Once you drive through a very commercial area, and enter the grounds of George Town Villas, you are treated to lush and manicured grounds, beautiful water views, and cool ocean breezes. This first-floor unit walks out to a comfortable patio, then the community grills, then the well-appointed pool area. The unit itself is laid out nicely, with two ensuite bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen. If only it had a sandy beach...mostly iron shore at this location. We really enjoyed our Nov 2023 stay, and will definitely consider this unit for future Grand Cayman trips.

Loved our stay at this property - third time for us at this condo development - first time at this condo. Perfect set up for family of four with 2 singles in one and master bedroom. We loved access to snorkeling and the pool was beautiful - access to grills was a bonus. Highly recommend!

It was fantastic from start to finish.

We recently stayed for the month of February in this unit. It was a return visit to the Georgetown Villas of Grand Cayman for us, in a different unit than the one we used six years ago. We were pleased to see the well kept grounds, the wonderful pool, the excellent snorkelling out front and the generally friendly and welcoming atmosphere of this 54 unit condo complex were the same, if not better than before. There were however a couple of notable issues. The famous Seven Mile Beach has suffered significant erosion damage towards the south end, where this complex is located, since we were last there. The loss of beach sand towards the south end necessitated hiking about one mile up the beach avenue to reach walkable beachfront. That said, once on it, it was as beautiful and memorable for us as we remembered from before for our daily walks. This condo unit is well equipped with good functioning appliances, plenty of cooking hardware in the kitchen and a great supply of plates, glasses and cutlery. It is however beginning to feel a bit tired. In particular, it requires more attention to cleaning between guests, as we unfortunately found repeated evidence of previous occupants which had not been properly addressed by cleaning staff prior to our arrival – a disappointment at this price point. All in all, we tried to look past the challenges and truly enjoyed this location for our holiday. We hope the feedback provided to the owner will help make this property a truly first rate stay.

The condo is within walking distance of great food and has great views. The pool is beautiful as was the snorkeling right off the beach! About 50 yards down the beach there is a sunken boat that is easy to swim too just teeming with life. It was a perfect stay!

Nice ground floor 2 Bedroom Condo with super views and very nice pool. There is sea and beach access as well and I enjoyed looking for shells there. The location is great and close to everything!

Great tip from car rental : once here on WiFi, down load google maps local on Your phone and it doesn’t need cell coverage to run on your phone . We turned off our cell data since it is expensive out of the USA. I rarely watch TV but this unit has more channels than any place I have ever stayed ! Bed were very comfortable, great snorkeling right out of the patio door. We had a very relaxing vacation.

The condo is walking distance to several restaurants and there is also a gym that sells daily and weekly passes within walking distance. The condo complex also has a nice well-maintained swimming pool and the condo grounds are immaculate.

We arrived and there was no front office, now way to check in, our phone didn't work in the Caymans and our unit didn't come with a phone...

Beautiful property located steps from the pool and the beach. Was that the same location in November, the sunsets are beautiful. Grocery stores are about a mile away. Wonderful restaurants nearby. Would love to make this my go to place every year!

This place is super cute. The location is great. You can walk to the grocery and restaurants. It is not located on a sandy beach but there is great snorkeling off shore and it's easy to walk to the sandy part of 7 mile beach. Also loved the patio with sunset views. Would definitely rent this adorable place again.

Beautiful stay adjacent to everything you could want to get to on the island. Right next to a great gym and restaurants. Very well maintained property with everything you need for your trip.

Condo was perfect. Clean, well stocked and really lovely decor. We grilled a couple of nights and the well maintained BBQ grills were 20 steps from our patio. The equally well maintained pool another 10 steps beyond that. We enjoyed snorkeling in front of the villa's. The ladders spaced along the rocky shoreline made it super easy to get in and out of the water. The location of the villa's on the south end of 7 mile beach was also a huge plus. It was a very short walk to 2 liquor stores, bars and restaurants. Kirks grocery was only a 12 min stroll south. Our dive operator was just across the street a few buildings down. Deep Blue Divers that are under the Lobster Pot restaurant. I highly recommend both. Georgetown was another 5-7 min down the road. Super easy to pop out to the main street and grab a taxi or a public bus ( large vans) to venture further up 7 mile beach. We did rent a car for the last couple of days to explore the rest of the Island. We should have spent more time at the public beaches . Since the villa's do not have direct sandy beach access.I recommend Seagrape beach that has Calico Jacks restaurant/bar and chairs for rent. Governors Beach was lovely but has no extras just the beach. Super great vacation and my picky little sister didn't find a single thing to complain about. That was a first.

Matt was very receptive to our needs with a 22 month old and purchased a new pack and play for our stay. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The pool area was fantastic. John

The Georgetown Villas complex is definitely the best one we have stayed at on Seven Mile Beach. The grounds are immaculate and beautiful. The pool area and the grills are cleaned every day. Villa #103 is located in building #1 which is right next to the water. We could sit on the patio and watch the sunset. It is on ground level and just steps from the parking lot, the pool, and the ocean. We appreciated the sturdy, comfortable patio furniture, the filtered water and ice dispenser in the door of the refrigerator, and having a washer/dryer. We really enjoyed our vacation at #103 and wish we had stayed longer! We did not want to leave!!

