Poco ventoso Villa es una fracción de la casa linda y acogedora de 2 dormitorios unifamiliar situada a pocos minutos de restaurante Sharky`s popular (y la reciente apertura de la aleta de), el muelle de pesca de Venecia y cuatro cuadras de la playa. Cuenta con dos dormitorios y dos baños con un suelo de baldosas de porcelana.
Ventoso Villa tiene una planta dividida con cada dormitorio separado por el salón con sus propios baños privados. Siempre son muchas comodidades para hacer sus vacaciones de relax, incluyendo sillas de playa, paraguas, colador de dientes de tiburón, juguetes de playa y dos bicicletas crucero de la playa.

Muy cerca se encuentra una piscina olímpica climatizada al aire libre en el YMCA de Venecia, que tiene excelentes tarifas diarias, semanales o mensuales para utilizar toda la instalación.
El patio trasero está completamente vallada por lo que no hay necesidad de tener que caminar el perro varias veces al día - aunque probablemente no le importará dar un paseo por el barrio encantador y tranquilo.
Una de las características que creemos que establece nuestra propiedad aparte de muchos otros es que cambiamos las cerraduras después de cada huésped y el código de la caja de seguridad se le da para acceder a la casa se individualiza y nunca la misma. No hay gente de la limpieza o contratistas que tendrán una llave de la casa. Como los dueños de propiedades, respetamos su privacidad y valoramos su seguridad.
Venecia es una ciudad muy hermosa y relajado y que te van a conocer a otras personas amigables en bicicleta y caminar como usted toma un paseo o caminar a su perro. El área local tiene varios parques para perros y playas para perros donde su perro puede correr gratis.

Don't get me wrong; the owner was nice to work with and responsive to many of our concerns (coffeemaker inoperable and lousy vacuum), but there are some issues that you wouldn't know about unless you stay there. It is on a very busy, noisy road in a subdivision where traffic is heavy. The backyard is just dirt and weeds. Our dog didn't even like to go out there. She'd come back with prickers in her feet. The house, although well equipped, needs a thorough cleaning (fans, vents, faux plants and screens were all very dusty and dirty). Bed was very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped for the most part. Dishwasher is old and rusting on the interior, but functional. There is NO pass to the beach as described in the ad and it was $300 to buy one. The owner did not let us know this before we arrived. The pictures are probably 10 years old (as are the magazines and restaurant guides in the welcome book) The worst part is by far the back yard!!!

Host is very helpful and responsive, providing useful local information. The fenced in back yard was private and perfect for our four legged companions. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, host provided beach gear including shark tooth basket (found plenty at Caspersen Beach). Already booked with this host again for next year.

With Ian hammering parts of the gulf coast, Dan, the owner worked efficiently and without rest to make sure that our stay was in a clean, pleasant area with access to all of the things we wished to do there. The home was comfortably appointed and conveniently situated to local beaches, downtown restaurants and Saratoga. Would look to stay again and highly recommend!

Great Stay!
An older property clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Pictures posted show what you are getting with no hidden surprises. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment was that there was no pass, as stated in listing, for the South Venice Ferry to get to the beach close to the house. So we had to drive to the public beaches. But overall we had a really great time in Venice and the surrounding areas!

Beach Home for College Baseball
We stayed at this property while our son was playing college baseball in the Venice area. We rally liked the home. The only downfall was that it was on a main road and there was no place to walk with the family.

First Timers
This was the first time we vacationed in Venice Florida. We picked Venice because of the dog friendly beach. We brought our German Shepherd and had an absolutely wonderful time. The house was roomy with a great back yard. The house included everything we needed. Beach towels, beach chairs even a net we used to capture seashells. The binder was so helpful listing many places to eat. Most of the time we just picked up food on the way home from the beach and had a nice dinner at the house. The house was in a great location, easy to drive in and out of the neighborhood. Great vacation!

House in Venice Fl
The house includes everything you need, from dishes to shampoos and even sunscreens, Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix, prime and YouTube. The neighborhood was too quiet for us. We didn’t spend much time in Venice, mostly we drove to Sarasota, st Pete and Tampa, which took us at least one hour to drive. Overall we had a great experience in Florida. Check in was very easy, communication with owners as well. Great house!! Our family enjoyed!!

Quaint Beach House Vibes
We had a terrific stay at Breezy Villa. This dog-friendly house had all the beach vibes we craved. We made use of the South Venice Ferry passes and the assortment of beach chairs/toys in the garage. There were a lot of amenities within the home and a cute welcome basket that included dog treats! We needed a house in close proximity to my parent's home and this perfectly fit the bill. Because of our limited needs, we didn't use everything this house had to offer. If you're looking for a simple home while off exploring beautiful Sarasota County, this is it. 2 Thumbs & Paws up!

