House was perfect for five couples. Bedrooms each have their own baths. Kitchen and living area was spacious. Only downside was proximity to neighbors.

We had a very nice stay. Beds were very comfortable. Had a hot tub concern and it was fixed within 24 hours. It was very hot the week we were there and the air conditioning struggled to keep the main floor comfortable by late afternoon. The floors in the kitchen/dining area were not the cleanest when we arrived, but the rest of the home was clean. The kitchen was very well equipped with items for cooking. Overall a nice place and great location!

The house was perfect size for 9 adult females in their mid thirties trying to escape their children and work life :) The full bathroom in each bedroom is WONDERFUL! So much space in kitchen and living room to relax and catch up. Short drive to downtown Galena. Hot tub was a nice bonus. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. We cooked a fully loaded breakfast one morning. If there was one thing I wish was better - the WiFi is not the most reliable, so make sure you have a backup if you have work to do. We did NOT make the trip to be on our phones all day so it was not a huge deal! We will definitely look into again for our next trip to Galena!

The house was great for our group of nine adults. Well-equipped, beautiful high ceilings, plenty of space for all of us, and the ability to have everyone eat together at the large dining table was fantastic. Host was great to work with and if we're ever back in Galena we'd definitely stay here again. Thanks for the great Thanksgiving memories!

Exceptionally well maintained, quiet and comfortable for our group of seniors. We had a bit of trouble finding our way around Galena Territories, but that was because it was huge. We wish we has more time to stay and enjoy all the amenities, but maybe next time. We certainly would stay here again. It was just lovely.

Cousins weekend
We had a great time and loved having 5 bedrooms & bathrooms. The screened in porch was awesome. The only concerns were the thermostat was locked & we couldn’t figure out from manual how to unlock. Also some extra pillows would be nice.

Christmas Holiday
Our family decided to go away for our Christmas celebration this year. Unfortunately due to Illness, one family was unable to attend. While it wasn’t the celebration we had hoped for, those of us who were able to attend had a wonderful time! We even had snow on the day we were having our Christmas celebration —- A White Christmas… which didn’t happen for those celebrating on December 24/25th this year! We would definitely go back to celebrate Christmas again!

Very well appointed house, great for family reunion
The house was very clean and comfortable, it was perfect for our family reunion : we enjoyed the foosball table, the hot tub, the board games and the kitchen was very well appointed with everything any home cook would need . The location is fantastic as well, I would definitely recommend !

Surprise 40th birthday get away!
This house was perfect for us and 4 other couples to spend a weekend celebrating my husband’s 40th. The kitchen was so well stocked with cookware. The dining areas were spacious! The hot tub was a great temperature! Every couple enjoyed their rooms & having their own bathrooms! Definitely would stay here again!

It was perfect for our get together
We are a group of friends - going back 35 years. The VRBO met our needs 100%. Having 5 bedrooms - each with their own bathroom was great for the 5 couples. We ate all of our meals here. The kitchen was well-stocked with the necessary dishes, etc for this. We spent most of our time in the living area visiting and laughing. Due to the fact that it was 90+ and very humid out, we didn't get to use the hot tub. This VRBO is located in a beautiful setting in a quiet neighborhood. I would recommend it to anyone!

This is the 2nd time our family has enjoyed this property. Each bedroom has an ensuite bath, which everyone loves! They have now added extra bedding so that was nice for the blow up air mattresses we had for a few kiddos. The kitchen is well stocked and the living areas are so very comfortable, along with screened in porches & hot tubs. Just overall a great property.

Girls Trip
We spent 2 nights at this house for an end of summer getaway and we would definitely recommend doing the same. The house is spacious, clean, and has several great areas for spending time together whether it's for eating, playing games, or just catching up with friends. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need, the screened-in porch was great for relaxing, and the house's location is close to both the pool and the garbage facility. Another great stay at another beautiful home in Galena!

Really nice property
We met our children and grandchildren for a week and stayed in this home. The common areas are huge with plenty of room for children to play and adults to gather. Unlike some properties, the dining room table actually had room for 12 people! It was fantastic! The porch also had a large table and we enjoyed eating there as well as playing games in the evening. The bedrooms are great and the fact that each bedroom has an attached bathroom is icing on the cake.
Being able to use the pool and other amenities was awesome. The outdoor pool is perfect for kids of all ages.
Communication with the management was outstanding. Always a quick response.
We would definitely reserve this home
again if we come back to Galena.