We have had a most wonderful stay in this lovely condo. Perfectly situated just off the hustle and bustle of Seven Mike Beach, but within easy access to the beach, restaurants, Georgetown and supermarket. The condo is beautifully maintained with all the amenities you could need. It overlooks the ocean and has easy access for swimming. The grounds and pool area are amazing too. We are already planning a return trip next year!

Beautiful condo on ocean front with great views, sand beach , and easy access. You can watch the cruise ships come and go as you sit on the back porch. It is located close to downtown Georgetown and Seven Mile Beach. Great stay and would highly recommend it.

We enjoyed out stay at George Town Villas. The gas grills and pool are just steps away from this ground floor condo. The patio furniture was of good quality and we spent a lot of time either on the patio or at the pool. The grounds and buildings of this condo association are kept immaculate. I should also note that they had just replaced all the umbrellas around the pool with new high quality Sunbrella Fabric umbrellas. There is not a sandy beach area here but we found searching in the rocky shore for treasures and snorkeling great fun. There is a nice sandy beach located right next to the Wharf Restaurant, which is only a five minute walk away. Inside the condo was very clean and had no smell. The colors and décor were pleasing. The combined kitchen, dining and living area is a bit small but was not an issue for us. There were plenty of plates/silverware/pans/knives/utensils. It was nice to have a refrigerator with a filtered ice/water dispenser. We loved having the convenience of a dishwasher and washer and dryer. We never had a problem with the satellite TV or Wi-Fi. In fact, if you were at the pool and sat at the table nearest the condo, you could still use the Wi-Fi. The central air worked without ever a problem. The master bedroom was spacious with a very small bathroom that is ready for a renovation. It was clean but when the last remodel was done paint got on the tile around the tub, which also needs attention. The faucet for the single sink does not work well; it’s difficult to change the water temp. The second bedroom has two single beds and a tiny bathroom. It, too, was clean but ready for a remodel. At this location you do not need to rent a car. You can easily walk or use a bus for only $2.50 USD per person so very reasonable. A nice Kirk’s Supermarket is less than a ten minute walk away and a fresh fish market is located fifteen minutes away. Also, the dive/snorkel companies will come by and pick you up at no charge. The owner of this condo always responded quickly to any message/questions I sent to him. We never saw his manager, but I just figured with all the time we spent diving, on the patio or at the pool, if she had come by and knocked, we would not have heard her. Because of the location of this condo, its well-maintained property and the responsiveness of the owner, I would definitely rent this condo again.

This was our first trip to Grand Cayman as well as our first experience using VRBO. The property is completely as shown, clean, pretty, great location within development. Right next to the pool & beach entry, which was awesome bc we have littles & didn't want to drag pool stuff up stairs!! The pool was freezing though. We were shocked how @ how well stocked the condo was-- owner had thought about everything! The AC, fans, plumbing, W/D, WIFI, & door lock worked incredibly well, which was something we were worried about w using a rental. Bedding was comfortable. Love the maps, restaurant suggestions, & activity information provided--so helpful!! Owner communicated well & was quick to respond to my many questions. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I just returned from a wonderful 10 days at this great condo! The condo itself is beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. It is steps away from the pool and BBQ as the pictures suggest. Initially we were a bit disappointed that the beach is not sandy but rather a natural rocky shore. However we soon discovered there was good snorkelling there and easy access to the ocean by a ladder. There is a narrow sandy area as well. Also a 5 min slow walk south along the beach there is a shipwreck very close to shore and great snorkelling there. There are many sandy beaches with public access that you can drive or walk to all along 7 mile beach. We watched gorgeous sunsets every night right from our patio. There are no bugs at night and we could sit out in the evenings and enjoy the comfortable weather. There are 4 chairs around a dining table and one lounger on the patio. The condo has a fridge with a water dispenser that is filtered so you don't have to buy bottled water. There were also a few pairs of fins which we used for snorkelling which was great because we bring our own masks and snorkel from home but fins are too bulky and heavy to bring. The only thing I wished they had was portable beach chairs to take along to another beach. The condo complex is well maintained. The pool and BBQs are always clean and the landscaping immaculate. It is conveniently located a 2 min drive from Kirk Market for groceries. You can walk to a beer store in 3 min. There's an Irish pub, pizza place and Thai restaurant in the plaza basically across the street. We went to a few incredible restaurants that were at most 10 min by car. We rented a car but you could easily get by without one. There's public bus and many places you can walk to. We found the pool atmosphere relaxed and quiet which was perfect for us. There are a lot of owners there but visitors too and everyone is very friendly. This was our first visit to Cayman and we loved it and are planning a trip back! The island has fantastic dining, beaches and snorkelling. A highlight was visiting the turtle farm. The owner is responsive and helpful. I would definitely come back to this condo again!

We had a very nice stay. The condo is lovely. So close to the ocean, right by the pool, beautifully landscaped, and more! The people were so friendly and accommodating. The weather was perfect. Wish we stayed longer!
