Your Luxury Condo On The Ocean - Where The Sun Sets In San Diego - Central Air
Este es un condominio frente al mar que compramos recientemente que nunca ha estado disponible en el mercado de alquiler de vacaciones. También somos dueños de la propiedad, en el mismo edificio, que está justo al lado que comenzamos a alquilar este año en julio (VRBO / Home Away # 572846). Inicialmente compramos esta propiedad para tener un lugar en el océano para venir con nuestros hijos y nietos. Cada propiedad tiene 3 dormitorios y 2 baños, así como un pasillo contiguo en el medio. Lo que es exclusivo de esta propiedad es que, junto con el patio frente al mar de uso exclusivo de 300 pies cuadrados, tiene una terraza con jardín privado en la parte posterior. Dos de las habitaciones tienen puertas para acceder a la terraza. Estas dos habitaciones se pueden cerrar del resto del condominio para mayor privacidad. Esta propiedad es perfecta para dos parejas o familias de cuatro con abuela y abuelo.

El condominio cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada, aire acondicionado centralizado, Internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad, impresora inalámbrica, reproductor de CD, reproductor de DVD y DVR. Lavadora y secadora dentro de la unidad. Hay estacionamiento subterráneo al lado del otro para dos autos.
Es un clásico del sur de California ... acantilados, rocas, playa y muelle. Camine a todos o vea desde su condominio.

The property was nestled on a cliff overlooking the ocean and a small, intimate beach. The backyard patio furniture, including a table and four chairs with umbrella and two rocking chairs and small accent table, allowed the group to spend time on the patio enjoying the views and beautiful sunsets.
The property was very clean and well maintained. Views were spectacular from the living room and master bedroom. All rooms were spacious. The master bedroom had a nice walk in closet with dresser and en-suite bathroom was spacious and offered a nice shower, jetted tub, and double vanity. The beds were especially comfortable.
Overall a great experience.

Accuracy of listing, zero surprises. Exceeded out expectations. Water front was fantastic. Two great Littylr cove beaches right down the steps. OB was a lot of fun with great restaurants.

Our stay was wonderful. The condo is immaculate and beautifully appointed. There were little touches in every room that added to the stay and made it feel like home. The location was perfect. A short walk into OB and an even shorter walk out the back door to stunning cliffs, the ocean and a nightly sunset. It was a perfect place to bring three generations together.

Great walkable location. Beautifully updated. You do share the ocean front patio with the neighboring condo but it was not a big deal, you have plenty of furniture and space. We made sure the gates and doors around the property were always locked and felt safe. I brought way too much stuff, they have everything we could have wanted or needed here, full hand soap, laundry soap, foil, bags, plenty of dish wear, towels, bedding etc. Well thought out and comfortable.

Our family of 4 had a great time at this condo. Amazing views and easy access to the beach and tide pools below. The condo was recently renovated which was a nice surprise. Would stay here again.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our week long vacation here and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The condo recently went under renovations and upgrades and is absolutely beautiful! The beautiful views from our patio and going to sleep each night hearing the ocean waves made us not want to leave the condo. We had a great time visiting the sites in San Diego but also enjoyed relaxing back at the condo each night. We would choose to stay here again in a heartbeat should we be back in the San Diego area in the future. Many fun memories were made! Thank you to the owner, Donna for being so responsive. Everything from checking in to checking out went smoothly and was very organized. Highly recommend!

This gated property is situated directly on the beach above a gorgeous cove. The sound of the waves pounding on the beach is heavenly. We saw surfers, porpoises, and every kind of watercraft imaginable. We even watched a fisherman setting crab traps with their blinking red and blue markers. The sunsets were stunning with unobstructed views. Airplanes do fly over on their way out of the airport, but they aren't loud at all. The airport limits the hours they are allowed to take off so that there are no planes going over during the night. The patio area is relaxing and well-landscaped. As others have mentioned, the underground garage is a bit tight to manuver in, but it's good knowing the car is completely secure behind a locked gate and not accessible to the public. There were four people in our party. We were all very comfortable and agree we would definitely stay there again if we get the chance.

This condo can't be beat! We sat on the patio in January and watched the ocean waves, but had privacy from the people down on the rocks. Oh, and the sunsets! Walking distance to wonderful restaurants in Ocean Beach and the Wednesday Farmers Market. Easy drive to the airport, Balboa Park, beach communities, Torrey Pines; anywhere. We didn't meet Donna in person but she communicated everything we needed to know in a timely manner. The place was clean, well-kept, and safe. Just plan on a grocery run when you first arrive.

