We've stayed at this property before and would absolutely stay again. The property is in a great location, clean and dog friendly. Close enough to walk everywhere, but tucked back off the street for privacy.

Stayed here with my Labradoodle for the annual Doodles at Dewey weekend. Great location and very comfortable and well-done rental. Everything you need.

This is our second time staying here. It’s a great house! House is stocked with everything you could need, has a great screened in porch and patio with an outdoor shower. Adorable home and convenient to everything in Dewey!

A delightful little house tucked behind a street front property just a block from the beach. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything you could need. We ate all but one meal in and enjoyed using the grill. The only negative was that the queen mattress was quite uncomfortable. But mattress preference can be personal. Thank you Sue for your prompt responses to all questions and making the whole weekend so easy!

Overall very happy. The amenities listed a hot tub, but that was obviously a mistake. Otherwise it was very good.

Adorable little cottage perfectly placed in the center of it all but tucked away when you need a retreat! We went for a girls weekend and were so impressed at the cleanliness and spaciousness of the home. It was walking distance to everything you could possibly want. A true gem! The owners care about this place and it certainly shows. We all immediately agreed we would stay again if the occasion arises!

Great location, super house, great for a dog!

Last minute decision to head to the beach to get fresh sea air and surf sounds. This little cottage is so smartly furnished and stocked. Also cleanest place I have ever stayed. The hosts were incredibly responsive and nice. I hate to publicize this gem but the owners deserve the recognition!

We really enjoyed our off season beach weekend. House was clean and nicely designed. Hosts were flexible and quick with communication.

Friends since 7th grade and well over 50 years we enjoyed spending time together in the house that had it all as we explored the area for a perhaps future move.

Had a wonderful November stay in this sweet house. One block from the beach. Warm enough to enjoy the screened in porch. Dog-friendly was a big plus.

The house was charming, very clean and perfect for our fall getaway. The one flaw was that there were no blankets/quilts which made for a chilly sleep in late October. Otherwise, the house was well-stocked.

Very comfortable, clean, and convenient location for the beach and food, and secure yard and porch for dogs.

This house was walkable to beach and restaurants but still a quiet retreat. Perfect. We hope to return.

We enjoyed our stay. Very well appointed kitchen and thoughtful in general as to what was available for the stay. Very comfortable and clean.Susan answered my call right away when I had issues with the internet. May have been me but I could not get connected. Check in was very easy but I blew checkout by totally misunderstanding my check out date. They graciously started cleaning the outside while we got our stuff out and did our exit straightening of the place. When we plan another get away to Dewey we will be back.

Second time my family has stayed at this home. We will definitely be back again. Excellent hosts.

Enjoyed our stay and would definately stay there again

We have stayed here 3 years in a row and we still love the house and location. However, this time the house wasn’t as clean as it has been before, the floor was dirty and covered in sand. We asked several times about early check in and never got a response and then arrived in town at the regular check in time only to find the cleaning service still at the house and they stayed for over an hour keeping us from access to the house until almost 4:30 (hour and a half after check in time) which is very unfortunate when you can’t really go anywhere else. This happened last year too and it seems like some level communication or compensation would be warranted but nothing is ever done.

Wonderful property in key location. Steps from both the beach and nightlife live music. Very clean. Kitchen has all you need. Can’t be more pleased. Screened in porch is private and very accommodating for a relaxing evening. 5 Stars definitely. Perfect for a family week at the beach.

Very nice property in superb location beach block. Tucked away in a private setting and very well equipped. Gigantic outdoor shower, large enough for grandparents, dog and grandchild! Would recommend and stay again

We have stayed here several years & it’s always a great experience

The property had a cottage feel at the beach. You’re in the middle of Dewey but the property has a ‘hidden’ feel. This property also has a beautiful front porch to relax. Plenty of room for the four of us. We would highly recommend.

This house was perfect in every way for my family of 5 and our pup. Very clean, quiet. Even better in person. Nicely appointed kitchen, comfy beds, The outside amenities including the shower, grill, screened porch and nicely appointed well kept garden atmosphere. Can’t wait to return! Wish we could have stayed a bit longer!
