Facilities were great, clean, easy access. Minor TV or other issues quickly addressed by friendly management. Checkout process was easy. Garage handled cars with no problem. Recommend!

Great place for large group with lots of spaces to hang out in. Large dining room, good kitchen, and convenient washer and dryer. Located near Metro stop but also just a 20-minute walk to Rossio station in the heart of the city. Wouldn’t hesitate to return here.

Wonderful, spacious, quiet apartment. The beds were comfortable. The location was near the metro and near a park. There were a lot of varied restaurants nearby. The five bedrooms inferred plenty of space for our large group of nine. Would highly recommend .

Property was adequate for our group, with very large and cozy living area. Kitchen and dining areas were good. Internet was reliable, considering there were 14 of us. The apartment was clean and in very good condition. The beds are average--not super comfy, but not terrible either. There was even room for a couple of more beds in the room where the owner put 4 twin beds. Instead of putting a set of bunk beds in what was basically a large hall closet, I would have rather the owner put the bunk beds in the other big room with the 4 twin beds and private bath. That hall closet area had no circulating air, except for a pole fan that the owner provided. A word to future guests: The property that you think you book may or may not be the property you get. What the owner has posted online is "representative" of the kinds of apartments he has, but not all of his apartments look like that. He promised us a 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom apartment, which is what we got, but it certainly was not the one shown online (the owner has 6 apartments in this building, and all, according to him, are 5 bedrooms). While the owner did respond very promptly to all of my messages I sent him through VRBO before and once during our stay, I would have liked being able to either email or text him directly without having to open up my reservation each time on the VRBO site. Also, I would have appreciated knowing ahead of our trip that we needed to pay a deposit of 10€ per apartment key, as that had to be done in cash (so it could be refunded at the end of our stay). Since we didn't get to the apartment until after the banks had closed, and because none of the ATMs around that area are on the Multibanco network, we had no way to get any € right then. The only reason I had any € at all was because I had brought some home from my last Europe trip a few years ago, and I used most of this for deposits for five apartment keys. We had one small issue one morning with no hot water. Unfortunately, when I tried calling the hostel as instructed for help with anything when we checked in, nobody answered the phone, and this was after 6am on a weekday. So, I had to take a very cold shower, get dressed, then walk over to the hostel to explain the problem. Thankfully, they were very helpful and someone came right over to turn the water heater back on. Later another person came to check it and make sure it was running properly. Overall good experience. Will consider staying here again.

We were a group of 10 girls and stayed here for a hen party in November, all communication before we arrived was answered quickly and I found it all to be very helpful! On arrival check in process was quick & easy, show around if the apartment was thorough and it had everything we could have needed for a weekend away. It was very spacious and the beds were super comfortable, one room has a balcony which was perfect for the smokers of the group. We found the location perfect to use as our base for the weekend for getting out and seeing the sights of Lisbon. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for other large groups.

Beautiful Apartment. We were two families and it was perfect. Location is not downtown but 5 minutes drive to all the interesting spots. Still there are many bars and restaurants around.

Fantastic property with everything you need. Great to have the Hostel next door open 24 hours. They helped us book cabs etc. Definitely recommend staying here.

This apartment was an ideal location for a group of friends to visit Lisbon. The staff in the nearby hostel were very helpful. The accommodations were very good, clean, spacious, and had all we needed. I would stay there again.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and modern. I was there with extended family and everyone had plenty of room as well as privacy. The location was great — very central and convenient for everything we wanted to see in Lisbon. Miguel and his team were very helpful and check-in was easy. We would definitely return there and highly recommend the place.

Exceeded expectations. Nicely updated, centrally located (walking to almost all the places you'd want to visit), proximate to many bakeries and restaurants, and a 20 min ride to the airport. The folks running the apartment are fluent in English, friendly and helpful. One BR has 3 beds which can be awkward if you have pairs of people staying. Many rooms have attached baths which is really great. And a working washer/dryer was very useful. All in all, really a sparkling find.

The size of this apartment was very large for our family of 8; there was plenty of room to spread out. The location was excellent with many restaurants within walking distance. The double beds were very uncomfortable. They really need new mattresses, but all of the single beds were very comfortable. A real plus was having a laundry room right in the apartment. The kitchen could have been better equipped, but maybe the expectation is that most people would eat out. Having a Nespresso machine was a nice touch and so were the welcome “goodies.” Only having one towel per person for our 5 night stay and none provided for the baby was not good. All in all the apartment is a good one and with a few adjustments it could be excellent. We enjoyed our stay.

