Our card club has a fall retreat at Bully’s. This was our second year and we enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and equipped with most of the things we needed. One of our guests suggested that it would be nice to have a chair in the bedroom to be able to sit to put shoes and socks on. Will try to come back next fall.

Everything was as described. Lots of space. Windows and view is beautiful. Boat was great as well!

Property easily accommodated our extended family of 12 adults and 5 children. Worked out great!

House was very clean, water was crystal clear and warm, weather was slightly cool but better than the 90+ the week before, lots of stuff for kids to do, and very relaxing.

Overall it met our needs: pontoon boating, swimming, fishing, fire pit, a little sand beach. Nice not to have to leave the site to have a beach/swim experience for the kids. Beautiful, clear lake. Lots of flies in the house when we checked in---irritating. Pontoon boat did not have a canvass umbrella to block the sun.

Bully’s on Pearl lake was a wonderful place for our family vacation. There were 16 of us and there was plenty of room. Beautiful view of the lake! Quiet mornings and peaceful evenings. We all enjoyed the swimming, boating and paddle boarding. The sand beach was fantastic for the littles! Definitely would come back. 😊

We got together with 3 of our 4 children and their families for a brief vacation together at Bully’s on Pearl Lake. The house was perfect for our family with 4 bedrooms and a beautiful lake to enjoy swimming, boating, playing in the sand and fishing. We all had a great time being together at the very-well equipped house with a host who answered every question we had right away.

Our stay was awesome! Kids loved swimming right off the beach and dock. Fishing was successfully and the pontoon did not disappoint! we’ve stayed with Nick and Co. before and it’s awesome fun!

Wonderful weekend spent here amongst four families! The house had everything needed to have a great time together. It was spacious enough for sleeping arrangements, the living room/dining room was perfect for our large group to hang out together and play games and the kitchen was equipped with everything for our meals. But our favorite part was the lake! We spent most of the time swimming, fishing and using the paddle boards. Everyone from the kids to the adults enjoyed it. Would definitely rent here again!

The property is beautiful. The house is fully equipped with everything you need and very well set up. The lake is CLEAN! The owners on the lake take pride in there lake! The fireworks were awesome!

Impressive property, it was better than the description. If you’re looking to fish, perfect lake and so clear….time with family, perfect house with lots of room and gathering areas, if you use this site to book normally, this one’s a great find. Worth every penny. Nick was great to work with and was on top of any issues, which we had nothing earth shattering. He was easy to get a hold of. Our grandchildren had a blast on the beach and really enjoyed the swim area. After dark that same swim area doubles as a great fishing area. You’ll love this property. Book it!!

Overall we had a great time at Bully's for our annual Sister/Niece get together. Beautiful lake views & lake was very nice/clear...used the paddle boats/boards & the swim platform. Rented the pontoon boat and that was nice. House wasn't as clean as should have been when we arrived (some dirty dishes in the cupboards--this in my opinion is due in part to making the guests having to do part of the cleaning before leaving at 10AM, also bathroom floors had hair and dust balls) A few closet doors were off of the tracks and a drawer in the kitchen was completely broken. The ice maker in the fridge doesn't work even though it's listed in the amenities so we had to buy ice all week...Nick did compensate us with extra gas for the pontoon & let us use it the whole week even though we had only rented it for a day. Lights in the bathroom on the top floor kept going out without warning and with no windows it got pretty dark especially when my 75 year old sister was in the shower and they went out.😫 Had to keep pushing the GFCI button on the one receptacle below the mirror...we feel it really needs to be addressed more than just push the reset button...would say it happened 5-8 times a day that they went out!!

When we walked into the house the view was breathtaking. The house accommodated us well. We were able to go fishing and swimming and hiking as well as playing cards and games. The fire pit was wonderful and used both nights. We did not rent the pontoon boat because there were so many other things to do. An issue we had was that the freezer did not have ice and was not working right to make ice. We will be booking it again in the future.

We rented this property for my bachelorette weekend and we had so much fun! The house is super spacious and fit 15 of us with plenty of room to spare. All the girls kept saying was how nice the place was. Pretty much any and everything you need was provided. Unfortunately it was raining most of our stay so we didn’t get to experience the lake as much as we would have liked, but what we did see was really nice. Nice sandy area out of the water with a picnic table, and the lake area in front was very clean and enjoyable for those that did get some swim time in. We had a few things that we had to text Nick about and he was prompt in his responses and helped us get it resolved. Overall it was a great experience!

Swimming fishing kayaking, paddleboardibg. Had some flies that git in tge first night bit afterwards no issue. Side door handle broken, they had an inspector walk through, but fir tge majority of tge time it was great.

My family of 8 adults & 8 grandkids (ages 3 to 11) had a wonderful stay at Bully's. We were impressed with all the amenities, especially the paddle boards, kayaks, peddle boats, swimming platform, life jackets, fishing poles. We rented the pontoon which had a sit up tube. For five of our grandkids it was their first experience tubing. The fishing off the dock was also exciting for the grandkids. They loved it. We liked the clear water & clean sandy bottom & beach. The house was clean, beds comfortable & will stocked. Nick was helpful and we highly recommend a stay here.

Everything was great! Loved the additional refrigerator in the garage! Only suggestions is to leave directions on how to “unbunk” the beds in the basement and to have extra blankets somewhere! The bride to be was very happy with her relaxing special weekend!

Very well stocked with everything we needed. Clean, roomy, comfortable, great location. Fun beach. Small issue with pontoon rental but resolved pretty much immediately.

Nick was a great host! He responded very quickly to any requests we had. The property is located on a beautiful lake. We rented the new pontoon and new tube. They were a big hit with the grandkids. They also loved swimming out to the floating raft and jumping off. We all enjoyed the water boards and kayaks. There is so much to do. There are lots of board games and card games. The house is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and linens. All 16 of us had a great time and would highly recommend staying here. Thanks Nick!

The property was exceptionally clean and well organized as well as plenty of space for all 14 of us. Had everything we needed and more. I didn't need to pack half the stuff I did. The grandkids loved the foosball table and riding the tube behind the pontoon which was immaculate. We really appreciated Nick's (the property owner) updates on the power outage due to storms just prior to our visit. He went out of his way to make sure our vacation happened. We like visiting different areas and this one was at the top end of our budget but we'll definitely put it on the top of our list of ones to come back to when our budget allows.

Nicks home was perfect for a girls weekend. Lots of room for everyone. The driveway is surprisingly steep though so just watch out for that. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

A family property was sold after 15 great years and our extended family no longer had a place to get together for some quality time away to enjoy each other's company. We came across this property and were very happy with it and the owner. Plenty of room to accommodate our larger group in a beautiful setting, as the views of the lake from inside and out were the absolute highlight. The owner has thought of just about everything you could ever need and then had backup to that! We were not sure what to expect, but hope to return and will end up packing much less as everything is there. We also took advantage of the pontoon rental and not only was it another highlight of the trip and beyond what we were expecting to rent, but when the tube was determined to not be usable, the owner went out of his way on a holiday weekend to replace so that the kids could have the fun they were hoping for. Looking forward to returning regularly! :)

Very nice house and accommodations.

The stay for 8 retired golfers was better then we could have hoped for. The property has everything we could need and more. Property was very clean and neat. We hope to stay at this property in the future.
