We had a blast celebrating my husband's birthday here over the weekend. The location was perfect and the property was wonderful. We were a little surprised that permanent residents also live in the house, but it turned out not to be a big deal. Everybody loved it, and we made memories to last a lifetime. Thank you!

Gorgeous condo providing four bedrooms with each a connected bathroom. Porch offered views of the ocean, and a short flight of stairs lands you on the beach - great for taking a dip in the ocean or taking a walk along the beach. Amenities were plentiful and helpful. Location was close to shopping and restaurants. Overall, a great place to stay. The only drawback is the 10 am checkout as many places make it 11am. Another hour to enjoy the ocean would have been nice.

Second time we stayed in this home my family enjoyed every minute of our stay. Highly recommend this place the home has one of the most beautiful views we can hear the ocean throughout the day. It’s in a safe and clean neighborhood. Grocery stores nearby, shopping centers and restaurants. Hoping to be back next year.

Down a couple stairs & your on the beach, beautiful deck gives you the relaxing sounds of the ocean. The space is great, the beds are some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The pictures don’t quite give you the impression of how big the space really is. This is a great getaway spot we will absolutely return!!

The location is amazing (right on the sand/ocean front) and the home is beautiful and has obviously been renovated with fabulous touches/amenities throughout. They thought about every need to make the stay enjoyable. Thank you for a wonderful time. We only stayed for 3 nights/4 days, but we plan on coming back and renting the home for a much longer period of time.

We had an amazing time at the Malibu beach house. The owner was great at communicating with us even let us check out later on Sunday. The views are incredible. We spent a lot of quality time on the balcony soaking all that beauty in and creating amazing memories. Highly recommend the place will definitely come back to beautiful Malibu.

THIS PLACE IS FALSE ADVERTISING!!! It is the lower level of a large house. You will have people living above you and you will hear then all day and Night!! And their noisy dogs scratch around!!! Good lord!!! You think you are getting a 3 story house on the beach. Nope!! You think its secluded!! Nope!!! You think its 2800 sq ft!! NOPE!!! Dont fall for the trick. We are reporting this to VRBO!!!

The place made up for it. Roomy a romantic. And the house keeper Cata is fantastic and helped me make dinner for friends. Close to anything I needed. Groceries. Best stores and great restaurants. Can't go wrong w this beautiful haven. I'll be coming back

The property was perfect for a family of 8pp. The house had everything you need. We baked a cake & bbq. Watched Netflix movies and had morning walks on the beach. From the kitchen window we were able to see the sunset while we sipped a glass of wine. Perfect family stay.

The pictures don't do it justice..it's a stunning home, well decorated, cozy, spacious, great beds and bathrooms - the owners are incredibly nice and easy to communicate with. Overall it was an absolutely incredible experience!

Beautiful house in an incredible location
The house is in an incredible location - you can sit on the front porch and watch the waves roll in or take the stairs down to the beach and enjoy walking etc. I think the manager could have been more responsive and it was annoying that the electronic lock on the front door didn't work all weekend so whenever we left the house it was unlocked but at the same time it's not a high crime area and there are security cameras so I wasn't really nervous about getting robbed. And of course we could lock the doors when we were inside. We were there on a weekend so hard to get a contractor there to fix it, I'm sure they fixed it Monday. The kitchen was fine - we cooked a meal, not great pots and pans but usable. Bathrooms really pretty. Beds comfortable. Quiet at night - couldn't hear any cars or anything except waves (love that sound). Could hear the family upstairs at times but didn't bother me. Would def stay there again!

A great property for a weekend getaway
This house on the Malibu beach is spectacular and exactly what you need for a beach getaway. We loved every second of our stay.
The house opens directly on the beach down a single set of stairs and the unit is below the owner's unit. We met the owners a few times and they were lovely. Both love to be outside and can be seen on the beach with their two amazing dogs.
The inside of the unit has everything you need. The walls are a little thin so you will hear footsteps every so often.
We'll definitely look to stay again sometime in the future.