This was the first of three apartments we stayed at in Portugal (2 nights in Lisbon, three in Porto, then two more in Lisbon). We were two parents our four children (aged 20-24) and a boyfriend. The hostel next door is open 24 hours and someone from the hostel did a great job of walking us through the apartment and pointing out all the details. We really appreciated his thoroughness as it made things easy. (This was something we appreciated even more in a different apartment, where the person was not as thorough and we spent literally hours trying to get the washer and dryer to work correctly. It made us value what a great job he did in orienting us to this apartment.) The location was nice, in a central part of Lisbon. The apartment itself was also great. Five nice bedrooms, and the pictures show them well. The Wifi worked well, and we loved (!!) that there was a portable hotspot we could carry with us during the day. Great restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay there again if we came back to Lisbon. Thanks!

My group of 10 adult family members stayed here in August and found the apartment to be very nicely located and appointed. Not far from a Metro stop, it was easy to reach from the airport and having the check-in handled by the hostel next door allowed us to start our sight-seeing even before the apartment was ready for us (the hostel staff was kind enough to hold all our bags until the official check-in time). The apartment was very clean with plenty of private rooms and more than enough bathrooms that allowed for a quick start to each day. Air conditioning worked great and was a big relief when coming in from a hot August day spent exploring Lisbon. The apartment is well located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of most of the main sights and many dining options. I would definitely stay here again, and would have rated it 5 stars if it weren't for just a couple of things: 1) The beds are really pretty uncomfortable, well beyond what I would normally consider "firm." After a long day of sight-seeing, though, I still slept soundly every night. 2) Each of the four toilet seats was cracked and we weren't warned about it, making for a surprise wobble upon first use. When I mentioned it to the hostel staff they said they were aware so I wish they would have made us aware as well so we were a) prepared and b) certain we hadn't some how broken them ourselves. It seems like an easy enough issue to fix, far less expensive than buying all new mattresses so I'm not sure why they haven't. Nevertheless, as previously stated, I would definitely recommend this apartments and would stay here again myself.

Three adults in their 60s stayed here for 2 nights at the end of April. Miguel arranged for pickups at the airport for us, and transfer to port on check out...all very easy. The apartment was in a great location, and amazingly clean, which we all noticed.There were a few minor maintenance issues, which we pointed out on checkout, but nothing that impacted our enjoyment of the apartment whatsoever. I do wish there were more towel racks in bathrooms! We would definitely stay there again, everyone on staff at hostel was extremely helpful!

This house is simply amazing and extremely suitable for a big group. We were 10 cousins and stayed 2 in each room which was extremely comfortable. There are enough bathrooms, the house is extremely spacious with a big living room, big bedrooms, comfortable beds, very well equipped kitchen.. Anything you can think of was amazing. Well except the constant reminders that we are not allowed to party and smoke in the house to each and every one of my cousins (which of course was not our target: none of us smokes and we're travelling to Lisbon to party outside and definitely not in the house otherwise we would have stayed home :P) However we totally understand that sometimes people can be very messy, loud and impolite which we weren't :P, we would have done the same if it was our house :) But otherwise everyone was extremely helpful and nice to us => we Loved them :) The location of the apartment is very good, next to a main roundabout not very far from the center but not too close. It is close to a metro station however we didn't used it. An Uber to the city center will cost 4 Euros per car which is equivalent to 1 Euro per person so we favoured it over public transportation (easier, faster and more comfortable) If you're a big group and looking for an apartment. your search is over .. just hope it's available for your required dates. Good luck :)

Very nice apartment, good location close to subway station and city center. Bedrooms are large and beds are comfortable. The only balcony is small, so don't expect to have a bite or drink outside if you're staying with a large group of people. One small issue with a bathroom sink was quickly solved and the staff of the hostel was friendly and helpful. Tip: there is a Nespresso machine.

This apartment is beautiful, very spacious, and in a great location (just off Avenida Liberdade). Seven adults and two kids stayed here comfortably with extra beds. The staff at the hostel next door was very helpful and available 24 hours a day, like a hotel. The apartment was well stocked with amenities like coffee and shampoo. I highly recommend staying here if you are traveling to Lisbon with a large family or group.

This was a stunningly beautiful –and large– apartment, just off a major street in the heart of Lisbon. Included was 24 hour access for check-in because the apartment was rented in association with the nearby office of a hostel (less than a block away). We were shown the apartment personally upon our early a.m. arrival after a red-eye flight from U.S. At check-in we were given helpful directions to nearby grocery shopping and café, and the owner arranged for taxis and provided recommendations for dinner at a restaurant in a fun tourist part of Lisbon. The A/C unit in each room was a plus, as well as the small balcony that overlooked the street below. We would definitely stay here again on any future trips to Lisbon.
