This home was wonderful for our girls weekend!! We had 9 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone! The house was very clean as well. It is .3 miles to long sands beach. A very quick walk.
The second floor deck was amazing. Check in was easy and the directions for our stay were perfect. Highly recommend!!

We were a party of 8 adults and 7 children. The house is large enough for everyone to have their space. The children had the 3rd floor to themselves and 4 adult couples had 1 king or 3 queen beds. (and an extra bedroom) Beach was a short walk and the high school fields and tennis courts are right across the street. Great well equipped kitchen. Screened in porch was a great place to hang out at night!

Our accommodations for our 20-person family reunion were disappointing. The listing said that the property could sleep 24 people, however, it only slept 19. As a result, two people in our group had to sleep on an air mattress and one person could not stay at all. The following items were in the listing and/or photos and not in the house: a set of bunk beds, a futon, a couch, an overstuffed chair, a TV, a DVD player, and a travel crib. We also witnessed a mouse appear from in between the foundation and shingles and crawl to the ground. In addition, we discovered mouse droppings on one of the mattress covers on the second floor. Lastly, there was mold in the 2nd floor bathroom above the shower and the vent was completely blocked by dust and debris.

The house is great--was super clean on check-in and had plenty of space for our large group. We especially loved the downstairs--the open kitchen/family room was great for playing games and making meals and hanging out as a group. The house is an easy walk to Long Sands beach, a couple of shops and restaurants, and the surf shop where some in our group rented boards. Bill was super responsive and made sure we were well taken care of during our stay. We liked it so much we plan to rent it again next summer. =)

It was a family reunion our Children and grandchildren and 1 great grandchild and spouses/boyfriends we all stay in the house which was perfect for all. They had not all been together a the same time for a long time it was just amazing. Cousins that lived near came to spend a day with us at the beach and out in the back yard playing games and sitting by the fire pit! We loved everything about it. The house and Bill the host were great. Plenty of room and located real close to both long sands and short sands. Places to eat on short sands were great! We rent it again in a heart beat! We had a large family group here for Thanksgiving. We had 16 overnight. The house worked out great, the furniture was comfortable. It was very clean, and had just about everything we needed to put on a feast. (We did bring a bunch of serving things just in case) The insides of the kitchen cabinets were labeled so everyone knew where to put things back! The bedrooms were good size, as the description says, enough room in several of them for a pack and play/air mattress. The three full baths were great, no issues with hot water or water pressure. We did not use the screen porch as it was kind of chilly while we were there. The guys used the upstairs sitting room to watch football (we used chairs from the porch, as the sofa was replaced with a long shuffleboard type table), which left the downstairs living are free for others to watch the parade and cook! The location is great, and would be fantastic in the summer. We took a group of the grandkids for a walk to the beach (less than 5 minutes) and collected rocks. We squeezed five cars in the driveway, and parked the other two at the end of the road along the beach. (I'm sure in the summer you wouldn't be able to do this). One thing not mentioned in the listing that could be important, the first bedroom on the third floor is a pass through to get to the other bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. We were all family, so we made it work. All in all, a great house, we would rent here again.

The house was spectacular. Everyone had their own space and we lived in the kitchen…there was 15 people in all and everyone had a place. We walked to the beach every day. And we enjoyed day trips throughout the week.

Our family gathered together for an early Thanksgiving. We had plenty of space to cook, gather, and play games. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. We had fun and would return!

Overall, nice house, long table that sat our group of 10 comfortably. Unfortunately, no back or front deck/porch for those that have trouble navigating stairs to second floor porch. Plenty of beds, could use at least another bathroom, or half bath. But again, nice comfortable house in a great location. You will not be disappointed.

We loved the home, clean, modern and well kept. Manager was immediately responsive to us. The proximity to the beach was, as stated in the listing, a five minute walk away. I have absolutely no complaints and believe this is our first rental that was as described being clean and modern with everything supplied and working as it should. WiFi was great, we are a family of 11 and there was still room to spare. We had four small kids with us and we pretty much spent every day at the beach. I highly recommend this home.

Comfortable house, beautiful beach
The house was very comfortable for our group of university students on a professional development retreat. We really liked the open floor plan on the first floor, and the ease of congregating around the flat screen monitor on the wall (which we used for professional presentations during the day, and video games at night). The host was very responsive.

Friendly house
From the moment you enter the 63 Webber rd, it feels welcoming and warm. We were a large party of a few families looking to celebrate New Year’s Eve. Everyone enjoyed the time.
Lot’s of space, clean, well stocked. Bedrooms are very spacious, well furnished, nice bedding, all over hardwood floors, wide stairs. Each floor has a full bathroom. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, which was convenient for our older family members. I personally loved the second floor sitting area with a couch and table, where I was able to work on my computer having a quiet space. The sunroom and the open deck on the second floor will be great for summer. Lots of room on the first level as well, beautiful white leather couches, large tables and kitchen island and much more. All together very pleasant and fun experience. Bill, the owner is super friendly and helpful, easy to contact. Thank you, Bill. Hope to come back again sometime in future.

Beautiful updated home 3 minute walk from the ocean. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of room. Places for adults to gather away from children playing. Extra baby fridge in the kitchen is great. Large dining room table with room for 10 to 12. Hightop table for the kids. 10 minutes to Kittery and Ogunquit. Supreme location.

Bill is an extremely friendly and responsive host. The property was exactly as advertised, very clean and set up for cooking and living from the get go. Loved the fresh sheets and plenty of towels for everyone to use at the beach. Awesome stay!

August Beach Vacation
The house was great. Plenty of space for the 14 of us, including 8 kids. A little bit of a walk to the beach depending on where you want to be on the beach but it was really easy. We even drove to short sands and spent a day there too. Kitchen was huge and perfect for our group. Overall a wonderful stay for us.

Our stay at this property was amazing! The house is spacious and comfortable for big groups. The deck is the perfect hangout spot, the kitchen is huge and well equipped, and the walk to the beach is short and easy! The owner of the home was super friendly, accommodating, and responsive. We'd definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a beach getaway!

Had a great stay. Father/son weekend (21 people in total) . Rental had everything we needed, including clean, spacious rooms, huge kitchen and dining area for cooking and playing cards. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to have a stay at York with a large group.

Perfect place to spend Thanksgiving with family
Enough space for us and our large family! Even down to the latest set of 2 month old identical twin grand baby girls! Walked to the beach a few times even for sunrise! Had a Turkey Trot with al the littles at the track across the street! Close to Nubble light! Was beautifully lit up for Christmas! Clean and spacious! Great place!!

Amazing House and Weekend!
What an incredible location and house! My friends and I had a wonderful time at Bill's spot in York. It was a short, short walk to the beach. Was equipped with everything you could need, including all the items for a lobster bake. The house was spacious, cool (air conditioning was a huge perk), and just plain gorgeous with the two patios (indoor and outdoor). I highly recommend Bill's house for any type of get together. Would 100% stay again.

Such a great house for our big family. We were so impressed with how big the house was and the way it was set up. It really allowed for big family dinners and quality time. Location was great so since it was just a quick walk to the beach. Thank you for a great experience!
