We loved this house! It was so cute and we enjoyed the pool, paddle boards, fishing from the dock, and especially shelling at Blind Pass Beach. It was nice to have all our needs taken care of at this house. Also loved having the big table for family game nights. We would definitely choose this home again.

We spent a week in the Pink House on Captiva, and absolutely loved it. The accommodations are top notch and spacious, and the location provides great proximity to beaches and restaurants. Highly recommend the recreation package (bikes, beach chairs, paddle boards, and kayaks). Thanks for a great stay!

clean but some sand in house. sand around pool hard to keep from getting in the pool. Nice pool. Electrician very nice. Took most of day on Wednesday to hang new chandelier. Texted hostess with some questions which answered promptly.

Great location, comfortable house
Very comfortable house with lots of space. The outdoor space is beautiful, very private. We loved the heated pool and watching the wildlife from the dock. Turner Beach is easy to walk to, and there are a few restaurants close by. Unfortunately, there was construction next door that created constant noise but can't do much about that.
We had a couple of small maintenance issues but the property manager sent someone to the house who took care of everything. He was very helpful!

Great Vacation!
Beautiful property! We enjoyed the pool, dock, and proximity to Turner beach. There were quite a number of small maintenance
issues that occurred but the property manager responded very quickly. They were awesome in that they allowed us to stay an extra night when our flight was delayed. There is construction next to and across the street from the house which was caused some bothersome noise. Would have appreciated a heads up on this prior to booking/check in. We still would have booked.

Beautiful home and property
Pink House is a beautiful home, with plenty of room for our party of seven adults, one child, and one infant. We all absolutely loved the private pool, also just the right size for all of us. Unfortunately, during our entire stay a pile driver was in operation directly across the street, beginning at 8:00 every morning except Sunday, and running throughout the day, thankfully ending around dinner time. Not sure how long it will be going on, but this was obviously a temporary situation that kind of killed the relaxing island vibe. Nevertheless, we had a fantastic stay and made plenty of family memories.

Lovely stay
We had a lovely time at the Pink House on Captiva. The house is located a short drive to restaurants and markets. The home was spacious, clean and well appointed. The pool and dock were also amazing. The best meal of the trip was at Green Flash. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home with great pool and dock
We loved our stay and the house worked out well. We all worked/attended school remotely and played outside at night. The pool and the dock were the highlights for us. The main floor could use more lighting because the trees block a lot of sun and a few more comfortable chairs, but overall the house and amenities are fantastic.

Pink House is a great spot. Everything is set up for guests. The property features a nice heated pool, a dock on Roosevelt Canal and great rooms. The Property Mgr and staff are great and responsive. First rate! We had a splendid stay and will return.

Family Reunion
From the moment we stepped in the door, our stay was more than we had hoped for. The space met our needs perfectly! We felt as though we were in a private oasis! We thoroughly enjoyed the well appointed kitchen, spacious living area, lovely bedrooms, and beautiful pool and grounds! By the end of the week everyone wondered when we could return.

Beautiful and Private Location on Captiva
The house was very spacious. Great location on the bayside with dock that was great for paddle boarding and kayaking. We saw manatees and caught fish for a couple meals!

Wonderful, spacious home. Kids loved the pool, fishing off the dock, and riding the bikes (available to rent) to the beach. The management company is a ten!! The mosquitoes and no-see-ems will eat you alive! Bug spray is a must!!!

Great vacation home for family travel!
My family vacationed here for my mother-in-laws 80th birthday, and the property did not disappoint. Clean, spacious and lovley...the 8 of us were able to spread out and have fun together and get some alone time too. Spent lots of time in the pool! Great location, easy drive to all the sweet places in Captiva and Sanibel. Highly recommended.

Relaxing week
My children and grandchildren loved the pool, the pier, the kyaks, watching the manatees and riding the bikes to the beaches. It was a very laid back vacation. The location was perfect and the house is as beautiful as it appears online in the photos. The property manager was pleasant and responsive to our requests. The restaurants we visited were all good, but we used the kitchen and dining spaces at the house more than once. It was fun!! We would love to come back sometime!!!

Myself and my family had an amazing time on Captiva and this house was perfect for our needs. It fit everyone comfortably and the furnishings were beautiful. Everything was in working order and any issues we had, Dall was on top of it!
The pool was so relaxing and the access to the dock was really fun for our kids.

Stay Away!! Poop on the patio
There were significant issues with this property, which you can't see from pictures. While the property manager was very responsive; the owners have to have known that their septic system was not functioning and they should have fix that before renting the property. We had a "handy man" snake a backed up toilet for hours and thought the issue was fixed until we noticed feces on the patio where we were barbequing. The resulting fix was to have Roter Rooter dig up the septic (10 feet from the kitchen and front door) to clear a blocked sewer. I heard from the property manager that this had happened before, so this was not a first time issue. This problem went on from discovery on Sun to correction on Weds night. UNACCEPTABLE and memorable. The owners did compensate us the "cleaning fee". So generous. I'm kidding! NEVER will I rent from Equity Residences Again! ALso Air went out which they fixed. The repair man told us the unit needed to be replaced but put freon in it to get us through the week. The dishwasher leaked so we could not use it and there was a small fridge which was dead. I bet they just let all this go again until another unsuspecting person rents from them. The pool was nice!

Perfect Family Vacation House
The Pink House was so much fun. Perfect for our group of 10 - 4 of them kids. There was plenty of room, numerous porches to use and outsides space so you didn't feel on top of each other. The pool was great and most days were spent out there. The recreation package was well worth it to purchase to have kayaks and paddleboards for the back channel area and the bikes to go exploring with. We saw dolphins, manatee & Sting Rays just off our back dock! Beach access was not convenient as we are used to, but we didn't miss it because of the pool. 2 of the 3 bedrooms do not have TV's in them, not a big deal, but I like to lay in bed and watch TV in the morning. :-) . The property manager was so sweet and accommodating. Even brought over her own blankets when we didn't have enough. There were a few small suggestions I will would give her about the house, like the oven light was burned out, or a faucet not working, etc. but nothing major that I would not come back.

Blissful times
We had a wonderful stay at the Pink House on Captiva. The property manager, Dall, was very helpful when we had some problems with the ice makers in both refrigerators and also with any questions we had regarding water/boating activities. The home was very clean and well stocked (except for toilet paper) but a quick trip to the local store remedied that issue. The beach is only a short walk or bike ride away and having the dock to fish from, the paddle boards and kayaks surely made up for not being a direct beachfront location. Dolphins and manatees swam by the dock all the time and one manatee came right up to the dock when I was enjoying my morning coffee just to say good morning! We can’t wait to return to the Pink House!
