Este maravilloso condominio en el primer piso (actualizado en marzo de 2019) cuenta con 2 habitaciones, ambas con camas queen, sala de estar / comedor (sofá cama queen). Lavadora y secadora, cocina totalmente equipada. Porche cerrado con vistas al patio. El exterior tiene parrillas a gas, 2 duchas al aire libre, mesas y sillas. Se proporcionará 1 lugar de estacionamiento al frente y 1 permiso de estacionamiento. A solo unas pocas casas de la hermosa playa, a poca distancia de muchos restaurantes, pubs y la parada Jolly Trolley. Gran lugar para escapar! En julio y agosto, debe ser un alquiler semanal (sábado a sábado). Abierto todo el año !! Invierno, primavera y otoño disponibles para alquileres semanales o largos de fin de semana. ¡Complejo libre de humo y unidad libre de mascotas! Kathy was a fantastic host and the property was perfect for my partner and me for a quick weekend getaway. We normally stay in Bethany but we may be switching to Dewey now 😊 It’s a short walk to the beach, and we met a lot of nice neighbors in the common area between the buildings after a beach bonfire. The condo was clean, well stocked and we loved the individual HVAC units in the bedrooms. It’s a short walk to several really good restaurants as well. We would highly recommend!

We recently stayed here with our two kids ages 10 and 8. The place was comfortable and well stocked with supplies. The location was perfect and the kids loved the outdoor shower after the beach. We enjoyed walking to the beach during the day and then to the restaurants at night. This was our first time visiting Dewey and we are already talking about returning. We would stay here again when we come back!

Family and I had a fantastic stay! Place was super clean and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and stores and the beach was only a few steps away! Communication from the host was exceptional and it’s probably one of the best we’ve received! We will be back for sure!

I’ve stayed at Kathy’s place twice. First with a group of friends, and this last time with my husband and 2 and 4 year old. It is so close to the beach and super comfortable. Would recommend for sure. Tons of places to walk to. Super close drive to the rehoboth boardwalk for the kids to play at funland. Will definitely stay at Kathy’s again!

My family had a privilege of staying at Kathy’s cozy hideaway in Dewey Beach for a long weekend at the end of July. Her unit was not only well-stocked with everything imaginable & spotless, but within walking distance to tons of restaurants and activity. It is literally a half of a block to the beach. The thing that I liked is that, although we were surrounded by activity, this little unit was tucked away in privacy.. I would absolutely recommend this unit, and Kathi as a host as she was communicative, and gracious. This truly is a hidden gem in Dewey Beach!

A great place to stay and exceeded my expectation. We had 4 adults so having the 2 outdoor showers made the 1 bathroom a non issue. Kathy supplied way more than anticipated (paper plates, to go cups, a nice welcome bucket with great snacks, hand soap, a second parking pass, tissues and both regular and Kurig coffee makers). The courtyard was real nice and a very short walk to the beach. Overall very cozy and plenty of room for 4.

I, along with my family members, had a fabulous time on Rodney Dr in Dewey Beach. Wonderful host, who worked with me, as I had a health emergency. Generous and pleasant accommodations.
I recommend it to anyone in search of a peaceful beach stay! Dewey Beach is also one of my favorite beaches on the Eastern Shore.

Nice place, very clean, we enjoyed our stay. I did find it strange we had to bring our own sheets and pillowcases. When flying in, space is limited so that did cause a bit of an issue. It was communicated to us in advance so we were prepared, I just have not had a VRBO stay have us do that previously, that is all I am saying.

This place was so cute inside and out there’s a great private community area. The house was stocked with necessities, anything needed in the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom was accessible. Owner was very communicative

Clean and logical! Everything (except linens) is provided and accessible for your stay. I was so happy to have a beach chair and umbrella for the sunny beach days. Along with a guide on the best places to eat locally. Which just about everything is walking distance, including Rehoboth which is not too far. Could even take the bikes as there is a bike path along the way, and a scenic lake.

From start to finish, this was the IDEAL getaway for a single parent and her two young children! Kathy was hospitable, always quick to respond, and the property was beyond adorable and well appointed! I was able to pack lightly - the property offered a beach wagon, chairs, and beach toys for the kids. The house is clean, adorably decorated, and has everything you could hope to need during your stay. The community area for the condo complex is warm and inviting, with picnic benches, a hammock, grills, and 2 incredibly nice outdoor showers. All within a couple minute walk to the beach? Yes, please! Kathy - thank you for providing such a cute place for my kids and I to make such special memories on our vacation! We hope to be back soon.

Can’t beat the location of this cute little apartment! You’re on the beach in less than 5 minutes from the front door, depending on how much gear you’re carrying. Everything was clean and just as stated in the description. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness, however, due to some dampness and musty conditions inside the apartment. While we were staying there, we didn’t notice it a whole lot, other than what we could smell on our towels or just feel in the air. But, when we got home, everything had a strong musty smell to it. However it certainly wouldn’t keep me from staying there again! Just something to note in case you have any allergies or health conditions impacted by dampness. The courtyard area was fantastic! A great place to drink your morning coffee or tea and hang out with your group or meet the neighbors. You won’t be disappointed!

This was a cute place that was super convenient to the beach! It would have been better to know you need to bring your own 3 sets of queen sheets ( which luckily I had), towels and paper products more ahead of time but the washer/dryer was a big help. Parking is a little tight but the street parking permit helped with that. Kathy responded quickly to my texts and was helpful. We had a great time!

We loved everything about our stay! The house was clean and well stocked! Kathy was easy to communicate with and even left us a gift basket full of snacks and toys for the kids. So thoughtful! She had beach chairs, sand toys, and a beach cart for our use. There is a shared outdoor common area that was so nice with picnic tables, lots of seating, grills, and a hammock. The location to the beach can't be beat, and everything in Dewey was very walkable, even with kids. The Jolly Trolley stops one block from the house, making for a quick, fun trip to Rehoboth Boardwalk. We will definitely return next summer!

My husband and I decided to take our 3 kids (all under 5 years old) to Dewey for the first time. Kathy’s place was perfect for us. It was super clean and stocked with games for the kids, beach toys, chairs and even a beach cart. The bedrooms were spacious enough for us to fit a pack and play in the room. The location was perfect (beach block) and we were able to walk to all the restaurants and shops. Kathy even left a very generous bucket of goodies for the kids.
