Fantástica casa, NO FUMAR DE NINGÚN TIPO, 4 dormitorios, 2 baños, excelente ubicación, a 5 minutos a pie de la playa, 2nd St corre paralela al frente al mar. Esperamos que disfrute de nuestra bonita casa de playa con 2 pisos para crear un plano de planta abierto y fluido. Relájate y disfruta de la vida en la playa con tu familia y amigos en Ocean Isle Beach. Debe tener 28 años para alquilar. 4 habitaciones, colchones nuevos en cada cama.
La cocina bien equipada cuenta con refrigerador, máquina de hielo, tostadora, horno, licuadora, cafetera y todas las comodidades para su familia y amigos. La mesa de la cocina tiene capacidad para 6 y el mostrador de la barra de la cocina extendida para cuatro con taburetes.
Uno de nuestros momentos favoritos es caminar a primera hora de la mañana o hacia la hora de la cena con aperitivos y una copa de vino después.
El estudio cuenta con un nuevo televisor de alta definición de 50 "con internet inalámbrico para su conveniencia. Bluray DVD y estéreo.
El acceso conveniente a la playa con duchas está a pocos pasos de distancia, aproximadamente 130 yardas. Además, el estacionamiento para autos y carritos de golf está disponible, es deseado o necesario.
Hay muchas opciones para corredores y caminantes en OIB con aceras en abundancia y senderos naturales de varias millas de largo ubicados en el extremo este hacia el interior. Si ejecuta el 'punto a punto Island Run', ¡esta es una ruta de 7 millas!
Golf: El condado de Brunswick tiene más de 40 campos y esto es antes de llegar al área de Myrtle Beach. Nuestros favoritos son Panther's Run, Lions Paw, Carolina National GC, Crow Creek, Farmstead, Cape Fear National, Pearl East, Sandpiper.
Tenis: Ocean Isle Recreation Park está en Georgetown Road, aproximadamente a 1 milla al norte del puente. Gire allí y avance 1 milla por 8 canchas de tenis de superficie dura con parabrisas y agua allí. Bonita zona de juegos infantiles también.

This was a perfect place for us. I can’t say enough how pleasant the experience was. It was more like a home away from home than a VRBO. The appliances in the kitchen were amazing. Everything was great. There were so many extra touches to make our stay a great experiences. Will definitely use this place again.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at the Goff's island home. This was an "overflow" house for our very large family and the Goff's location was perfect. Everything was clean and exactly as represented online. We had no issues or problems during our stay. All of the instructions for check-in/check-out, use of the keypad, wi-fi and remotes were very thorough. My family were the lucky ones who got to use this property as our "retreat". We will definitely keep this property on our radar for any future OIB stays!

We enjoyed our stay and appreciate how easy Tom was to work with. The house is very close to a beach access street and it was well appointed. It also has one of the best outdoor showers! Hot water, great shower pressure and high enough shower head for taller people. All descriptions were accurate.

Can’t get a better deal on a great house in a great location to the beach. If you do come, I highly suggest renting a golf cart to get to the park, ice cream shops, and restaurants. That was the only regret I had, not getting a golf cart.

Excellent experience renting! Short stroll to the beach. Less than a mile to the center of the island with its park, bars / restaurants, shops and pier. House was very clean and spacious. Excellent water pressure for great showers and comfy beds. Great communication with the owner. Beautiful island.

We had a very nice stay. There were a few gnats but we tried to kill them as we went along and I never could figure out how to use that can opener. The house could use a few games or something for kids but likely my granddaughter brought some of hers.. we would come back

The house has everything you need for a great beach stay. Close enough to the beach to walk. I would remind renting a golf cart for your stay.

Family Vacay #2
This was our second stay this summer. This time we had our baby granddaughter, her mom, and dad with us. Made use of the ramped beach access not far from the house. Plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax. Plus all the amenities for a comfortable stay.

Plenty of space with many amenities. Perfect for viewing the 4th of July parade. Comfortable with the exception of A/C problems. Owner was quick to respond. Looking forward to another stay we’ve already booked in early September. Did learn that with a baby it would be nice to be closer to a beach access with ramp

We rented this house for a family getaway and it was just what we needed! Comfortable space, well equipped and nicely decorated. A very quick walk to the beach as well. The nearest public beach access has a lot of stairs, so if you're carrying lots of equipment to the beach just keep that in mind. We had a minor issue with the garbage disposal and the owner was very responsive and quick to send someone out to fix it. Overall a very nice stay!