We are familiar with OB already but we don’t live in San Diego anymore. Coming here to stay is the perfect landing pad- walking distance to everything, waking up to coffee on the ocean and a having a fireplace for Christmas morning- we couldn’t ask for a better experience. It’s been a lovely stay for my parents, spouse and children! Can’t wait to rent here again!

This VRBO was perfect! I wanted a clean place in a convenient location with a view of the ocean and this exceeded expectations. We enjoyed watching and listening to the waves and walking down to the cove and also seeing all of the activity from our patio! Each evening we loved watching the sunset--truly magical!
The condo was so clean and comfortable and all six of us adults felt like there was plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect and we were able to walk the beach as well as go to the farmer's market, good restaurants, breweries and shops. I would definitely book this place again! Thank you to Donna for all of the extra help she gave us and for being so accommodating and quick with responses!

Lovely condo, in a quiet area. Access to the beach was perfect, not so close I had to worry about the kids running out there, but close enough to pop down any time we wanted. Property was clean, and well appointed

There were 4 of us "grandmas" who have known each other since first week of college in 1966! (Not giving out any ages, ha!) We couldn't have asked for better accommodations, view and the beds were wonderful! It was a little confusing getting into the unit the first time, but we figured it out and all was good after that. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets with a glass of wine on the patio every night. Uber was our best friend as we didn't have a car and we went everywhere using this service, no problem. We all highly recommend this property. Being the grandmas we are, we wouldn't be so sure about bringing our little grand babies here (toddlers) for safety concerns outside, but ok for 7-8 year olds. It was perfect for us!

This property had everything we needed, with very comfortable beds and pillows! Easy walk to downtown Ocean Beach, which we enjoyed. What really surprised us was the wonderful beach area below that isn’t shown in the pictures! If you are able, there are stairs going down to the beach and you can walk around on the rocks. Fun and beautiful views, gorgeous sunsets from there! We enjoyed watching the dogs that people brought down there to play in the water! Our only con was that the parking was underground (safe with a gate code) but very tight in unit 2 since there is a covered car already parked there, so have to fit between the wall and car with dimly lit underground. Maybe the car will be moved and maybe you’ll have a smaller vehicle than us. Loved our stay and highly recommend!!

We loved this property! Ocean views from the living room and primary bedroom are exceptional. We spent a lot of time on the patio enjoying the amazing ocean view and beach below. The condo was clean and in good condition with large bedrooms and bathrooms. The parking garage made parking easy. Amenities were all in working condition. We hope to return soon.

Ocean Beach and the neighborhood is quite ecletic but the view from this condo superceded it all. We enjoyed every evening outside enjoying the ocean views and tide pools. Our last day was even more perfect when we were able to see the dolphins! Amazing! Thank you for sharing your home.

Great condo with parking in OB. Easy walk to downtown on ocean path along the shore or down the sidewalk behind the condo. We would definitely stay here again when in San Diego.

Plenty of room for our family of five. This condo was as advertised, all appliances in good working order, kitchen well-stocked, beds comfy, parking garage below unit was a bit tight but easy and secure. Stair access to small beach area below. It is the first floor of a two level condo so my only complaint is we could hear the people above us stomping around. Otherwise it was pretty quiet during our stay. Everything else was perfect. Being right on the ocean was amazing. Not a far drive to anything in the SD area. Would stay here again.

Right on the ocean, location is 15 minutes from Balboa, 15 minutes from old town. Little bit of a snafu while trying to check in but got ahold of the owner easily and everything worked out. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Check in was easy, and communication was good. The apartment is within walking distance to some great restaurants, coffee cafes, and bars. Parking was underground and easy. We have a large 4 runner but we went out of season and had no problem parking as not many other guests were there. The apartment was clean and well decorated. It came with both a Kuerig and filter coffee maker; however, no coffee pods or grounds were in the apartment so we went out for coffees. Bring your own if you want to stay in. You cant beat the location with beach walks just a minute away. We would stay again, and are thankful for the opportunity to have spend 3 lovely nights there.

We really enjoyed our time; the house is clean and has all the essentials. It’s quiet. The view is absolutely gorgeous. Private parking is also great. We would definitely return.
