Deep Water Discovery Bay House with direct access to Delta
Recientemente renovado de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños con magníficas vistas al agua y al Monte Diablo. Cerca del agua rápida pero en una cala privada, tan segura para jugar en el agua, pescar y nadar. Dormitorio principal, comedor y sala de estar con grandes puertas correderas abiertas al muelle con hermosas vistas. Dormitorio principal con baño completo, una cama Queen y un sofá cama completo. Segunda habitación con cama King, y la tercera habitación con dos camas individuales, una cama nido completa y una cama nido completa.

the host is wonderful and very flexible

This was a nice home situated in a corner so very private. Distance to fast water takes anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes. Host was very accommodating would definitely stay again.

This was the 3rd time we stayed at this property. Great place, host, and neighbors.
This is a great property, especially if you have a boat. We had a blast. I'm sure we will book again. Easy booking and great communication with the owners.

Great Boating
This is a great home if you’re looking for easy boating access to Discovery Bay. Yen allowed me to keep my boat on his dock for the weekend which allowed us to fully utilize our time there which was mainly out on the water. House was clean and comfortable.

I wanted to see what it would be like if we lived there, and wanted to take the boat or jet ski out after work. The house is a cozy 3 bed 2 bath, that gave us everything we needed. The deck is spacious and the dock was awesome. If you like being on the water you will love this place. The owners were very responsive to any questions I had. I'm pretty sure I shed a tear when I left.

The home is clean and has a great open living area leading to the spacious deck. Of course, the view is beautiful. I wish the paddle boards were included as that would be icing on the cake. Overall, this is the place I would stay if our family of 4 wanted to visit discovery bay again.

Very clean and has all essentials for a good stay.
When we first arrived to the house we noticed that the house was in very good working condition and had all the things that made our stay very pleasant such as washing machine and dryer, towels, soap, and entertainment things. Yen really knows how to upkeep a rental property as kayaks and canoes made the experience so much more enjoyable. I would really recommend the home and I'm looking forward to renting in the future!

We very much enjoyed staying here. It was very clean and nicely updated throughout the house. It's a great getaway spot with a large deck, spacious rooms and living area and great amenities. I would highly recommend staying here.

A dream house with a killer view and all the amenities!
I rented the house for a two-day birthday party. A friend of mine brought a boat up, and was able to dock it at the house. That was awesome! The owners were very responsive to our questions, and the house was specious enough for my friends to relax. Bonus = karaoke!

Enjoyable family weekend
We enjoyed staying at this Discovery Bay, the house was clean, plenty of room for all and really enjoyed the large deck on the water and the ability to bring our boat. Great neighborhood to take walks.
