Had an amazing week . Great location

Close to beach and bay!

We visited for a week and were extremely happy with our stay on the island. This house was situated perfectly between the ocean front and the bay where I could walk 2 blocks and fish on the bay side or we could all walk two blocks and swim on the beach. Great house and great property manager. See you next year!

This is a great beach house with just a short walk to the water. The house has modern appliances and is very roomy. Communication with the owners was great, too.

The property had a great view of the ocean and a quiet location. Loved the balcony! The property was clean and had plenty of space for our group. The only issue we encountered was the internet service was poor and we could not connect.

Stayed here for a quick 3 day vacation with our two year old. Great location a short walk from the beach and also walkable into town. Had everything we needed. Only downside was the internet was too slow for streaming, but with the TV channels and DVDs provided this was not a big issue to entertain a grumpy toddler during a couple of hours of rain :).

It had been 25 years since we had been to St. George Island, Florida. It was wonderful to be back. So relaxing and peaceful. The house was clean and well stocked. The location was great and close to everything. We rediscovered a wonderful place! Thank you!

The house was exactly as described in the listing and perfect for our family. Easy walking distance to the beach and a great view of the ocean from the deck. We loved the house and will be back!

Very clean. Nice house, nice location. Very relaxing. Nice patio with great view and nice breezes. Owner was excellent. And really enjoyed our stay. A bit of a long walk to the beach but otherwise very nice

The house was not clean. Bed linens were not clean and the mattresses and pillows were worn out. The floor was dirty. The drain in the en suite bathroom was clogged. The kitchen sink was leaking when we arrived and required a call to schedule a repair. The repair was done promptly, which we appreciated. There was no broom, no cleaning products, minimal dish soap which ran out during our stay, only one trash bag, no vacuum for the living room carpet. The garbage can was close to full when we arrived and was tipped over on the ground. It was not emptied during our stay. This house could be very nice for guests with a little extra effort.

My mom, sister and 4 year old daughter spent a wonderful weekend in his home. It is in a perfect spot for an easy quick way to the beach or bay. We woke up every morning and walked the beach for shells. Restaurants are close by as well. The house is beautiful and the owner was quick to reply with any question I had. As we were leaving we talked about how perfect this home and weekend were. We will def be back!

We had a great time during our stay here. The house is very well maintained and very clean. Even though it's a couple blocks from the Gulf we still had a nice view from the front upper deck. The owner was very responsive. We easily biked to restaurants and grocery stores. Would gladly stay here again.

It was a great place with 3 bedrooms and walkable to the beach. However there was a limit on internet usage so watch out.

Sand, Sea, and Surf was spotless on arrival. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, abundance of towels, and small, thoughtful conveniences like placemats and coasters. There is a little view of the gulf from the top deck and it is about a 2min drive or 5min walk to the beach access point at 9th street. The beach was never crowded and we especially visiting the state park down the road. We had a wonderful first stay on SGI and will be back soon :)

Home was nice, clean and comfortable. Short walk to the beach. Home owner is very quick to response if you have questions. I would definitely recommend this home for a worry free vacation.

Very clean & trouble-free!

Loved the house and the view to the water. Loved that beach access a short walk or ride from house. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We very munch enjoyed our stay. The house was great for my wife and me. It was clean and neat. It was only a short walk to the beach. Really liked the concrete parking area under the house. Syl was quick to reply when we requested to stay longer. (Weather had not been the best for the first part of our stay. Last day was perfect.) Hope to come back as soon as we can.

We had a great time perfect location. Easy bike ride to the beach. Just about 2 blocks. The beach access is super EASY,. There is parking for a car too if needed. Wifi and Direct TV worked great if needed. Plenty of shade parking under the house. Outdoor shower is great. Thanks Syl! Hope to see it again soon. P

We stopped at St George Island for a couple of nights on our way to south Florida. This little house was just perfect for us! It was immaculate. I’m always the one disinfecting and cleaning before we carry our luggage in. Not this house! It was sparkling clean. Although it’s approximately 2 blocks from the beach you can see the ocean from the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Only a short drive to the beach if you have a lot of things. It can be easily walked. It had everything I had expected. My family would definitely come back!

Great beach stay, super private.... Very clean... Great set up. Syl was always responsive and allowed us to check in a little earlier. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was larger than it appeared in the photos, and has a nice layout. Check in and check out were very easy with the lockbox. There is an outdoor shower and plenty of room to park under the house. There is easy access to the gulf as well as the bay.

Our family stay on the island could not have been more enjoyable. We are already looking forward to another visit! Nice property, professional management.

Great place to stay, we were only there three nights but wish it could have been longer. Great house and would recommend it to anyone looking.

Our experience at the property was great. We are outdoor people, so the island was a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of a Destin comparison. No hotels or chain restaurants...it's a quiet place to unwind. You won't be rushing to the shore to reserve your chairs. Easy to lose track of time on St George...has a good island feel to it. We brought our dog, and she had plenty of space. Typically we would take long walks in the morning w our pup, then spend our afternoons relaxing on the sand. If u bring gear for the beach, we found it best to load it up in the car at the beach house then drive to the public beach access. It's a 5 min walk or 1 min ride. You can hear the waves from the porch in the morning. The outdoor shower didn't work, but the hose makes it easy to rinse after the beach. There was some beach gear at the house for use, so make sure to contact the realtor to see what's available before you bring any extras. Kitchen has everything you need, including a blender for frozen drinks (which was awesome). Ice maker didn't work but there were plenty of trays to keep up. The sunrises our awesome. Fresh sea food on the island for cooking. We brought a small grill but there is a park style grill to use on the property. No complaints. We will definitely consider again.