This house is great for a large group. Our group had not seen each other in a while due to COVID and the main floor that was open, kitchen that was full stocked and bathroom attached to each bathroom was a total plus. Owner was very helpful with suggestions about Galena area. However, I would recommend the owner reconsidering at least during off-season an earlier check-in and later check-out. Maybe 3:00 pm and 11:00 am at no extra cost. I understand if another group was coming in but if not the newly suggested times are similar to a hotel’s policy. Loading up garbage was at 30 minutes taken away from our trip. Lastly, I would suggest stronger garbage bags and more toilet paper to be offered. We had to bring/buy more. Other then this, I strongly recommend renting this home.

From start to finish our stay was perfect. The home was spacious with great views out every window. It was warm and comfortable. We enjoyed being with family celebrating the holiday season. We could not have had a better time. It even was fun to have it snowing outside while we were fireside in this beautiful home.

Big open kitchen and living room area was great for our group. The two tables in the kitchen area pushed together were great for eating and playing games, spent most of our indoor time sitting around those tables. Bedrooms were spacious and cumffy.

This house was perfect for our family
We loved the house. There was lots of room for us to spread out on the main floor. We did use the screened porch for most meals and it was so nice to have that option. But the large table indoors was also great. Everyone loved the en suite bathrooms with every bedroom. Lots of cooking supplies and soap, etc. The location was good - easy to get around. More than enough parking space. Also enjoyed the wild turkeys parading by occasionally! We recommend this property.

Great accommodations for large groups.A few minor setbacks.
We arrived at 4:15 with a 4pm check-in. We were unable to get the keycode to work. After speaking to Stephen's father, then wife, then Stephen and after 45 mins we accessed the key box to gain entry to the house. Once inside we found the house to be spacious and clean. Unfortunately we were unable to lock the door from the inside. We had to go outside to lock the door and down the driveway, around the back and enter through the basement. The basement deadbolt was also difficult to use. Also one of the rails to get into the hot tub was not attached to the hot tub, almost resulting in a fall. One of the toilets was also leaking. Stephen was very responsive to the issues and had someone come to the house to repair all the issues but the hot tub. Though the weekend started out with a few issues , we did enjoy our stay and loved that there were en suite bathrooms for every bedroom. The screened porch was great and the house big enough to very comfortably accommodate the nine women we had staying there. It is not a brand new house so with rentals there will always be some wear and tear, but aside from that it met our needs and we would definitely recommend this house .

Had a wonderful time in Galena, and staying here made it incredible. Beautiful home with amazing amenities! Perfect time of year to visit Galena if you don’t like the crowds, but some stores were not open. Absolutely will be back! Thank you so much Stephen!!

Great weekend getaway!
I rented this property with some girlfriends for a weekend getaway!! The property was clean and spacious for 12 women. We LOVED that every bedroom had its own bathroom with a shower! All of the kitchenware we needed was provided, so we didn't have to bring a bunch of stuff with us! We loved our stay and would definitely recommend this house for a bigger group!

Great home for a family getaway!
We rented this house for my parents' wedding anniversary. It was perfect! Any minor problems were addressed by the owners. it is spacious yet cozy. The hot tub was a wonderful addition to our experience and the Owner's Club indoor pool was a great break from the February cold. It's just minutes away from downtown Galena!

Traveled with 8 women. There was room for everyone. Very comfortable sleeping arrangement. The location was perfect. Walking around the resort was beautiful. Great fall colors. Only issue was the garbage site was not clearly explained and we took a long time trying to find it

Beautiful Get Away!
This house is so beautiful and roomy! We had 12 adults and a few children and there was room for everyone and not crowded at all. Plenty of dishes and cooking supplies, very large grill and an open deck and a screened in deck. The clubhouse had two pools and plenty of chairs and umbrellas to go around. The Galena Territory is so beautiful and downtown is very quaint with lots of places to eat. I would have to say that Dirty Gurts was my favorite. We will definitely be coming back!

Great place for "large" group gathering
Nine of us stayed at this property for several days following our daughter's wedding. The set up of 5 bedrooms with attached baths was perfect! Nearly every amenity we needed was included in the rental. It was a very comfortable place to stay with others!

We loved it. Each of the 4 rooms in the downstairs has a private bath and shower. We had 5 families and it worked perfectly. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy themselves. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Galena.

Our stay was just about perfect.
This house and the entire Galena Territory was perfect for our Christmas stay. Our party of 12 family members had plenty of room. The large main floor with open kitchen, dining room, and living room, was a great place to spend most of our time. Having five bedrooms all with their own bath and shower helped everyone get along well. The Owner’s Club, with swimming pool, game room, and basketball court gave everyone in the family a memorable time. We didn’t spend much time in Galena, because the house was all we needed, but what little we saw made us want to visit again someday. The only negative was that the home WiFi did not work at all during our stay. It’s amazing how reliant we all are on it! The fact that it didn’t work was definitely felt. All in all we definitely recommend this property.