Ready to Move!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay....In fact, my husband was ready to ask the owners of the house if they wanted to sell. It was just the right size for us and our dog. The backyard was enclosed so we didn't have to worry about relaxing on the patio while the dog was outside with us. We were close to the Brohard Paw Park which is a beach where dogs are allowed to play off leash. What fun! We will definitely be back to Venice and will want to book this house again.

Very Nice House, Great Location!
This is a very nice house with a really good location for us. It was just my wife and me and our 3 small dogs. Fenced in yard was great for the dogs (one of ours spent 90% of his time outside with the squirrels and lizards). We walked the dogs almost daily at Shamrock Park, or took them to Dog Beach, which is a very short drive. There are loads of restaurants in the area too.

Perfect
We stayed in Breezy Villa for five weeks in March- April. We loved the neighborhood as we could walk for miles with our dogs. The fenced back yard was private and a secure place for our dogs. The home had everything we needed and we enjoyed the opportunity to take the ferry to the beach. It was perfect, we'll be back!

This house has its pros and cons. The check-in process was extremely easy and Ruth was very quick in responding to emails. She also sent a lot of information on things to do and dog friendly parks and restaurants. The home was comfortable and had everything you need to cook right at home which we did every night. I really liked the large laundry room with a long counter to set things on and fold clothes. It was also nice to have a garage for parking the car in. The bathrooms were clean and there were plenty of towels. One thing that was a bit disappointing is that there are no sidewalks for walking your dog(s). The road is narrow and we didn’t feel comfortable walking our dogs here. However, just down the road is a really nice park with walking paths. We took our dogs there every morning for a long walks. The house has a nice fenced in back yard. It was nice to be able to let the dogs out and not worry about them running off. One thing that I think would have been nice is if the patio area were screened in. If you do not mind getting eat up by mosquitos then it is OK. However, they love me so sitting outside was not for me.There are several disappointing things about this place. Though in general the home was clean, there are places that could use some attention (I'm a clean freak). One is the oven, which was extremely dirty and does not look like it has been cleaned in a long time. Also, in the kitchen there is an open ceiling light that was full of dead bugs. The light bulb in the living room ceiling fan went out and when we took the globe off it too had dead bugs in it, which we cleaned out before replacing the globe. While we were there, we had a few cold nights and days and though we had the heat on, the master bedroom and bathroom were really cold. Luckily, I found a couple of blankets to add to the bed. The rest of the house was fine except for these two areas. Then the last thing that was disappointing is when we took some of the beach items with us to the beach, mainly the shade umbrella, we discovered that the whole umbrella is broken. So we were not able to spend as much time at the beach as we had hoped for that day. I’m not sure why this broken umbrella hasn’t been thrown out and replaced. Makes me wonder if things don’t get looked at over time.Overall this wasn’t too bad of a place but some more attention to cleaning and a bit of updating of the interior would make this place much nicer.

Fun Time in Venice at Breezy Villa
We enjoyed our stay at Breezy Villa. The house was very clean and comfortable, and Ruth made sure we had everything we needed! The location was accessible to stores, restaurants and beaches, but was situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We will definitely make a reservation to return for another getaway to Venice in the near future.

Amazing rental!
We were so comfortable at the villa! It had everything we needed and more besides! We definitely want to return!
Having had a dubious rental through a different company at the start of our holiday, we were delighted when we opened the door to this villa! It is light and airy and great attention is paid to detail throughout! There is easy parking on the driveway to the front of the property and a lively garden to the rear, where we spent many hours relaxing!
The Wi-fi was excellent and the beds were super comfortable, as were the sofas in the lounge!
The location is great, in a quiet neighbourhood, but only a short drive to shops and restaurants. Everything about the villa is great and we really do hope to return soon!

Great place to stay in Venice!
We stayed for 3 weeks at Breezy Villa and thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. Very clean house with a lot of amenities, from the welcome snacks and water to beach gear, private back yard. The kitchen is very well equipped and the outdoor grill works great. Easy access to beaches and downtown Venice. Shamrock Park nearby was great for walks with my dog. Any questions we had, Ruth responded quickly. wish we could have stayed longer.

Great girlfriend getaway.
Six female friends spent a delightful three nights in this house. Everything we needed is there, the house and neighborhood are beautiful. Private ferry to the beach was efficient and easy to access. Lovely backyard with bamboo hedge and patio where we gathered after beachtime. Everyone of us would recommend this place for a getaway. We will be back.

Brezy Villa
Nice clean space. My family and I liked the neighborhood. The ferry is a great option to get to beach. My son found huge megalodon tooth. Bigger than his hand and it wasn't even fully intact. There were several people on the beach that said had searched for years and hadn't found anything that big. So that was pretty awesome. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back.

