3 bedroom house located on a canal with direct gulf access
Tenemos una encantadora casa de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños que puede alojar cómodamente a 10 personas. El dormitorio principal tiene su propio baño completo y una cama queen TV de pantalla plana. El segundo dormitorio tiene 2 juegos de literas, 1 con 2 camas matrimoniales y 1 con una cama matrimonial y una doble en la parte superior y TV de pantalla plana. Hay una gran sala de estar, cocina, comedor, sala de sol con sofá cama queen y un porche trasero cerrado. Esta casa tiene su propio muelle flotante al que puede subir su bote y una nueva piscina climatizada enterrada (calentar el 28 de febrero de 20018) con un cerramiento de pantalla. Home ofrece televisión por cable, WIFI, lavadora y secadora, 2 kayaks para usar en su tiempo libre y una parrilla de gas. Puedes alquilar un pontón para la semana, salir al banco de arena local en el medio del golfo, disfrutarlo como una playa, tomar una parrilla pequeña y pasar un día en medio del Golfo de México. La mundialmente famosa playa de Clearwater está a 1 hora de distancia, directamente por la carretera estatal 19. También puedes pasar un día e ir a Orlando que está a menos de 2 horas de distancia para Disney World. Excelente ubicación y un precio muy asequible. DE NO FUMADORES

This vacation home provided us with everything we could want. The pool was amazing. It was so much fun. My husband loved the outdoor kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at this property. The house was beautiful, immaculate and well furnished. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing in the heated pool after a day of exploring. So many things to do in the area. Host was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions within a short response time. My sister and I enjoyed using the kayaks to explore the mangroves. Overall a very enjoyable stay in a lovely home in a very quiet and pretty neighborhood.

My family and I came down as we do every year to enjoy the rivers and visit Tampa. We absolutely fell in love with this home. It was bright and beautiful and better than the photos. We will definitely be coming back.

We had a wonderful stay here. House is very clean and some nice updates. We really enjoyed the pool and the wildlife in the canal! Val always checked in with us and was easy to communicate with! We enjoyed it so much we have already booked again!

Great location to beach and entertainment. Spacious. Pool was wonderful. Loved the retro arcade console. A few minor issues, but nothing to keep us from renting again.

We had a great time . Being on the canals was nice. Saw dolphins several times. Val was very responsive to our needs.

Great please everything Very close shopping centers beach my kids love the pool we are definitely booking this place again 30 minutes from Clearwater 50 min to Tampa and one 1:30 minutes to parks in Orlando

The house is extremely nice; very roomy & loved the pool - it is a home away from home. Val is an excellent host; checking in frequently to make all was well with our stay. We spent most our time walking, bike riding & then relaxing by the pool. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you Val for sharing your home.

Comfortable home with all you'll need for a short or long stay in the Gulf
Val was a great host. He's very easily reachable and makes you feel at home. This house has quite a few nice updates inside and out. I stay all over the Gulf, so I've seen some rough places.. This one is super clean and old school Florida with an updated layout and look. The pool is small, but just right for several people to relax in and conveniently right out the sliding back door onto the cool decking. . The neighborhood is very quiet and you'll rarely see anyone at all. Best sleep I've gotten all year! Easy 5 stars from me and my crew.

The place was gorgeous and had so many fun things for us to do & hosts were awesome!
Had some friends and family to celebrate my birthday and everyone had a blast, all of us agreeing that we absolutely have to come back! It was perfect weather to be out on the water all day Saturday. We went kayaking, fishing, shrimping, and just relaxed in the house. The hosts were wonderful and easy to contact throughout our trip & were very flexible & helpful when first trying to book this home. A friend had a gheenoe and we were able to go far out enough to see dolphins. Such a great weekend! Also there were glowing jellyfish at night!

Centrally located home with nice pool & fishing pier!!
We really enjoyed our stay at Hudson!! You can't beat the price of the stay & Val was super easy to work with!!! We had the best of both worlds.....centrally located between white sandy beaches & clear, beautiful springs!!! And on the days we felt like just hanging out at the house, the kids had a nice pool, fishing & kayaking to keep them busy!!! It was our family's 1st vacation together & 1st trip to Florida & it was very memorable in the best way!

Perfect for our family vacation
Rented this home to be close to family during the Easter break. Home is in great condition and we had a great time using kayaks and the pool. Owners kept in great communication before and during our stay. We will definately book again if available next year.

Great place to stay!!!
Our family of five enjoyed this property for spring break. We were able to arrive 2 days early and the owner was great dealing with that. It was the perfect set up for us my three kids had plenty of room. The entire house had new furnishings and was very clean. Having a washer and dryer was also helpful. We were able to enjoy the kayaks one night, the pool area was wonderful but the water temp was a little chilly being that it was early in March but still enjoyed it. Very quiet neighborhood! If we would find more things to do around the area, we definitely would stay here again. Owner was helpful with suggesting restaurants and attractions in the area which was very much appreciated.

Beautiful House
We worked in the area and 3 men stayed there. The house was very clean and comfortable. It would be a great place for a family to stay for a vacation. He even offers kayaks for use.
