Acogedor estudio (900 m²) ubicado en una casa con cama tamaño queen, sala de estar con televisor de 70 pulgadas, cocina (disponible con Netflix) con microondas, cafetera Nesspresso, tetera eléctrica, baño grande con ducha, lavadero, garaje. La ubicación es muy buena, a 10 minutos del centro de Kirkland, del lago Washington, a 10 minutos, 15 minutos de Bellevue, del centro de Seattle, probablemente a 20 minutos por el puente 520. Hermosos parques y senderos cercanos. Menos de 10 minutos a la Universidad de Bastyr. La universidad de Cascadia está a 15 minutos de distancia. Las bodegas de Woodinville están a 10 minutos. Un montón de excelentes restaurantes cerca (10 min o menos). Entrada privada y área de estar al aire libre donde se puede disfrutar de una velada junto al fuego. Tal vez malvavisco tostado? Costco, Trader Joe, otras tiendas de comestibles muy cerca.

I was in the Seattle area for 4 days and 3 nights, on a motorcycle trip at the end of September, and needed (wanted) a place to stay that had a garage available for the motorcycle, which this one did. That was a huge perk, especially as it was raining on the day I left and I was able to load the bike in a dry garage before heading out for a long day of riding in the rain.
Access to the studio apartment is through the garage, and the apartment is the basement of the owner's house. They do have a cat upstairs, I'm pretty sure, but that was fine by me as I was missing my two cats while I was gone from home so I didn't mind hearing some "meowing" occasionally.
The hot and cold water piping is reversed in the shower, and if I recall correctly, the kitchen sink. Once I figured out that detail everything was good.
And everything was good! The neighborhood is clean and quiet, the studio apartment was clean and cozy (as titled), and I would choose to stay here anytime I'm in the Seattle area, assuming those future dates are available.

Excellent place to stay for a visit to the Seattle area! We were treated so well! From the bottle of wine on arrival to sadly saying good-bye it was our home away from home.

The property was actually better than the pictures gave it credit for. For 2 of us it was perfect. Very close to the Woodinville wineries and easy to get onto the expressway and get anywhere else in Seattle. The owner was super responsive and went out of her way to make our stay a pleasure. Next time we had out to that area, we will try here first...

So glad we found this lovely place to stay while we did some Seattle sightseeing. The suite is spacious, tastefully decorated with many homestyle touches and spotless. The location is just off 405 with easy access to everything in the Seattle area. Emi is a great host with lots of suggestions for places to check out during your stay. Whenever we're back in the Seattle area, this will be our #1 choice for a home base. No need to look further.

I read the reviews, but I can't tell you how much our stay exceeded our expectations. From the fresh fruits and chocolates to the hand written note and chilled wine..We felt so welcomed and comfortable. We'd love to come back again and again. Studio has every amenity you could ask for and is in proximity to countless adventures.

This was by far a 10 out of 10 experience. The accommodations were impeccable. The appointments were beyond expectations. The host sets the bar extremely high for any future VRBO properties we may choose.

Without question, this was the most well-equipped VRBO I've ever stayed in, with everything you might need plus many wonderful extras (and probably the biggest TV I've ever gotten to watch). In addition, the place was spotlessly clean and super quiet (and the towels were the fluffiest ever). Communication with the owner was perfect--not in the least bit intrusive, but clearly Emi could easily be reached if we had questions or needed anything. I HIGHLY recommend this place, and hope to return again.

We used Emi's studio as a home base for a weekend in Kirkland and Woodinville for a few family events. It was perfect. She has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The details and thoughtfulness we're amazing! We will be checking her studio for availability every time we need to come into town for the weekend!

Our 6 night stay was wonderful! Emi could not have been a more gracious hostess. And the beautiful, cozy decor was so lovely. Perfect location to hit Woodinville for wine tasting or head downtown to Seattle! We will be back!

I've been renting on VRBO for almost two decades now, and I have never seen an owner who owns customer service like Eme, and I stayed with her a lot longer than my usual long weekend get away. Her pillows, bed and bedding were very comfortable, comparable to my high end Beautyrest at home and better than ones at the Hilton Garden Inns we've frequented over the years. Check-in was super easy. I was so surprised by the beautiful Christmas decorations and treats left for me, which turned out to be just the first of many, many acts of kindness from Eme as I stayed through Christmas and the New Year. I came to the area to help with my first grandbaby and had a few late nights coming back in from the hospital. The area felt completely safe no matter the hour. They say you can tell a lot about a house by how you feel as turn the doorknob... when I turned the doorknob at Eme's, I felt at home. Every single time. I felt welcomed. I felt most fortunate to have found a great rental and an incredible hostess with the mostest.

Wow, this studio had everything; great bedding and towels, furnished kitchen, an incredible laundry room, lighting in all the right spots, a beautiful private outdoor seating area and best of all a kind and gracious host.

A nice property and wonderful accommodations! The owner has put a lot of thought and effort in to providing most of the comforts and necessities that you might like in your own home.

Emi & Zoltan were great hostesses and host. Emi's eye for decorating went beyond fabulous. Their hospitality was amazing. We felt more like a part of their family than guests although we had our own privacy as well.

The owner made us feel welcome from the start. The living, dining and sleeping areas are connected, and each has its own charm. Bath and laundry are spacious. The studio was well-equipped for our needs. Garage parking was a bonus for us.

Where to begin! Let start with the host being so caring and seriously touched every detail. We cannot explain how much we loved staying here. To being so comfortable and cozy, to the cute little chocolates and card with yummy wine. The perfect weekend getaway. The bed was so comfortable and with the winter rain the whole place was warm and comfy. Truly no detail was skipped here. She has everything you need and more. We wish we could’ve stayed longer and enjoyed the relaxing environment watching movies. Thank you so much for such a beautiful experience and stay. We cannot wait to book with you again and tell others about you as well.