Not What it Says
Wasn’t a house was more of a condo. Dogs barked every morning around 6am next to master bed. People upstairs were constantly walking and using power tools at one point. Parking spot allocated was never available. Plus there wasn’t a lock on the door that separated the two condos which was weird. Inside the home was really nice but a lot of issues otherwise.

a family weekend
the property and its location are amazing; we had a wonderful time, but were disappointed to find out there was construction going on right outside the window; when we arrived on Friday there was someone working right on the outside of the balcony by the hot tub, so we had to wait for him to leave in order to use the hot tub; there was a piece of plywood blocking one of the windows and the view of the ocean from the kitchen; on Saturday workers arrived in the morning and started hammering and drilling, it was very disruptive and we had to ask them to leave

Birthday getaway
The property was wonderful! The location was unbeatable! The listing should have been more specific regarding how much of the house was actually being rented. The house is three actual levels, and we were on the 2nd floor. I thought I was renting the entire house. The listing also said we had four parking spots. The owners cars were in all four spots the entire weekend.

Great Experience
The condo was excellent. Very roomy and comfortable. Nice covered deck overlooking the beach and ocean below. The location is in the heart of Malibu on a perfect stretch of beach. Plenty of space for our kids to play in the sand. We will definitely come back.

Gorgeous home!
We were surprised upon arriving to find that this property is *just* the first floor of the host’s 3-story family home. However, we had a spectacular trip, and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Devon is a wonderful host: communicative, easy-going, and there to help with your every need. The location is gorgeous - right on the beach, and close to amazing shopping and restaurants. Overall, we had the best time in this beautiful home and would stay here again and again.

Beautiful beach
We were surprised this rental is only the bottom floor of a three story home. The bedrooms are comfortable but we found the living area small for a four bedroom home. Other than that everything was great. It is a wonderful spot and the management was extremely helpful.

We are a family of 5. We stayed 6 days. Home is very well equipped. Property manager was very responsive with the few questions we had. Private beach is uncrowded, mostly just local home owners walking dogs.
Yet only a few minutes from great shopping and dining in central Malibu!

This house is amazing for vacation. My wife and I came here with our three young kids. The house is set up perfectly for a family. Tons of beach toys, four bedrooms on one level, right on the beach, close to everything in Malibu.
Also, the owners were super responsive to any request. We'd love to stay again.

Beautiful property with the sand and waves steps from the back door. Constant crashing of waves was a dream. The house was very comfortable and nicely furnished. Can’t beat a jacuzzi after a day in the waves!

Breath taking views
What can I say, beautiful home on the beach! Waking up to the crashing waves and beautiful beach. We came here to celebrate my 40th birthday with family and friends. It was perfect for my 2 year old and his little friends to walk right down stairs onto the beach. The home has everything you will need from dishes (although we brought our own) the kitchen is loaded with everything if you want to cook a meal at home. We BBQ'd one night on the patio and the grill worked great! There's a Jacuzzi on the balcony which is nice to warm up after a dip in the ocean. The two back rooms were great if you wanted to sleep in because they are pitch black and a lot more quiet than the two bedrooms upfront. The home is very close to a little shopping center where you can pick up groceries or coffee. Just be careful when you park because they do patrol the area and we got a ticket for not having a front license plate. (bummer) Cell phone service was fine and wifi worked great. We would definitely come back and stay a little longer next time.

Our family of six spent 5 nights at this house in July. Awesome place and one of the great spots in Malibu with awesome neighbors and a lovely, sandy beach, which can be rare in Malibu. We are from Santa Barbara and this is on another level. Hope to come back soon. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property with a fantastic private beach
Very centrally located in Malibu near the Country Mart and popular restaurants. A beautifully, newly renovated and very comfortable house. The only thing I would recommend is having dishes and plates for renters to use. We could not find any in the house but it had everything else and we loved everything about our stay.

Beautiful home and location
The house was perfect for us and our two small children (6 and 2). The boys loved having the beach toys and it was amazing to be right on the sand (when we arrived, our 6yo wondered how we would sleep at night with the sound of the waves, ha!). The hot tub was perfect for warming up after splashing in the waves. The kitchen was awesome, and it was so convenient to have a washer and dryer available. Thank you!
