Loved the location of this unit however there were some unfortunate issues.CONS:- Although we were warned well in advance, the construction going on during our stay was extremely annoying. They had machines sanding the flooring off the ground on the level above us for two days and then on our floor another day. It was so loud that we couldn't even talk to each other most mornings of our stay. - Found a few stray black hairs that weren't ours around the unit and in some kitchen drawers. - Some of the sinks and the bathtub in the front bedroom would not drain properly and were clogged which was not pleasant.PROS:- We did not have a coffee pot in our room, the booking agency sent us a brand new coffee maker within hours which was much appreciated.- Amazing view of the beach every day from our balcony.- Very seamless check in and check out.I would definitely book through Brooks and Shorey again as the trip was great overall.

We rented this condo for my husband’s graduation trip and the whole condo was clean, nice, and relaxing. If we needed maintenance, they were there in under thirty minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo itself is nice however our condo was pretty dirty the carpet needs replaced, also lacking amount of frying pans. Other then that it has great views being on 6th floor you get to see some nice sun sets and sun rises. I'd stay here again if cleaning was improved.

Good place to stay but be aware of the pool when entering because it’s very slick! There is no texture at all on the steps and I had a good fall when I hit the first step! My foot flew out from under me and I hurt my foot and bruised up my arm which I should have filed a accident report to yhe rental company but forgot! The hot tub is not too great! The view was fantastic and right on the beach! Jellyfish was a problem there but we still enjoyed the beach! This place is a great place to rent from but I will avoid this certain condo # because it was small for 8 people!

We were all very pleased with the location of this wonderful condo! We had 5 adults, 1 toddler, and an infant on our trip. The condo was very clean and well kept! We were able to enjoy the pool and the beach each day and it was very convenient to be able to take the little ones up for nap time each day. The office staff that contacted us with details was very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this condo to anyone heading to Ft. Walton!

Great location, family friendly
We loved our stay here! It was 4 adults and two toddlers, and everyone was happy and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again! Beautiful views and everything we needed for the week.

False advertising
It stated it had just been updated and redone the place was so bad we left and did not stay there it looked like a Crack house the elevators was broke all but 1 with very long lines to even get to the room the toilet was all pulled apart and smelled of sewer there was spare and broken lamps laying on the floor nothing had been updated the furniture was falling apart the sheets was old and yellowing over all the entire building and unit was destusting the place refused to return any of our money thank goodness breath easy rental was able to find us a nice condo last minute and saved our vacation

Overall experience was top notch! Booking was easy, all details included, follow-up and communications prior to our actual arrival were clear and app was extremely convenient! Love this beach front gem!
Such a great property with easy access to the pool and beach. We swam with Manta Rays and loved having the stunning beach views from our balcony and bedrooms. The only thing I would change is having carpet in the living and bedrooms but the other upgrades are fabulous. Comfortable for our family of 6.

Great location near Destin. Everything we wanted was provided. Beautiful view and nice facilities. Our only complaint is that the beds and pillows were very hard. That being said, would definitely stay there again.

This was our 2nd time in IP 610. The decor is great! The view can't be beat. Pool noise was more noticeable, but families are vacationing again, so it's to be expected. The carpet is showing wear, but overall, the unit was clean. I couldn't find a baking sheet and some of the kitchen utensils could be updated. I'd also suggest more plastic drinking glasses. We've worked with Brooks and Shorey for several years and will continue to do so. I would recommend them and this condo to others!

The condo was very well stocked in the kitchen. It was very clean. The view was amazing. Everything worked. There was even a little closet with games, toys and chairs which was a nice little bonus. We had a great stay.

LOVED out stay here! Honestly better than the pictures with perfect location and views. Was not super crowded on the beach, and the pool was really nice for when we were tired of the sand.
Only odd thing about the condo is there were zero basic essentials (salt, pepper, dish soap, etc).
Overall, great experience and will be back.

Island Princess Unit 610
Property was beautiful and well maintained. The property is depicted well in the pictures. My only suggestion would be to replace the carpet in the unit otherwise it is perfect.
We really liked having a code to access the unit. Made checkin and checkout a breeze.
We would definitely stay here again.

Great Beach Condo
This was a great condo with wonderful, convenient access to the beach and nearby activities/restaurants. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and dishes. The beds were comfortable and extra linens and towels were provided. The only complaint was the noise from neighbors and from the pool below (even 6 floors down) but that is to be expected in a popular vacation spot. The elevators were a little slow and 1 of the 3 was not operational, but this was not a huge deal. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this condo and would likely stay here again if visiting this area.
