Beautiful park like setting- Telluride Lodge Condo

Nuestro condominio está ubicado en el hermoso parque como escenario de Telluride Lodge. Justo en la ciudad de Telluride al otro lado del arroyo desde el ascensor 7 (piel de cerdo). ¡Puedes caminar fácilmente al elevador con tus botas de esquí! Armario privado para esquís y guardaesquís ubicado junto a la puerta principal. Puedes pasear por el sendero del río hasta la góndola y el centro. No tenga ganas de caminar, hay una parada de Galloping Goose (Free Shuttle) al otro lado de la calle.
¿Hambriento? Estamos a solo 1 cuadra de Siam Thai and There (un moderno bar de tapas y cócteles). O ve al centro y consigue una pizza de Brown Dog. El mercado de Clark está prácticamente unido al edificio, lo que lo convierte en un paseo muy conveniente al mercado para lo que quiera.
Condominio recientemente remodelado con todo nuevo! Encimeras de granito de lujo, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, todas las camas nuevas, colchones, ropa de cama y wifi gratuito e internet de alta velocidad.
El condominio tiene capacidad para hasta 8 personas: hay 1 cama king, 1 cama queen, literas (gemelas) y un sofá cama de cuero americano. Lo cual es de muy alta gama y muy cómodo.
Hay 2 baños en total: 1 baño con inodoro, bañera / ducha y lavabo. * El segundo baño solo tiene ducha y lavabo.
Las bañeras de hidromasaje y las parrillas son comunitarias, 1 exterior y una interior, baño de vapor y duchas, se encuentran en la columna central de la propiedad.

My family of four stayed here for Spring Break 2024 and we were all very happy with the accommodations. Walk to Lift #7 is less than 3 minutes in ski boots and getting back home is just as easy.
Very quiet despite being on first floor. Parking was available but we didn’t use a vehicle until we left to go home.
Would stay here again!

Lovely remodeled condo just steps from CoonSkin lift. 1king bed and then queen plus bunkbeds in the second bedroom. Just 4 of us including 2 small children for the week was perfect, but you could fit more, although only 1 toilet would start to be an issue for bigger groups. Kitchen is nicely equipped. Less than 5min walk to market.

The condo is in a quiet friendly neighborhood and still a short walk to anything you need while in Telluride. The owners are very good at communicating and respond very quickly, as well.

The unit was clean, good sized, well laid out, and close to everything that you can do until your ride. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who asks.

Great condo in Telluride Lodge complex. Cozy and modern. Parking within steps of building. Easy 10 min walk to Colorado Av./downtown or Gondola. 2 min to Coonskin lift. Highly recommend!

Perfect rental for many reasons. Very nice condo very short walk to Lift 7. Ski Telluride Trail all the way back to the condo with about a 2 minute walk. Hot tub at the end of a long day was a nice bonus.

Everything about this condo is perfect. Just a few steps across the street to lift 7. And around 1/4 of a mile to the gondola on a beautiful river side trail. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The condo had all we needed to cook a dinner and breakfast. Enjoyed the extra touch of the espresso machine. We dined out at smugglers and brown dog pizza. Both great choices. Being so close to Clark’s, the grocery store, was perfect! Overall the condo is clean, updated and comfortable! If we return to Telluride again, we would stay here!

Well appointed kitchen, great mattresses, comfortable and homey. Christmas decorations were a bonus and my husband enjoyed playing the guitar daily! Owner was very quick to respond, even to dumb questions. Important to note that there is one full bathroom and the “half bathroom” has only a sink and shower. This means that there is only one toilet. Still, a great rental for us and well managed; thank you, Andrea!

My family of 5 greatly enjoyed this condo for a ski vacation before Christmas. The location, cleanliness, amenities and layout were perfect for us and exactly as described. Andrea was great to work with and we look forward to returning in the near future.