Cozy, Comfortable and Convenient
Quick and easy to access beaches, parks, trails and shopping in Venice. Had all the amenities that we needed for cooking/grilling family meals, doing laundry and going to the beach (even bikes and a pass for the ferry). Not to mention a nice back yard for the doggie. I had several questions and the owner always responded to my texts within a few minutes. There was plenty of room for the four of us (nice each room had it's own bathroom), and we really enjoyed our stay!

Awesome location with everything we needed for a carefree visit
The house was centrally located near all of the cool things to do and see in the Venice/Sarasota area. Perfect backyard for our dogs and a fully equipped kitchen to cook up some of that fantastic Florida Seafood that we purchased nearby.
Loved the dog beach, the Mote aquarium and the sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.

The house was perfect for our visit to Venice. We were minutes from Venice or Engelwood and the restaurants, golf, boating, biking and tennis. The fence yard was ideal for our dogs to play without our constant monitoring. The house was clean and bright. We did not take advantage of the nearby ferry but that is a great option for getting to the beach.

The house was great. Little drive to the beaches but that was ok. Only negative of the week was the Red Tide, but that is nature. Will definately want to stay here again if we come to this area.

Delightful "Home Away from Home"!
This is the second year we have rented this home for one month. Feels like “home away from home” the minute you walk in! Light, bright and open! You cannot ask for a nicer place to spend your vacation. The house is extremely clean and well maintained. In addition there is a fenced yard, washer/ dryer, grill, bikes and helmets, beach equipment.
The location is fantastic; minutes away from everything; multiple beaches, eateries, the YMCA, Shamrock Park and the dog beach!
A pet friendly home that doesn’t seem “pet friendly” In other words it is sparkling clean and fresh and comfortable. Everything you need is there, including a nice welcome basket with dog and human treats!
We love traveling with our dog and riding our bikes! Venice is perfect for both activities. We really enjoyed the dog beach, all dogs and owners were friendly. Beach was super clean. Restaurants we enjoyed were Cedar Reef Fish Camp, Old Salty Dog, First Watch, all dog friendly. There is a farmers market in Venice on Saturdays and one in Englewood on Thursdays. The gelato at Ciao Gelato in downtown Venice is amazing and addictive!
Venice is a beautiful clean town with lots of recreation. No fee parking at the beach, Venetian Waterway Trail was great for walking dogs and riding bikes. Shamrock Park is a gem for walking, riding bikes, observing nature!
Ruth is awesome to work with. She is available and responsive, always pleasant with a good sense of humor. Extremely easy and efficient check in and out system.
We loved this vacation home and Venice so much, that we bought a home near here this year!

Paradise in Venice, Florida!
This is our third stay at Breezy Villa. We've made so many memories here. Ruth is warm, friendly, caring, at the same time a true professional. There is always a welcome basket and water waiting for us, along with coffee to get us started. Our pups know the house and run out to the yard as soon as we open the French doors. The home is spacious and equipped with all of the comforts of home. The beds are comfy and the area is quiet. The palms in the back grew tall to allow privacy. I must stay longer next time. I miss it already.

Perfectly Perfect
Breezy Villa was perfect for our needs and presented by the meticulous host perfectly. It was supremely clean and true to the posted specs. I believe it’s the little things to sometimes push the point. Breezy Villa had loads, slippers, bath robes, snacks, full fluffy towels, beach toys, bikes and more. We enjoyed every minute of our visit. Nothing was out of place. Many thanks to the hosts.

Delightful and Peaceful
First impressions of the exterior of the home are deceiving. Basic looking home on the outside BUT incredibly inviting and tastefully decorated on the inside. Neighborhood is overall quiet and safe! Some street traffic noise at night since this house sits on one of the primary roads in the neighborhood. Not a problem just noticeable. All information on the listing is accurate and Ruth goes out of her way to make sure you have everthing you need in terms of kitchen items; bath items and beach items. The bikes are great! The beach equipment is great! The ferry to the beach is convenient and fun!!! A must stay place for convenience to shops; stores; restaurants and the BEACH!!! We really enjoyed our stay and would return without question again to this or another property that Ruth has to offer!!!

We found this place to be one of the most convenient and well maintained units we have ever rented. From the time of our arrival to our departure everything worked fine and the supplies were very well thought ~ due to the needs of guests. We were greeted on our arrival by the owners and given directions as well as advice concerning the area. Beds sleep fine! Water makes your skin feel great and the evenings on the back deck slab listening to the croaking of insects and watching the tiny lizards play gave us pleasure that cost absolutely nothing! Grill was available to cook and the food better than restaurant service. Thanks Ruth! We would definitely love to visit again and stay at your place. God bless you!
