 4th year in the Ozarks. This was the best by far for accommodating a group of 8+ men. The home is warm, comfortable, and flexible for large groups. We already decided tobook again next year.

The lake house is perfect for a group that is there to enjoy the lake. The private dock is where we spent most of our time. The cove is very quiet even with the marina nearby. The kids were very comfortable swimming around the dock. We rented a 40’ boat from Lazy Gators to cruise the lake.The boat captain was able to pick us up at our dock. Everyone thought the water taxi was cool. The house itself was just ok. The home needed a deep cleaning. The floors were sticky, cabinets had lots of crumb’s, and there was something fowl in the kitchen sink. During the summer, the cleaning appears to be less important. The worst part of the home are the beds. Every person, 14 of us hated the beds. They appear to be very old and well used. The Master bed was high in the center and sloped to each side. Very uncomfortable. I believe that when you spent north of $1000 nightly, good beds, and bedding are a requirement. Despite this, we all did have a good time.