This property was great! The description was very accurate. The remodel was nice, and the property felt clean. My family of 5 was very comfortable. The property wasn’t huge, but had everything we needed. I was worried the 1 toilet/2 shower thing would be weird, but it wasn’t at all. Having that second shower and sink was so helpful! The patio and side entry was very convenient for easy entering and exiting, and loading all our stuff. The windows and fans made even a warm day feel good. But best of all, the location. Right next to San Miguel River, and a short walking distance to the Gondola. The parking spot right outside the condo was also very helpful! Would definitely stay here again.

Great place in Telluride close to everything but nestled in a nice area off to the side.
This place has everything you need for a lovely getaway any season! Fully stocked kitchen. Grocery story steps away. Walk out to a beautiful mountain in front of you. 2 great restaurants around the corner. Don’t hesitate book this condo!

Great stay, neighbors ruined the stay
This property is great. Close the the slopes and downtown. There is one glaring reason I would not recommend anyone stay here. That is the neighbors in this condo. Night one of our stay we got a noise complaint while cheering for a game we were watching on the TV…..the complaint came at 7pm and quiet hours are not until 10pm. This neighbor didn’t bother to come talk to us directly since we weren’t even that loud. Instead they went to tattle on us to the owner.
The neighbors who raised the complaint then proceeded to break quiet hour rules by being very noisy as early as 5:30am. Absolutely hypocritical.
Finally the neighbor ran into us in the hallway. He rudely asked us invasive questions immediately. Didn’t say hello. Didn’t introduce themselves. Just started in asking strangers invasive questions that made us uncomfortable staying so close to this individual.
Our stay could have been the perfect trip but these neighbors ruined it. They were petty, rude, and made the remainder of our stay uncomfortable.
Please reconsider another place to stay unless you can confirm these neighbors will be out of town when you are there.

Awesome ski trip
My family loved the place and Andrea was very responsive and helpful during our stay. The lodge was very close to the gondola to enjoy some skiing and everyone in town was so nice. I would definitely stay there again!

Pre Christmas Get Away
Location. Location. Location. Telluride Village is a great place and we were happy to be in the center of it! Everything was walkable and convenient. Condo was very nice and very well equipped. We had a wonderful time. Thanks to our hosts.

Great location and apartment - it has stairs
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It's as beautiful as the photos portray, and the host was gracious and attentive. I was particularly grateful for little details, that I don't see much in rental properties, like the kitchen's spice rack and the cotton balls and Q-tips in the bathroom.
The one thing to know about this place is that it involves a fair number of stairs. It's constructed as a split level, and the entrance is on the second floor. There isn't an elevator; when you enter, you then go down a half-flight to the living room, and down another half-flight to the bedrooms, which are essentially on the first floor. If you have someone with mobility issues, this apartment - and the other ones in this complex - may present a challenge.
Beyond that, I have no hesitation in recommending the place. The hosts and the location were excellent, and I would be delighted to return to it.

Have been to Colorado many times but always wanted to see Telluride. It didn’t disappoint.
Property was perfect for our group. All adults. Great location, walk right into town. All amenities one would want. Looks like a great location for ski season as well. Would stay here again for sure!!

Fantastic Stay!
We absolutely loved staying here in Andrea's beautiful condo. It was just perfect us. The bedrooms are downstairs, the main living area is above. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything we needed and the home was super comfortable. We will probably reconnect with Andrea in the future when we return to Telluride. <3

It was our first time in Telluride and we loved everything about it. The location is perfect. Right downtown and easy walks to shopping, market, restaurants, Gondola, etc.

Great holiday weekend stay
Before we ever checked in, we had great communication with the owner - she gave us great recommendations for restaurants, activities and tips for the 4th of July weekend. Our arrival was completely seamless, and we essentially walked right in at our check in time. The home was spacious, comfortable, and the location could not have been more ideal. We were about a 5-10 minute walk to either Main Street or the free gondola. We hope to stay here again, perhaps during ski season.

Lovely Telluride Condo
Had a great stay here! Easy check in, great communication with host. Parking is convenient as is location- once we arrived we didn't need to drive until we left, we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Condo is well appointed and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!
