El complejo Marina cuenta con una piscina privada, un amplio aparcamiento y está a sólo un corto paseo de muelle norte de la isla. Hay accede 2 playa, siendo cada uno de aproximadamente medio bloque a cada lado del edificio. Se encuentra a poca distancia del paseo marítimo y del puerto deportivo. También se encuentra a sólo unas cuadras del parque Freeman donde se puede conducir en la playa con 4 unidades de la rueda. El Museo de Fort Fisher, Fort Fisher Aquarium y Fort Fisher Ferry son sólo una corta distancia en la isla. We emailed and ask about the pool and where it was located due to having a key in the room and NEVER a response during the whole trip and still not a response to this day! We also felt like after paying a cleaning fee we should not have to wash laundry and do dishes for the maid before leaving! But we will book elsewhere next time.

We were disappointed in the on line presentation of beach access. The condo was run down, not very clean, needs updated furnishings both inside and out. It was not real clean when we arrived and had limited towels and no bath or hand soap, extra toilet paper or garbage bags. We would not recommend this condo unless some of needed updates are addressed.

Overall, our stay was good. Fantastic ocean views. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen could have been better equipped. Worst part carrying everything up to 3rd floor.

While the property is slightly dated, it is compensated by having nice appliances and a killer view of the ocean. The balcony is just a few yards from the water. We went there for a second year in a row because we loved the view. There is no direct access to the beach from the house but the public access is just around the corner. We would be happy to go there again.

Likely not a fair comparison but after Savannah, Charleston and Bald Head Island, Carolina Beach was not our cup of tea. The unit has an incredible view, however I wonder if the lack of updates on both the interior and exterior are indicative of an uncertain future existence due to extreme beach erosion. We arrived to find a young lady working her butt off to provide us with a clean unit. We were able to drop off our luggage while we went in search of lunch and a few groceries. The unit smelled wonderful when we came back but, as others have mentioned, the dust from the vents is literally glued to the walls in the kitchen and bathroom. I can only assume this is just the norm for older buildings in such high humidity areas. The bedroom is very comfortable and I was surprised by how quiet the building was in general. The furnishings are tired and can’t quite be described as retro. There was no coffee table in the living room but we found tv tables in a closet to use. The outdoor chairs were great and offered a great view of the expansive beach. The old carpet on the deck is long past its best before date.
The bathroom is quite dated (haven’t seen a wooden toilet seat since the 80s) however everything was as clean as possible.The pool across the street was awesome. After staying at other beach accommodations, it was disappointing to not find beach towels and chairs. When guests are flying in, space is at a premium. The host was lovely but not sure I would recommend this unit.

We had a great time. The best part of this place was the amazing ocean front view and great porch to sit on. It could use a little bit more beach decor and we had no sheets for the sleeper sofa. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

The view of the ocean from the balcony is what brought us back! We Loved sitting out there as much as possible. It was so relaxing and beautiful. It’s a cute place. Felt very safe the whole visit. The host is easy to contact and nice. Hoping to visit again next year. We drove from WI.

The condo was very nice. We were far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk, but still close enough to walk there for me, my husband would diagree, but he survived the walk! The air was cold, the water was hot, and it was direct ocean front. Perfect for us.

The place wasnt bad but couldve used some EXTRA dusting for sure. The pull out sofa isnt going to last much longer, it was broken and saggy. My daughter slept on it just fine but someone is going to fall thru VERY soon. The view was amazing but SADLY the way the water is coming up this place may not be there much longer. We stayed across the street 2 years ago and the beach we laid on is completely under water now. All the beach access we used then are now boarded up. But our walk wasnt any further really. But even at low tide there is not alot of beach left and it filled up QUICKLY. The movement of the water over a couple years was kinda crazy to see. The AC isnt going to last much longer either if someone doesnt change that filter, IT WAS BAD.I feel sorry for whoever pays the light bill cause i know that AC UNIT is struggling and running constantly with all the dust covering it. My husband cleaned it the best he could because we def didnt want it to quit with us there. The bedroom has no TV so thats just a heads up, no biggie, we brought our own small one. Internet/cable went out the first night but worked fine after that. We LOVED the balcony because with no beach in front of you the ocean is RIGHT THERE! You can even hear the waves crashing in bed. Speaking of bed, the memory foam mattress was AWESOME! VERY COMFORTABLE! We didnt cook at all but the kitchen SEEMED to have the basics. All in all not bad AT ALL. It was all we needed for a few days and it worked out perfectly

We couldn't had been more pleased with our accommodations, view, location to restaurants and shopping. Our rental chairs and umbrella were placed at the sandpiper entrance for convenience and beautiful days on beach. We will definitely be back.

Location, Location, Location - This property has it in spades. Yes, it was not as clean as some of the few others I have booked, but the beach can be unrelenting. The location, price and view from this condo was SO worth it and I would stay there again!!!

I live far from my daughter so I decided the next visit would be at the beach. I did a bit of research and found Carolina Beach. A beautiful stretch of beach that is unlike any I've seen. The location of the condo was spectacular. We spent much of our time on the deck since the view was grand and relaxing. I hope to get back to Carolina Beach next year to duplicate our trip.

