¡Esta maravillosa casa con piscina se encuentra en el corazón de Sarasota, a solo minutos de la mundialmente famosa playa Siesta Key! The house is very nice,big and well equipped with everything you need .also very located to all stores and restaurants. Also to get to the beaches , it takes around 18 minutes to lido and siesta beach.
There was only 2 issues with the house.
The master bedroom shower does not give hot water.also the lani need to be cleaned from the web.we did enjoy our stay .

We enjoyed the location as it was close to restaurants, shopping, the Legacy Trail, and if course the beach. The house was spacious enough to accommodate the individuals that spent the week with us. Would we return? Yes we would.

We have rented several VRBO's over the years and this property was very well represented in the listing. For us, it is most challenging to determine whether a property is really (really) clean just by looking at the photos. We were delighted at how clean the house was prior to our arrival and how well stocked it was with supplies. Additionally, the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed...and more. We greatly appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas. The pool was very clean and perfectly sized. The location was quiet yet walking distance to groceries, Walgreens, Starbucks and beautiful neighborhoods to walk through. Yvonne was very responsive and helpful. We hope to return in the future.

Property was very clean and as presented. Pool was a relaxing spot. Great layout for our group of six siblings traveling together due to death in our family. Owner was very responsive and accommodated our need for a late checkout. Would highly recommend.

We rented this with 3 other couples and found the house clean, all supplies there as promised and the house was great for hanging around between activities. I would rent it again!! Yvonne was great to work with!!

Can't say enough great things about this property and my communications with Yvonne. The house is BEAUTIFUL and immaculate. Plenty of room for everyone. The pool was a big bonus and we enjoyed it as much as the beach. Home and pool are fully equipped with EVERYTHING you need--just add food and people! Yvonne was great to work with and always was prompt to answer any questions we had. The property was very well maintained and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed staying here and it fit our family great. We especially appreciated the fact that there was beach chairs and beach umbrellas provided at the property for when we visited the nearby beaches. Great place to stay!

We like the location in the Forest Lake subdivision close to I-75 for traveling to nearby attractions and vacation communities, yet just a short drive to Siesta Key and other beaches. On those warm, sunny days, it was great having the option to relax in/around the pool, which was serviced regularly. The owners maintain and continue to make improvements (landscaping, new fencing, keyless entry) and upgrades to the property. Yvonne is easy to contact, and any issues are readily resolved. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.

The house was perfect for our stay. The layout of the home makes it workable to a larger family while affording privacy. The exterior and lawn need help but the inside is great. The pool is one of the cleanest and perfectly heated pools we have rented. I would recommend this property and would stay there again.

Sarasota pit
Property was unkempt needs a lot of maintenance. Cleaned and moved junk first 2 days of stay. Yard was overgrown and came with snake family hiding in brush. Fence has large gaps and Was not good for pets. Mouse traps all over house. Master bed not attached to headboard and on wheels. Fell several times fortunately not serious. Pocket doors stuck from bath to bedroom so not private. Never again!!

2nd Winter Getaway at Sarasota Sandpiper
As expected, we entered a freshly cleaned, inviting home in good order. We liked the new set of compact recliners that were added to the family room! A new table/chairs for 8 replaced an older one on the lanai. We’ve rented several vacation homes, but none have had the fully equipped kitchen and other thoughtful amenities for quests as this one. For example, the complimentary starter travel sized toiletries in all the baths is really nice for guests until their initial shopping trip. Yvonne is personable and easy to reach. Any issues we had were resolved to our satisfaction.
We have friends that live/winter in the Sarasota area and this home is a great place to entertain/gather. Close to beaches, neighboring beach communities, and I-75. Not to mention a lanai with private pool!

Great Christmas vacation
We enjoyed our Christmas vacation at the Sarasota Sandpiper!! This was our first time renting a house and was a little nervous, but i would definitely stay here again. The house was bigger than I expected and had Plenty of room for the whole family. When arrived Yvonne let us know there was a bad temp sensor on the pool heater and a repairman would be out to take care of it. By the next morning the kids were swimming and having a great time. I’ll be the first to admit, anytime a vacation is mentioned I immediately cringe at the thought of staying in a hotel or a rental home. Other people’s germs and dirt really creep me out ha! However, this home was so clean I had absolutely nothing to worry about! The home was spotless, well stocked, comfortable, and in a superb location. We flew down from Pittsburgh and, if I can convince the family to make the trip again next year, we will stay here again! ...after all, we have to come back to use our boogie board we left behind ;-)

Nice January Getaway!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sarasota Sandpiper Vacation home. The home had a welcoming "vibe" from the time we pulled onto the driveway. The owner has added many personal touches using a coastal/beach decor. The home more than met our expectations based on the posted listing and was very clean! The location worked out well for both going to the beach and touring nearby attractions, plus, having a nice, private pool to enjoy!
The owner responded to any questions/concerns we had in a reasonable amount of ,time and was very accommodating. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this vacation home to friends and family.
Our biggest concern had nothing to do with the property or the owner, but the $354 service fee paid to VRBO/Home Away for the booking. That just seems excessive for one booking!

This is our third visit to the Sandpiper property and it is wonderful! We notice owner upgrades each time we visit. LARGE house with lots of bedrooms but also a lot of living space. The outside area by the pool is so beautiful with coffee in the morning.
We had six ladies stay for several nights and had plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and living space. The details are great too--very clean, kitchen is very well stocked, irons, ironing boards, highchair & baby stuff (if you have a need for this, we did not :) ), beach chairs, large dinner table, two separate living rooms with TVs, and the owner is easily accessible.
Our group HIGHLY recommends this rental for vacationing or business trips.

Comfortable family home.
This house felt like our home. There were comfortable spaces to gather as a family but the layout also allows for everyone to have private time. The house was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need for making a meal and dining. The pack and play and other baby items at the house helped to reduce what we had to lug on the plane. Hallelujah! The central location was perfect for our needs. The rental process was also very easy. Our trip to Sarasota was unexpected. Yvonne was quick to respond to my inquiry and answered all my questions. This is a great family rental.

What a great vacation! My family & my brother's family (4 adults & 5 kids under 7 y/o) stayed here for a week and we couldn't have been more pleased. It was very clean! Very spacious! Great layout! Everything you need to cook with is there!
Only 2 things we have to say as cons...1 - Fridge could be a lot bigger. 2 - The oven takes a LONG time to cook...so make sure to account for that when planning meals.
Hint: Check what spices/condiments are there before buying them & check on zip-lock bag stock before purchasing. There may be some already there. But there is Tupperware for food leftovers as well.

Nice house close to beach
Clean very well stocked home. Only thing I would change is the master bed is very hard. Adding a foam topper would really help. Great pool and lots of fun. Hope to come back.

Very enjoyable stay.
The house was clean and very well equipped. The owners even supplied jugs of water. The furnishings are comfortable and linens of high quality. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to both Siesta Key and Sarasota. The pool was well used during our stay. The house can accommodate many people with the master on one side and the other bedrooms on the other. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend this vacation home to anyone visiting the area.
