Property was clean-very nice house. Had some issues with the communication on the alarm systems and property management company. When we got there the pool guy had left the hose running in the pool and the pool was overflowing. I did some of the wash and put towels by washing machine when we left- turned air to 77. I thought we left the house pretty clean. My wife and I stayed there and we had our daughter and grandson.

Our stay at this home was an absolute blast! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with endless fun and excitement. The wall games and arcade machines provided hours of entertainment for the whole family, and the sunny pool deck was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventures. Plus, being just minutes away from Disney made our vacation even more magical. We can't wait to come back for another unforgettable getaway!

We had the most amazing time at this groovy home with a retro games room featuring a Pac-Man arcade and a south-facing pool! Talk about the ultimate throwback experience! The Pac-Man arcade brought back so many memories, and the south-facing pool was perfect for soaking up the sun all day long. We spent hours playing games and lounging by the pool - it was like living in our own little paradise. The house itself was super comfy and had a cool vibe that made us feel right at home. Huge thanks to the hosts for providing such a rad spot for our vacation. Loved it so much we have booked for 2025.

The communication and willingness to handle a few things that weren't working properly when we arrived. We're outstanding we were only about 20 minutes away from Disney which was nice. The pool was great. The great game room was super fun.

We had an incredible time staying at this vacation home! The highlight for us was definitely the pool and spa area. It was the perfect spot to soak up the sun and unwind after long days exploring the attractions. The retro games room was a hit with the whole family, especially the arcade machine – it brought back so many memories!
The location was ideal, being so close to Disney and a variety of restaurants. It made it easy for us to pop out for meals or quickly get to the parks.
Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation. We'll definitely be recommending it to friends and family

The house was nicely furnished and clean. The check in process was easy. But the showers did not have hot water, and the heating system blew cold air instead of hot air. So, though this is Florida, in the winter we still needed a warmer place.

This was a beautiful home! Not only were the beds comfortable there was so much to do in the house, we had the pool heated and it was perfect! Had a few minor inconveniences but Lisa got back to me super efficiently and took care of things. She was very kind and very professional! I highly recommend this place!

The house is lovely, but the main issue which we found very disturbing was the hyper-sensitive electronic sensor and voice activation of the front door, which caused the voice to broadcast "you are being recorded" every time a bird flew by and every time a car passed by the house. We asked for the sensor to be turned off but were told it was not possible. So on a rainy day when we were just home relaxing, we had to listen to this ridiculous voice outside the front door going off all throughout the day. As well, to be told that "you are being recorded" every single time you go in and out of the house is extremely annoying.

Pictures doesn't do the justice. The house is absolutely beautiful!! Everything you think you need and more are available for use in the house. We appreciated the coffee pods. Definitely the best place I have ever stayed!

The house has everything you possibly need. Our family was comfortable, great location, house is very spacious, and we felt at home. There is sufficient cooking supplies and utensils which is a plus as we have a big family and like to cook. The games room is a cool retro theme and we spent most of our time in there. We will go back and book with the Ellis Villas again when I go back to Orlando.

The place to stay
The house was perfect for my party of 8. It's very spacious and offers all the amenities you could need. The location is great. The Wal-Mart is no more than a mile away down the street and is extremely convenient. The Disney and Universal parks are 20-25 minutes away depending on the park you're going to and it's very easy to get there. Would highly recommend to anyone with a large party/family looking for a Disney vacation in a comfortable house with a great location. Lisa is also super responsive and answered any questions we had throughout our 7 days.

Great Place
Everything was great with our stay for the most part. It was very clean, freshly painted, well taken care of. The pool table is very old and not in very good shape, but we did not use it a whole lot. We did have a problem with the pool heater not working for two days while we were there. I called and left a voicemail for the property manger one morning, and I still to this day have not received a call. Luckily that afternoon a gentleman came by to change the filter on the
HVAC unit and he asked if everything was good with the property. I told him about the pool heater not working and he looked at it and was able to fix it quickly. I am still a little frustrated that the property manager did not return my call. We had to pay extra money per day to have the pool heater, I am sure we will not get a refund for the two days it didn't work. That's not a huge deal as it's not a lot of money, just the principal, and the fact that they did not return the phone call.

We enjoyed our stay
House was much larger than expected and is the perfect home for giving everyone their own private space. Quick easy drive to Disney, Universal and Legoland. Host is very friendly, accommodating and made the experience completely stress free. Looking forward to booking again!

This house is amazing! There was plenty of space for our family of 9 to relax and be comfortable! The upgrades recently done to the home are exceptional! Kitchen is stocked with plenty of essentials! The back yard pool area is so relaxing and the pool/jacuzzi was a hit for the kiddos! Lisa was very quick to answer any questions we had and we will definitely book this home for our future Orlando trips! If you're on the fence about it then just book it because you won't be disappointed!

Our 2nd stay
This is our home away from home. Love the upgrades and new flooring. The master bedroom looks amazing too and we loved the new mattress. We didn't want to get out of bed! Thank you again for another wonderful stay and we will see you next year.

Beyond our expectations
This place is amazing! The perfect spot for a family who is going to Disney. The house is very clean and spacious. Our daughter and son loved the heated pool and we spent a lot of time in there. Disney was only a 20 minute drive. Lots of restaurants in the area too. Lisa was quick with her responses and had good restaurant recommendations. The beds were comfortable and the whole place was beyond our expectations.