Shortly after arriving , there were several cleaning issues such as smell, horrible rusted shower curtain , molded shower curtain liner, dirty and mold bathtub and shower head, food in couch ,random pill on the couch , dirty toaster oven , the pillows were disgusting, linens smelled , bugs here and there she referred to as palmetto bugs (look it up) these are a few issues. I contacted the owner immediately via messaging. I informed her of this and that I was not happy. Also that I took photos of everything. She responded defensively and told me she inspected the condo personally and it was fine. She never offered to come and correct or should I say clean anything. Not sure what I paid a cleaning fee for. We purchased cleaning supplies for the bathroom , our own pillows, laundry soap to wash the linens and bedding. Did not use toaster oven, tried to use the 2 skillets one with a handle coming off but everything stuck , the one saucepan had something burnt in it so cooking didn’t happen either! the mattress pad is stained , so disgusting had to layer that. She said nothing but basically oh well I think it’s clean her Version of clean! Avoid this condo !!! Proof with photos and her message response if anyone would like !

We had a wonderful stay here! The view is fabulous and you hear the ocean waves 24/7! Since we were here early spring and early in the week, it was very quiet. Someone did come to the condo below us the last day and had music playing, which we could hear throughout the condo. I would suggest to the property manager to replace the mildewed shower curtain lining and rusted shower rod. These are easy, inexpensive updates. The bed was comfortable. The one star for communication I’d remove if I could, but there was no “human”communication at all. Just know that, in case it makes you wonder. We did receive all the info we needed a few days ahead and had no issues. This condo has what you need and no more, but it’s hard to beat that view for the price! I’d definitely consider coming back!

Property is exactly as advertised. It was a great location at the north end of Carolina Beach with nearly direct access to the beach. The property was clean and the porch was close to the waves and ocean.

We had a great stay. The property is a bit "tired", but otherwise clean. You will not get a property closer to the beach (which is perhaps unfortunate for the property's eventual fate.

The ocean-front view was amazing. We spent hours on the balcony just soaking in the view and the sun. Great location- near restaurants and local attractions. We had a great time.

Extremely clean unit, very friendly and excellent communication with the unit owners. The ocean front view is truly amazing! The only thing we think could be improved would be if some conveniences were provided like soap and napkins… If we were local it would be no big deal to bring with us, but we flew across the country to visit and it’s hard to bring everything like that with us on the plane…

We had a great week vacation at the beach. Watched beautiful sunrises and slept to the peaceful sounds of waves crashing on the beach, all in the comfort of the condo. Thank you for sharing your property.

We liked the location, but the furnishings need to be refreshed. The chairs on the deck need to be replaced before it is rented again. There was one saucepan in the kitchen that didn't look to be safe to use. We just used the microwave instead. To be clear, there was only one saucepan in the kitchen. No bar of bath soap, only hand soap with a pump . We have rented many condos over the years and unfortunately this unit did not meet our expectations. We also killed a very large cockroach during our stay.I don't know if this a common thing at the beach.

This property was just what we needed for a quiet getaway. It’s close enough to dining and the boardwalk and far enough to make it feel as if you are alone on your own. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen provides most things you might need to prepare basic meals if you do not want to go out.

The views are sublime. The constant sound of the surf will lull you to rest quickly. This is our favorite among many "getaways". It's tucked in nicely and the area is tidy. The pool is perfect, just across the road. We met a few new friendly folks, and we feel welcome! My only regret is not booking longer.

The location is everything! It’s quiet at night, we rode our bikes down to the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk in the evening for dinner and drinks. Walked to the beach everyday. A perfect vacation.

The condo was nice and checkin was very easy. The location was okay. All of the immediate beach access routes were closed so it was a bit of a hike to get to the beach.

We stayed at this location for 5 days. We had two adults and one 1 year old in the condo. The condo was perfect for us. The closet in the bathroom is large enough to fit a pack n play, though we kept the door open. Right out front of the condo is rocky and the tide comes up pretty far but if you walk a short walk down the road you are able to walk directly out on to the beach without a boardwalk or stairs. This was helpful because we took our son in a wagon. We pulled the wagon right up to our beach spot without a problem.
There were previous reviews regarding the cleanliness of the condo which made us a little weary. However, the condo was clean, shower curtain was new, fan blades were clean, bed was comfortable, etc. The only issue we had was running out of trash bags. We should have packed some with us.
We had no issue parking outside of the condo. The pool is across the street but it’s a super short walk. The pool is locked so you’ll need to make sure you grab the key provided.
You could hear those above us walking but it wasn’t bothersome. It’s kind of expected in a condo setting.
I communicated with the owner a few times and she responded almost immediately and was super friendly.
Overall, it was an amazing experience. We definitely plan on staying here again.

If you want something with a great view this is the place. Can't get any closer to ocean. Easy short walk to beach access. Condo isnt huge but honestly is perfect for the 3 of us and you typically dont spend much time in condo. Neighbors upstairs sometimes sounded like they were dragging furniture across the floor but otherwise nice and quiet. Beach area was not crowded and felt private which we loved. Only complaint i have is we wereleft 1 roll toilet paper for 3 people for 5 days and we wish there were more cooking, baking sheets. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

The condo itself was nice and in a great location. The kitchen is in no way fully equipped. We had 3 plates for my family of 4, 1 frying pan, the one measuring cup had a hole in it. Other than the kitchen description it was a great place to stay.

Wonderful deck with comfortable chairs and a fabulous oceanfront view. The bed was comfortable and the condo has everything you need to get started on a relaxing vacation.
Sheila was quick to respond to questions. We would definitely book again.
